Why Koh have you ?
wouldn't you be better off posting on fin ? at least you seem to be invested there ?
If it can be demonstrated to Sirius Minerals that the $600m could be
raised they will have to listen.
We are talking to the institutional share holders but need to understand
the private investor interest in raising the $600m.
There is a dedicated web site and brief survey here:
http://www.fundsirius.com/
Please take a look, take the survey and spread the word. The more
interest there is the more chance of a positive outcome.
KEEP REPOSTING!

For me it's a no to most of that carp Koh
It's that kind of talk that makes me want to vote yes tbh
I'm voting NO because I believe they can do it without aal
Chesh I don't think he found God yet
Bjorn, I find your posts and jabs a bit irritating, but the feelin is no doubt mutual. In my defence, though not strictly necessary to defend myself, a lot of my posts were to counter IBAB who was on here morning noon and night. My volume would've been lesser without him to contend with.
I feel strongly about a no vote as I see a path to salvation still available after a no vote (the big boys have too much to lose, mainly bonds). I have not tried to hide the fact that this comes with risk.
There was an interesting post early this morning from citycenter who posed a hypothetical question, would holders vote for a deal where AAL took 80% of the company in exchange for funding. I wrote what I think is a reasonable and considered response to that hypothetical. Feel free to check it out.
In short my answer would be yes to such a proposal, so I'm not a no vote at any cost to screw Fraser. I'm a realist about what can be salvaged from this mess. Even at 80% dilution most folk could recoup their losses in time (I did always have a long term view, even before the wheels fell off) and AAL could be held up as the local community savior instead of the destroyer and they'd still do mighty well out of such a deal.
I happen to think they have overreached in their takeover bid and it will bite them on the bum in the local community for years to come. I learned a long time ago that the best deals are ones where both parties feel they've been treated fairly. If you turn someone over, what goes around comes around.
No to scare tactics
No to shareholders value destruction
No to Fraser's 1m a year salary
No to Fraser's 7m payout
No to 19m the BOD are receiving
No to JPM advices
No to exploitation
No to predatory takeover
Vote NO.

Well I guess we will have to agree to disagree then BTW ..
I have no problem if you or anyone else votes Yes but I shall continue to believe the fundamentals are to good for administration so I will not be voting for this takeover !

Thanks for the 'helpful information' FFC. Given I've been on here and II for over 9 years with this share, I think I know my way around BB's. And I have my own strong opinions so a filter is irrelevant. My point is how vocal you all are to ensure 'the persuadables' only see your side.....and KOH has just proved the nasty end of these tactics. Repetition, repetition, repetition. Me, me, me!
Reason I've posted so few times is that throughout the years, have felt I have little of any interest or use to others. Plenty of others have little of use to add either....but exercise their right to post every opinion and thought ad nauseam.
I'm voting NO.
Vote NO.

Bjorn you are very observant and yes I have been here far to much the last couple of months ( although some would say for longer) The fact is I've been confined to barracks due to a fall just as the sh..has hit the fan here so guilty as charged ,
But I think you will find My vote NOs have been mainly acknowledging how I'm voting rather than shouting it as you describe and having just looked back at my posts I think I have made many posts without saying vote no also !!
That said I accept your point so all I can now say is It's my wish that the aal deal comes to nothing ,we stay all things sirius and that we get the funding that we all thought back in August we would get having seen the confidence from our BOD ,, I understand now that it was not the best time to be looking for finance due to the general economy , brexit and the USA/ China mess. I also believe now that Maybe JPM had their own "difficulties/positions" going on too...
Anyway I see that you have only posted 52 times yourself so may not know your way around this site so can I just point you in the direction of the filter button above as you may find it a comfort because my next hospital appointment is 3 weeks away so here until then unless administration comes first that is

FFC - 433 posts in 30 days...vote NO
Longtermview - 257 posts in 30 days - vote NO
KOH - 136 posts - vote NO.
None of them are happy with just occasionally saying their piece. No, it's rammed down our throats incessantly, hour by hour, minute by minute. Over 14 posts every single day by one.....just to try to harangue, cajole, bully, manipulate or otherwise 'encourage' you to follow their way of thinking. It's like the SNP YES campaign all over again...focussing on how that scoundrel will get away with his millions. They make it almost impossible to make a decision IF you look to this BB for information. All other input gets swamped by the sheer deluge of their posts. Tried and tested tactic in any vote.
What happens to Fraser et al cannot effect us directly as his wealth or career will make not an ouce of difference to our lives. Schadenfreude or revenge doesn't put money in your bank.
