That article from Fraser in the local press. What an absolute snake - "as always I urge shareholders to ensure they take proper financial advice before deciding what to do" . I don't ever recall him uttering those words, certainly not before the last 15p raise 9when AAL were already sniffing around0. Has anyone ever heard him say that just once, ever, let alone "always". What a snake. As for blaming Brexit I recall - and it's in an official release maybe the annual accounts - that he specifically stated that Brexit had no influence at all on the business.
Not sure how the current fertilser market has any influence when we're a number of years away from production and we have TORPS secured for 13mta for that take us through most of the early years.
He's making it up as he goes along.
I note he doesn't mention the cushy number he and the other senior execs have negotiated for themselves at AAL nor that he Scrimshaw and the AAL folk go back a long way, to their Fortescue days.
He'd be devastated for the employees but just disappointed for shareholders. Fraser, there'd be no employees if it wasn't for our hard earned.
I didn't think he could go lower in my estimation, but after reading that claptrap, he just did.
What a turd.

I know you have probably only just read it ?
Well if you are like me try it a second time and it will make you even more angry !!!
The sheer bloody cheek of the man ?
I hope that article has the opposite effect to the one he was hoping for ?
I'm already voting NO but I have a feeling that may encourage a few more to vote NO
Not a sorry in site ?
There were far fewer IIs a while ago ,how quick they have been to forget where the money came from to get them this far !!
"I also see people saying they want to vote against the acquisition to punish me and my team."
Yep. I trust that's not a surprise Chris! Can you blame us?
Would the local MP be shouting vote yes were it not for the small man saying enough is enough ?
Would CF still be in hiding were it not for the small man saying enough is enough ?
as for his reminder as to scrimshaw saying " we know shareholders will be disappointed "
Think you may have misjudged quite how understated that quote is Mr Fraser ??/
Disappointed ? doesn't quite describe my feelings Chris

Did he have a chaperone with him I wonder ..
He still wants to shove the fiction down our throats: "Mr Fraser said that, since Sirius launched its strategic review in September last year, it has undertaken an extensive global search for a partner to join Sirius in "our world class project".
He sold us as well as his soul and backside (and everything in between) to AAL
The least he can do - and that would be the least - is to make it public that he will not be part of the takeover (were it to happen) and would instead be joining the queue at the local job-centre.
CF is trying really hard to push AA offer through. Sorry Chris, it's a NO.
Vote NO.
