Jessell - I know I’ve got on your nerves on here big time and I’m sorry for that. I’m also sorry it didn’t work out and I wish you all the best.
Well Yuri
I've got a big gob ( no need to comment thanks) an can get quite rebellious if need be !
Jessell - last week I admit I was upset but actually this week I feel better about it all. I’ve resigned myself to it. Life goes on. Just want to get some answers because some things don’t add up to me. If you don’t and you’re happy with it all - that’s fine.
ffcmember - I do agree what chaotic TO (with new BoD, who will only try to understand what's going on)
is worse for AAL than controlled one as last will protect value of existing assets much better and will have less overheads,
so potentially they can increase a bid price up slightly just to cover this differential and avoid unnecessary expensive hassle.
As a result theoretically there might be a benefit in creating extra noise by rebellious holders..
Yuri
yes vote no
personally I now think these bb can offer valuable info right now ( yes from both sides)
Come the vote we may have a better idea of what the chances of us staying all thing Sirius ???
I am firmly in the no vote corner BUT in all honesty if I was convinced that would definitely mean administration I would review that ,,, Sorry
That's why I'm hoping to get positive information from sharesoc tbh
ffc
bottom line: irrational shareholders (even if they're 80K out of 85K) don't have sufficient weight over rational ones (for reasonable outcome against the other worse alternative) to vote "no", so all this fuzz on BBs is pointless..
Fair enough
I'm on my little crusade and mixed the two treads together lol
"sanctimonious rantings of devonplay"
LOL
"have a day off before you really tip yourselves over the edge!"
It does have a kind of burlesque quality hahaha
well they can't have if if the vote come up with a NO
yes yes yes the could get it after administration ??
I believe ( and it is IMO) this is to good fundamentally and to important locally to be allowed to go under !!!
IMO
IMO
ffc
PS all you bashers can't make me believe this is anything but a top 100 company
Calamari
If the bod are not given the support of the IIs aal will pull the offer surely !!!
it is possible, but vote of no confidence means nothing, usually it goes directly with appointment of new BoD recommendations then vote, with immediate effect.
But what's the point? new BoD can't do anything in such short time, money run out very quickly with no reserve left to prevent falling into administration..
Is it possible to call an extraordinary meeting for a vote of no confidence in CF and the BDO ???
As a long term holder I feel without doubt I had been mislead by CK and the BOD, as a result stand to lose 70k.
Also the companies broker Liberum Capital gave nothing but strong buys recommendations, one would assume as a direct result of information from CF and co.
