Hit 4.50$ earlier … am a little gobsmacked.
Let’s see what happens tomorrow going into the weekend

Still going today also.
Some recovery this.
Will it hold on Friday evening...maybe
Ticker for H&W is HARL & I post on the HARL LSE board.
Hi EP - It is a miracle what is happening to Summit & I am so glad that you long term investors may get your just rewards. This now means that my son has a chance of recovering his initial investment of £4k now needing 200%.Take care.
For the record I am now with Harland & Wolff which dipped to just over 5p & is now 21.7p (now just break even) following announcement of being part of Team Resolute who are now the preferred bidders for a £1.6 billion MOD contract. At the current SP it is still a bargain & I expect it to double in the next 6 months. This is a risk but one that I am taking & is where I put my Summit money. Season greetings.
Just another 100% to go ! ??
Though it might have pulled back today with profit taken.
Still pushing on...let's see where we finish on Friday close.
Well I would assume all going well that we would make a big % on sales .
Big market .
OllieH - yeah it's .5bn upfront, but "the total potential deal value is $5.0 billion, as Akeso will be eligible to receive regulatory and commercial milestones of up to $4.5 billion. " In which case, how much would come to us is the question.
Up nearly 200%, peaking at 2.75$
Ha - if it can do that again today I am back in the black!!
Haven’t had enough coffee yet to take the time to work out the dilution implications for my position going forward … but nice to see Summit have reestablished a roadmap with actual trials and milestones; and not just some fluffy “we will solve all medical issues under the sun with our superior team, knowledge and platform” :)
GLA - EP
.5 billion
So - we'll pay up to 5.0 bn plus a low double digit royalties to Akeso. And we're up -currently 135 per cent. I assume then the market thinks we'll make squillions ourselves. I think I'd need to do a lot of extra research before coming to a strong opinion on that. Or is there some other reason I'm missing. Is it just people think they can make a few quick bucks on the rights issue.?
So dilution hopefully will be worth it in the end.
Trials start 2nd quarter 23
Summit plans to start treating patients in clinical studies by the second quarter of 2023.
The company also announced a $500 million rights offering and the issuance of $520 million in promissory notes.

Yes amazing bit of news I for one didn't see coming.
Looks like this licensing deal is liked by market...87% up now.
Well this has come very left of field … http://bit.ly/3uuwMxQ
Be interesting to see the market reaction this afternoon

Hi EP - I think your comment' Let’s see why Duggan spent all that money … ' is how to look at it as he continues to pour money in but the time lines are I guess very long.
I dipped my toe back in recently just a few & under water. The SP continues to go up & down.
Take care & I would Hold. Regards CM
Sorry, missed this. Keeping well thanks and hope you are too.
Today’s news has me scuppered though. Divestiture of Rida … not sure where SUMM goes from here.
Am quietly wishing I had sold out at $5 too … or $12. We live and learn. Still only a paperless though until I pull the trigger.
Let’s see why Duggan spent all that money …
Stay safe and well

Hi EP - As I said before I sold at $5 but bought in yesterday a few shares just to start again. My Son relying on my advice & has still not not Sold & is heavily under & feel bad about it.If I had spare funds I would be tempted to Buy further. If I had a substantial number of shares at a heavy loss I would be considering Buying in order to average down.
Duggan seems determined to continue & recent events have proved that.Duggan has had the midas touch before he may achieve it again with Summit.Hope you are well. Regards CM.
Any moved again! Duggan bought $92M of stock increasing his position 140% ?!
Who does that?!
GL to anyone still holding on for breakeven (or more?!).
