This just gets better, court in Trinidad rules in favour of an employee.
Total shambles doesn't even start to describe this company.

I bet there was zero due diligence as to where the funds came from, wouldn’t happen in the UK.......Money laundering regulations......
Strong sell
Everything ok with your daughter I see the lowest of the low is up to his usual tricks....filter him and his alias who he is having a conversation with......you have to laugh 51 posts abs no reply then his latest multi ID starts a chat.......filter the alias as well
Yet another fantastic RNS!
So Thesolia Ltd which as far as I can see was a shell company have sold off market to Preceding Max Ltd a company that seems to have no information in the public domain. Nothing at all suspicious ??
Surely we are on the rinse cycle now?
Strong sell
If you have this company to a city analyst, which I have done with previous investment opportunities, they would say don’t touch this with a barge pole as it is a pure gamble with the house odds stacked massively in favour with the house.
Obviously too much cream for the city boys to let them stop milking this type of company at the cost of the PI.
No wonder the ASX insisted that the company be removed.
I agree that some sorry individuals have refused to accept the facts and continue to try and suck more people in to this insolvent company.
T1 good morning........I suppose if I was under 5'3" heading for80 spunked 57k ,
plus on a pos,and lived in a rendered yellow submarine.
cried to admin every 2 seconds & told people to Foad ,
Oh and giving a redundancy package to RRL/STA instead of Lindsell Train as advised to do so by a poison dwarf,
then I still wouldn't of went on like a big tart blaming appalling investment acumen on Manipulation wanting in at a lower price etc etc...
I put sell on for a reason .
The bitter troll deserves the fruit of his spiteful campaign against everyone who dared disagree with him.
Strong sell
There is a lot of envy in those valleys and who can blame them.
They have been schooled big time by several regular posters who have called STA spot on and not only that they have also made/saved a pile of cash by selling up or not investing and doing sensible things with their hard earned cash.
I assume you don’t need to rent out rooms at your mortgage free property to pay bills etc..........
I note with great hilarity..some idiot claiming he's buying Sta low? that's the easy bit.
Where the multi id banned troll goes into the realms of fantasy is in claiming the selling high bit.
This is the same poster who miraculously managed to lower his average during a suspension and boasted of an IQ of 162 .. oh dear me, what next? a dividend.
Unlike Buzz & Hop who tell it how it is.
Hang your head in shame swingtrolley.
Tesla1,
Don't forget all the legal fees paid or needing to be paid too, unbelievable tbh.
I'd think the vast majority still holding this have probably forgotten about them as they are practically worthless compared to pre-consolidation, most long term holders will be over 98% down so more than likely think they are not worth selling and holding onto the misplaced hope they will go back up. I fail to see how myself when they are burning cash with nothing to show for it.
A cash ISA will pay you more at present than this is likely too, unless you are on the inside.
Yes it's a tough life for Mr Magoo 300k to oversee the Co go down the pan.
Plus shelling out 13k to someone else to find business opportunities...(I've already identified best bite for them FOC a world class kebab)!.
Some knacker used to go on about world class management and also claimed his SP will be the envy of many ....he was removed from this site for gross incompetence after he posted up about 45k buy recommendations !! but was also very generous with his wallet and praise of any CEO of RRL/STA ,he was warned on more than one occasion where this was heading.
Oh dear never mind eh.
Strong sell
The position is much more precarious than I originally thought, seriously how can Magoo justify a $300k salary for a company that had no income last year.
The cherry on the cake is he pays his mate 13k to find a business opportunity......lol
Fully expecting the sell off to continue and yet another all time low to be achieved, especially after the last 2 RNs's.
Anyone buying will also need to purchase a pair of welders mitts to protect their fingers.
Which I have available at a reasonable £18.99p
Yes I agree with those sentiments Tesla.
I'm afraid that the banned troll lacks any moral compass.
He was heavily misled by another notorious banned ramper who also lacked any self awareness .
I have rarely seen such stupidity and total lack of understanding how the markets work.
The pair of them are obviously way over their heads
and I guess abusing folk is all they got left.
Being down over 98% and the sad childish troll doesn't get it.....bless
Strong sell
2 pieces of advice.......
Put the Troll on filter
Don’t give the troll any oxygen
You won’t go far wrong if you follow that advice.......you know nothing the troll will post will ever be anything if value, that is the only thing you need to know........
Anyone who can post 50 times to themselves over a 12 month period, with NOT A SINGLE REPLY............tells you all you need to know and their reasons for posting......
NG
Good post on the other STA forum, highlighting the trolling that has been going on on another site and posters should be aware of.
I find it quite hard to believe how someone can post over 200 times without a response and they continue to carry on, what strange behaviour.
I could not believe it when strongsellmanos mentioned it on here but I took a look for myself, on one sta thread they have posted over 50 times over the last year and have had no replies, who behaves like that.
Apparently no one replies because most people have the poster filtered, it’s good that LSE have tight regulations and don’t allow that kind of behaviour.
Oh and btw it was hardly sold, the debt is more than LO paid, as the final payment has not been made STA still own that debt even if it is written into the sale contract until the final payment is made.
Davide1 did you get an email stating this tax liability was definitely not owned by STA?
If so and things stand it is false and should be sent to the address I posted, simple.
Not worth replying to.
David 10 all time posts 8 since yesterday hahaha.
Who do you think you are Neville Chamberlain?
"I have a piece of paper that guarantees peace in our lifetime"
You've been wrong for years under all your multi Id's
This is going to the knackers yard .
Give ya self a shake man.
Have a walk up mount Snowdon or sumit.
Nightgaunt - I was referring to the Trinidad Tax appeal debt which was sold onto LO with the sale of RRTL.
This mentioned tax in the financials today is to do with withholding tax liabilities arising from
The elimination of infests of LO debt which was written off upon sale of RRTL. The company is looking into the tax rulings in Trinidad so Let’s hope hey have a win .
NG
Surprised that they got those signed off to be honest, that has to be the reason for the delay and the over optimistic rns trying to pump the price for a placing.
So they have less cash than their current liabilities in court Tax cases, no wonder they struggled to release these results.
A suspension is looking imminent unless they can raise funds as no accountant will sign the next lot of figures off without them getting some cash into the coffers.
They really are milking this to the very death.........it is an absolute disgrace........
How on earth is this being allowed to conrinue?
Surely it can't for much longer, they are Bust!
Davide1, did you take my advice yesterday? It seems as Tesla1 has said their email to you is not exactly factual imho.
Davide1
Have you sent this from today’s rns, looks like the company lied in the email to you
IFRIC 23 Uncertain tax position and tax-related contingency
The group has estimated that following the disposal of Range Resources Trinidad Limited and the settlement of liabilities in multiple jurisdictions which formed part of the consideration for the disposal, may give rise to the possible payment of withholding tax. The group considers it possible that a withholding tax liability of US$742,713 may be payable in Australia and withholding tax liability of US$2,364,933 payable in Trinidad. As at 31 December 2020, both amounts have been provided for in full.
They'd be well and truly Busted then wouldn't they? :-P
Davide1 to save you looking why not sent your email from STA to the tax appeals office in Trinidad (txab"at"gov"dot"tt) and you can post up their response as to whether STA have any case to answer still first thing tomorrow?
I'm sure others on here would believe them rather than someone on the STA payroll.
I'd believe anything from this company so long as it's to keep the gravy train rolling for the few.
In all seriousness why would they not have put out an RNS to close the issue out to the public when it's an obvious positive? In my opinion the liability stays with them unless agreed in the contract of sale.
You may want to forward said email to the authorities in Trinidad to ask if the information contained within it is correct.
