If we all understood how things worked we would rich.
I am suprised the SP is still at this level.. why.
A comparison with say BZT mining license any moment but no anticipation in fact SP falling.
Always been the case with this share. If the buys had been sells yesterday we would have seen a decline in SP for sure. Wonder why investment firms like Net zero aren’t putting more into to be honest? Why would they not?
SP seems to be pinned at these levels for some reason and has been for weeks now.
Last few trading days :
50 + million buys and 3 and a half million sell - no tick up ?
Anyone know why the mm's are doing this ?
Could there possibly be an overhang from the sale of Net Zero shares ?
Is the volume just not big enough to move things ?
Mmmm 100% spread at 8am.
Hope so as I’ve also topped up.
Coming
They are buys - mine was the first out the gate :) !
It's a steal at these prices
Thanks Tottman. I noticed the price difference from the red and blue and assumed. Good start to Monday morning then. Doesn’t seem to be moving SP much
Couple of buys at .48 on there ticker too
There buys
Investing in this share never stops with its ups and downs. 3 big sales in the grand scheme when the company is at a very low price. I wonder why with what’s on the horizon!?
Replacement of pozzolan into the cement and concrete supply chains has been a long slow burn. But thankfully it is picking up accelerating momentum. There is still significant quantities of fly ash available at low cost, which will only get cheaper until it is reasonably exhausted. And there are plenty of natural pozzolan deposits dotted around the mid-West and Western states - what i dont know is how Sunrise deposit stacks up in terms of size, quality and cost of transport to get to milling plants.
But maybe some here will start getting a better understanding of the considerable challenges in making any pozzolan depoist a commercial success. As opposed to simply blasting the CEO as being a hopeless negotiator (which he may well be, but not for the reasons many here ascribe to him).
This is a Project Generator company; that is how it is set up and managed.
Wish I had some more money to pump in at this moment! It’s a steal for anyone just joining the share as a new investor!!!!
Interesting reading, thanks for sharing Terrafin.
Check out this new piece of news !!
Holcim US has announced an investment of US$20.5m in its Midwest operations. A key component of the investment is the new 35m-high cement storage dome in Fremont, Nebraska, which will increase its production capacity of ECOPlanet low-carbon cement. The dome has the capacity to store 50,000t of cement. Construction of the dome, which began in 2021, has contributed to local economic development and job creation at the terminal.
In line with the Nebraska Department of Transportation's blended cement requirement, the cement blended and distributed at the terminal incorporates natural pozzolan, a binding agent, to produce a lower carbon product compared to ordinary Portland cement.

All 50 US states give environmentally conscious cement the green light

The Portland Cement Association (PCA), representing America’s cement manufacturers, commends the Connecticut Department of Transportation’s approval of Portland-limestone cement (PLC) in its projects – a move that means the entire US now accepts a lower-carbon version of a critical construction material.
Developed with a higher limestone content, PLC offers the same level of efficacy as traditional Portland cement while having a CO2 footprint that is up to 10% smaller. In 2023 alone, the United States avoided emitting more than 4 million t of CO2 by incorporating PLC and other blended cement alternatives. The landmark arrives at a crucial moment: State transportation departments are major cement consumers, and this consumption will only increase as these agencies use Bipartisan Infrastructure Law funding to rehabilitate roads, bridges and other infrastructure.
Mike Ireland, President and CEO of PCA, said, “This milestone is a huge step forward for sustainable American construction. Switching to Portland-limestone cement promises to save millions of tons of CO2. Using a lower-emission product that meets all the performance requirements of traditional cement means the construction sector can build with durability, safety and sustainability in mind.”
This new milestone reflects the growing adoption and availability of PLC, as well as efforts to reduce construction's carbon footprint. This shift toward sustainable construction materials is a positive step toward transitioning to a green built environment and is a trend that is expected to continue to grow, with recent US Geological Survey data revealing that the US market share for PLC surpassed that of traditional Portland cement in June 2023.
I think it’s probably more likely that nobody is really yet using these greener cements in bulk. They are moving that way and plans are starting but the industry is moving slowly.
All brilliant terafin if they need an SCM like pozz! Hope they do and haven’t come up with something else which acts like one! A lot of companies are researching on greener cement and I hope pozz plays a part but why have we not got a deal signed? Is there a cheaper substitute
This is great Pension fund stuff and PC seems to have the same idea as me, scraping thru on the cash whilst stuffing the hedge with birds for later.
I will be buying some more with this months spare cash .. looking for returns in 2029 ..
A Global change in the way cement is produced is taking off .....
Siam Cement Group (SCG) has introduced a new low-carbon cement, contributing to Thailand's net-zero ambitions. According to the company, SCG is Thailand's first cement manufacturer to produce this eco-friendly cement, reducing CO₂ emissions to as low as 0.05t during production. The new cement reportedly matches or is stronger than traditional Portland cement. SCG achieved this by improving its manufacturing processes, using clean energy sources and waste heat utilisation, leading to a 38% decrease in energy consumption. The company also modified raw material ratios in order to further reduce emissions.
The last line above - "The company also modified raw material ratios in order to further reduce emissions." - so they perhaps added a SCM ( Supplementary Cement Material) - Pozz is one of the best SCM's available to some companies :)
Needless to say we have this is in big volumes at high quality grades - C'mon PC get that deal signed ..........
We seem to loose ground on SP far quicker than gaining!!! I’ve never trusted the trades on it
As and when the news lands the share price will leap and a lot of people will find themselves locked out. Lack of stock is likely to be an issue. It's a gift at this price.
As we stand currently - so no need to go back over the years about what happened 10 years ago yada yada - I would now much rather be in this than out at this stage.
As PC has demonstrated this week if the CS deal is done we are unlikely to get wind of it - unless there is a leak - until it lands / is announced. ( unless he actually asks share holders for a yes or no on the deal presented - unlikely)
At this point imo a rapid rerate will happen with the SP and it may be hard to get in at any volume ....... we shall see
Agree 1 Investor I added recently and mine was shown in red as a sell but was in fact a buy :)
All the trades you've been seeing for the last couple of weeks at 0.0455 are buys. They're showing as sells (red) because the trade took place below the mid price. Anyone who's bought lately will know this. The 1M trade this morning is mine and it's a buy.
