This is becoming very painful, dropping almost everyday. How long before 100p hoves into view
"We continue to closely monitor our leading indicators that signal returning customer spend momentum and, although uncertainty remains with regard to timing, we are seeing increasing customer engagement, more order opportunities and an improving pipeline."
Dropping price is down to selling!
RNS out today Ameriprise Financial, Inc. City of registered office Minneapolis now holds 9.9% previously held nearly 11%
Suprised if a bid does not come at these levels
Just my opinion, with a ROE well above the average, little debt, order books healthy, but some updates been delayed not canx. Has effected SP. My view is sit tight, take the dividends, wait for upturn in market.Company’s can only wait for so long before they have to update.future looks good for this well run company
Does anyone have any ideas why this is dropping?
Many thanks
At 145p this is now back to 2019 levels and yielding 4.3%
I've taken a small position
GLA
With a rising EPS order book filling, it is a least a hold,& a buy for future. Companies can only hold off updating there systems for so long, before they fall behind
Share buyback having the opposite reaction on the share price. Share price continuing to fall.
Theres a short reported on this now. Dont know if it was a quickie for the results, or this will go lower. I have exited.
"slowly slowly - got to let our shorter friends out before the MBO leaks" said nobody.
Mms love the panicked sellers from last weak and gather up the stock
and now the day traders who jumped in at jumping out for a few pence and the mms play the collection game
If the mms are happy to soak up stock sales that is a buy signal for me that they have someone in mind. MMs are not going to lose out.
GLA - Yazz will be singing soon
Seems to have been a rise to entice sells to fill the afterhours orders on Friday.
Bottom in hopefully and dare I say this is like the good old days here where an opening spike guided the next move.
Followed this for 10 years+ and the action seems noteworthy (not a ramp). Interesting day and week ahead as it seems the 160s are being reclaimed .
Something up this morning? MMs seem to be mopping up the stock and trying to hold the price from going too high. One to watch today.
Quoting at 160-171 spead with quotes at 161.6 to sell and 166 to buy before dropping to 151/153.5 and now bopping about.

Broker tips: Spirent Communications, Cranswick

No recommendation

(Sharecast News) - Canaccord Genuity analysts trimmed their target price for Spirent Communications, but kept their recommendation at 'speculative buy'.
They described the telecommunications testing company's interims as "soft" but said that orders had seen an "encouraging" pick up.
Furthermore, they 20% year-on-year dop in first half sales had already been telegraphed by the outfit in previous updates.
However, Spirent had managed its cost base "well" and there had been clear signs of improvement regarding demand and the outlook for the second half.
Canaccord trimmed its target from 250.0p to 240.0p but kept its recommendation at 'speculative buy'.
And as long as you’re a LTH, at these prices, top-up and let the BB remove as many shares as possible imo. I added yesterday, not at the lows (152) but happy to add in small tranches. Once the turnaround starts, people will be kicking themselves when they look at the chart history.
Spirent's dividend yield starts to look appealing
The network testing company looks good value with the cyclical businesses nearing the bottom of this cycle

Increased dividend with cash pile
Jeez - what is going on? All very well talking about order book, but the figures suggest that they are only profitable at revenue above the current position and then every £1 revenue increases profit by £1. Hard to believe.
Not typo
Now getting the 132p today so added half quantity sub 150.
Hard to think I was selling trimming these at £2.83 in January. Still worth trade though.
When takeover bid?
Customer spending has driven a plunge in its half-year profit and revenue, it's going to be a very interesting 6 months!
Who needs profits when you’ve got ‘momentum’
Hard to call it is like a drip feed up to a profit warning when the contracts are deferred yet again.
L-T a winner, plenty of trading opportunities
