At least my message has been consistent. "We will get to first gas"and "in Graham we trust".
STD213, it's your own credibility that should be important to you. I've been calling you out for your barefaced lies since the very first time you accused me of predicting that company was going under, and continually since. You've never once managed to reference a post where I actually said that nor will you ever. Anyway, no matter, I will leave you to your delusions and "alternative facts".
Utility what makes you think you are important enough for me to do that?
why would you waste your precious time doing that?
checking on the truth of posts on a public bulletin board posted by people you don't know and will never meet and which make absolutely no difference to anything?
just filter both.
I have some paint you can watch dry if you're that bored.
Sharetrader123 can you give me a date when PS posted that the company is finished. Or an approximate date will do. I can then search his posts and find out which of you is the liar. I know who my money is on
PS, the fact that my post is recommended thus far 6 times to zero for yours would suggest that there are others who also realise that you are telling fibs. You can't tell us that the company is finished and then try and claim otherwise.
STD123: "lie all your want but you told us that Sound were finished and sold up the majority of shareholding as a result"
That's a barefaced lie as anyone can ascertain for themselves. It doesn't get any truer with constant repetition. The only thing I predicted was that SOU's share price was not recovering in a timeframe suitable *FOR ME*. That's no longer a prediction, it's a fact: more than eight months later the share price is less than the day I sold. Anyway, I'm recalling my previous pledge not to continue this pointless online spat with somebody who has proved themselves to be a serial liar and as dumb as a box of rocks to boot. So have a nice day.
One last thing with the amount of money that have sunk in this company share
I assure you I want it to succeed however time is going on and an end one way or the other is what I want to see in sight So if we have two months money or two years that’s what I’m trying to see
And since you have checked this balance how long do we have
why don't you look at the accounts instead of asking here?
obviously, this is a rhetorical question as I know why you're asking, it's to imply imminent failure of Sound to those too lazy to check the cash balance themselves.
THERE IS NO BINARY SIGN OR GO UNDER DEADLINE HERE STOP IMPLYING THERE IS.
Again I ask if we do not sign some thing by Tuesday how much money is left to keep the company running and for how long . We all know the banks today are not into overdrafts. This is what will end sou No Money So how long
PS lie all your want but you told us that Sound were finished and sold up the majority of shareholding as a result. You and other doomsayers have taken great delight in consistently scaremongering doomsday scenarios that have not come to fruition. Every hurdle you profess to be our death nail has been dealt with by Graham and the present board to such an extent that first gas is now odds on to materialise. In order to continue to participate in our journey you have conveniently swept up your previous negative predictions under the carpet in some form of financial amnesia. I find it amusing that even you are now having to finally and begrudgingly acknowledge Graham's achievements. I look forward to a time when we get to first gas and we can all look back and chuckle at those dark days that were certainly made darker by yourself and your co conspirators.
STD123: "PS there were some valuations by brokers at the time who were predicting 9p so not that far out compared to them."
Care to provide an actual reference to one? Either you are talking about ancient valuations that bear no connection to SOU's current situation, or you are talking about the current SP Angel valuation for Phase 2. In the latter case, you would have to have assumed that SOU would close Phase 1 *and* Phase 2 contracts *and* get them both BUILT between April and June of this year. Either way you are delusional.
STD123: "It's a bit rich to heap criticism on a prediction of a share price when you were predicting the company would not exist at all. Any prediction has to be more realistic than that."
Ahh, I was wondering when you'd trot out that bald-faced lie again. No, as I constantly have to repeat to you (because you are as dumb as a plank) I have NEVER predicted that SOU would not exist. To do that I would have to know a whole bunch of things that are either unknowable or are not in the public domain. Or I would have to have a time machine. You're the one making wild predictions on the basis of zero evidence. I just go by what I read, which you could do too if you didn't have that weird pathological phobia about looking at the available material.
In the Aim shares. You. Only need one good news. And. The rise. Could be anything from here
I saw. Mbo. Share rose 1300 percent. In one day. That’s was the biggest
:)
my question is how much longer can we survive if we don't sign something
PS there were some valuations by brokers at the time who were predicting
9p so not that far out compared to them. It's a bit rich to heap criticism on a prediction of a share price when you were predicting the company would not exist at all. Any prediction has to be more realistic than that.
You also maintained vociferously that the share price would be 4-6p by June. And castigated others for "selling out too soon" when, in fact, the share price is lower now than it was in March. Not a great track record on the ole' prediction front. You should read the valuation from the people that SOU have actually paid for making predictions.
¯\_(?)_/¯
PS that's all we need to know is that Graham will get us to first gas. Once this happens the outlook will be completely different. I've always maintained that Graham would get us there despite the doomsayers predicting the demise of the company. Now that some of the obstacles have been overcome we are more likely to succeed than fail. The share price will take care if itself
As per young DDBoy's comment...

Regretably I had a notice of Parsons and Fumagelli in C 4 in my inbox earlier. It gave me dyspepsia.
A pox on Parsons et al.....
STD123: "I never said which year and less of the name calling thank you."
That's right, you never mentioned a year. You said 4-6p within three months last April. That leaves no room for doubt as to which year. Mendacious as well as a plonker.
"... the doomsayers predicting that Sound would cease to exist."
Presumably a reference to me even though I specifically distanced myself from any such prediction and still do. You seem to have a hard time grasping that SOU as it stands is worth LESS THAN ZERO. When Phase 1 is delivered it will claw its way back to ZERO value. Phase 1 will provide no money to return to shareholders, no money to build a pipeline, and no money for anything other than debt repayment for the next ten years. It will do no more than keep the wolf from the door. Again, read my lips: it is worth ZERO. This is known from information in the public domain, should you ever choose to read it.
Phase 2 is worth very considerably more but since, as mentioned, the money won't be coming from Phase 1 revenue it will have to be raised elsewhere. That's a mountain for Graham to climb. He may do it, he may not. He may have to give a lot of value away to achieve it. Nobody knows, as there has been no disclosure of any negotiation details, leading me to suspect that there aren't any as yet. The only thing we know for sure is that your hero is a year behind on what was supposed to be a six-month project to close Phase 1 (as you will know since you bought in on that occasion at three times the current share price). So it is reasonable to assume Phase 2 financing will be a long hard slog.
Bigbench, Graham is like the complete opposite to JP. As you say its baby steps at present but as soon as we hit first gas the landscape and sentiment will be completely different.
I hope your right ST123, he seems to be the sort of chap to underplay then over deliver (unlike JP)
but with every hoop jumped through and hurdle overcome surely the SP will respond accordingly .. its a long road with baby steps ahead but heading in the right direction for sure and at the current SP it could be a many multi bagger in the making when the gas finally flows.
I was happy to top up at 50p & 60p level so 1.4p seems a good chance to average down if you still believe in the Moroccan dream ...and only time will tell if its a good call.
