Thanks Poco but truly im not qualified to do that.
What happened shows that there is a need for transparency from the bod and that they need to initiate a process of establishing some trust with 50% of the investors. They havent done anything in this regard.
Alan Jones, you say "For individuals who are apparently not involved, you seem to know a lot about what was or wasn't in his letter to SOU. "
there lies the problem. you have no idea who did or didn't email a share holding and indeed no way of knowing if that shareholding was true or not.
I may have emailed that I held 2,328,177 shares or maybe I didn't and if I did do I really hold that many?
you have no idea and neither does the fca or bod for that matter.
appart from that the whole exercise is pointless, but oif it gives people something to cling to, crack on.
as an asside Alan Jones, isn't it a little ironic you criticising people for multiple aliases, eh Neptunes?
Interesting. You're still pushing the company agenda. Insightful, that you know how Trellis " feels". You have no doubt some members of the group are no longer shareholders. Speaking from experience? No mention of new shareholders joining the group? Doesn't fit in with your
gripe against Trellis? Never seen you speak about the performance of the company. Stoic to the last. Commendable.
Poco, what does it mean to unsettle the company?
The bod are not giving PIs any sign of hope. For years they were trusted and see where we are. People do strange things when they lose money. The letter here is asking questions. May be though not sure the tone was somehow tough but what should the bod expect from a bleeding group of people who invested their hard earned money? To be nice? The bod and JP in particular were not nice althoughthey were paid by those same PIs. The normal thing would have been a mentality of understanding from thee bod and a positive attitude.
The only hope after the Mercy of God is mohammed and the technical team. He is somehow accountable to morocco fot the success of this and the technical guys should have some good understanding of the assets.
What are the possible hidden agenda of the letter group? Genuine question
Pocoppicu, I find it hard to believe shareholders have found a champion such as yourself. Mr Pocoppicu, spokesperson has arrived, freshly risen, from the ashes of all their hopes for Sound Energy. You spend your time, like Mr ericnat, telling everyone there are no real shareholders in the group led by Mr Trellis and that his motivation is transparent. What is your motivation? You are not transparent. You appear to have only one purpose. Cast doubt. Why? Sad, underhand, cynical. Your words for your purpose. Are you the correct person to be criticising Mr Trellis.
'Caveat Emptor' will always be the watchword or byword for 'Alternative Investment Marketeers' - or put more simply - stockmarket gamblers..............
What an appalling post. Have you read that somewhere or do you make things up? AIM allows smaller, less-viable companies to float shares with a more flexible regulatory system than is applicable to the main market( Wikipedia ). Nowhere is it written that AIM is for gamblers. It is a market where small companies, with less established histories are able to raise funds. It is not a lottery; it is not the 4.30 at Kempton Park. You need to get your moral compass recalibrated.
Fair enough Trelis, I certainly had my disagreements with Aapi re Sound; we remain good friends but he has bragging rights with SOU for his exit price...but we wont mention a certain African miner down Zimbabwe way..............
Well, now sou is becoming a gamble not the next gas frontier..blabla that JP would unlock. Im not surprised.
Trellis, Jones, I am guessing the accusations of 'High Crimes & Missdeamors' will be the next gambit going forward. Trellis, I do applaud your hard work in collating all those email replies into cohesive questions & I wish you all the best trying to find the answers your group are so desperate to seek. But I would never condone or put my name to your cause, however much I empathize with it because I do not believe there is any justice to be handed down to the downtrodden of AIM! 'Caveat Emptor' will always be the watchword or byword for 'Alternative Investment Marketeers' - or put more simply - stockmarket gamblers..............
Cheers, Crude
I’ve a few questions for the board
1. Have we hit bottom yet?
2. Do we think SOU will exist in 12 months?
3. Is anyone other than me crazy enough to top up to bring their average down?
4. If we do exist in 2021 and we start to drill will the interest come back?
I was very careful with question that I asked and the company was always very constricted in their response.
so very very different to the content of your email, well at least the draft version that I saw.
Iv'e lost track of the original intentions but I presume there was a 'mission statement' outlining the aims & goals of this 'class action' style collective? Whilst I empathize with those who have voiced their concerns in a collective parcel of emails that have now ben forwarded to our acting Chairman, I certainly would not condone taking the action through to the FCA & that is the reason I did not sign up to the 'shareholder rebellion'! It is one thing demanding answers to shareholder concerns - quite another making accusations of 'high crimes & misdemeanors' to the FCA!
Trellis
You are stating as fact the an II would have a different response. I do not know your response but we are in a period of exclusivity, about to undertake the sale of a major part of our assets. I would have thought that this is pretty standard to have communication via RNS or public mechanism such as website or CC. They are not going to favour a small percentage of investors with enhanced communication.
Thnk you Treillis. This is not against the company; no one wants to waste money. It is about the right to know whats going on cause the trust we had in the coward put as in this situation.
Hi Trellis. I sent you my shareholding and said you could use them. Have you been send email replies to us directly to update us? Just wondering if I have missed something.
He is more than a coward. You forgot to mention a lying manipulative baXXtard, who is definitely on the FCA radar, that is for sure. He is no better than a low life turning up at your local market and trying to sell you counterfeit goods. The man is an utter joke. He is part of the AIM SCUM that inflicts pain/angst on decent hard working people, to meet their own financial.Lets hope he is not around long enough to enjoy the spoils of his lies. His disciples will say he egged or over exaggerated the GAS .
My ass, he knew exactly what he was doing, laying one trap after an other to keep as many decent people invested here as possible.
He should be hung drawn and quartered as in days gone by, as a reminder to future CEO/CFO who set out to destroy decent people
He has the support of 4%. I wonder if the company could muster as much under similar circumstances. It is foolish to think just because someone doesn't join the group that then means they support the company. I think your agenda is getting in the way of common sense.
Very sad state of affaires. What value can come out of this mess? Shame on you JP. No shame, no honesty and no gratitude to those who made you rich. Coward.
Basically the response was, We will do what we want and there ain’t a lot you can do about it.
Strange. Posters who have appeared to disparage Mr Trellis and his group yet have hardly, or ever, posted about Mr Parsons and Sound Energy. I expect more of the same.
On another note. I notice the posts removed on a regular basis this morning on the RGM board. They just have a compliance team as well. I suspect the compliance team is Mr Parsons first instruction at his new companies nowadays, long before financing. Legal Fred and Sarah probably working overtime. Can't begrudge them. After All we are paying Mr Parsons to work away from home, why not them. I'm sure Brian can lend his hand too.
I don't see anyone else questioning the actions of the Bod that has sent the sp diving.
The market makers set the spread. jp, fumigally pump and dump.
You might as well save your ink. The FCA are completely toothless and won't take any action.
I sense a bit of a ‘cute’ response at the end suggesting shareholders turn up at the AGM. I’ll be attending the next one for sure.
There action group have started communication with the FCA. I am not sure everyone signed up for that.
