Echo just had an AGM. I see there was some resistance on resolution 4. I wonder why.
“Resolution 4
THAT James Parsons stands for re-election as a Director of the Company, who retires by rotation under Article 70 of the Articles of Association and, being eligible offers himself for re-election.“
Yes, all good with us Daveyboy - managing to make up some of the losses from being so generous to JP through Sound - what a Goon he is – I’m sure his wife and family are so proud of him! - one day it will all come back to haunt him.
At least in all my business dealings I have always been able to sleep at night and have improved those businesses that I took on. JP is such an incredibly sad figure of a man.
I had thought Daveyboy at one time that you were taking over from Crude as I saw you on here so much – but perhaps you had the most to contribute, but always well thought out and honest – keep up the good work.
That beer I poured for you is going a bit flat and warm, a long wait now for the famous LE don’t you think?
Greetings from Mrs Gasbag too who remembers our meeting on the SS Titanic so well, sadly all the popcorn came to nothing.
Gasbag
Hope you're well, Daveyboy. Glad to see you still posting.
I wonder how much that cost?
Here's another one conducted by the same people

Old drip under pressure ;-) I hop you and the wife are keeping well Mr GB
One of my college lectures had a definition of “Expert” that I’ve always remembered.
Ex = out of date
spurt = a sudden drip from a tap
Just saying!
Gasbag
sounds like the coro subsidiary did all the work to offload this, (and got sod all in return) and lets face it, offload it is what they've done, at cents on the dollar (if that) just to be shot of it, what an absolute waste of money drilling that was, the shambles of "experts" that decided on pouring millions down that hole should be lined up and pushed down the frigging hole
To quote Trellis:-
"AG conference call with Mr Lyon and Mr Seghiri on 20/04/2020, direct quote:Graham confirmed that they are not going to issue more share to finance the company, he said he has a good experience at doing that.
He will basically try with trade finance, credit lines and government help/finance. This was repeated in the shareholder q and a soon after" This was agreed by many here. If untrue then it has serious libel repercussions. the fact it was put here and wasn't removed speaks volumes.
"We" - As I said, speak for yourself.
In regards to you stating that we have enough cash to take us to LNG. We don't. This has been pointed out to you before but yet you continue to mislead. SOU have enough cash to take them to March. LNG, at best case, will come online towards the end of the year. I appreciate your positive attitude but many of us have been here for years, lost serious amounts of money and have been lied to.
We don't need people like you spouting Hare Krishna vibes.
Pduk perhaps it is you who should do some more research on Sound before making unsubstantiated allegations against Graham. If you look at the Q&A video of July 9th then you will clearly see that Gary was asked about dilution and clearly reported that in order to address the bond issue further capitalisation was required. Myself and others took this as a clear indication that further dilution was imminent. I am disappointed that the anger aimed at the previous board is now beginning to surface and be directed at the present board to taint them as well which is unfair. The present board have not done much wrong so you and others should give them a fair go so yes I standby the statement in Graham we trust.
Speak for yourself, Sharetrader123. Judging by the comments aimed at at you over the past few hours I'd suggest you do a bit more research into Sound Energy Plc before making any further wild speculations. Early days for Graham but he has already lied about dilution.
"Tendrara could be the drill that saves us." Tell that to TE-8, TE-9 and TE-10
People don't want to talk about the past but yet applaud the pitiful 600,000 which IS due to be returned from that era of lavish spending. Badile cost us close to 25million!!!
Trellis, like I said earlier in Graham we trust.
And Tendrara could be the drill that saves us.
Badile only cost us 20mil to drill as part of JPs dream now we get back a few hundred thousand .
The drill that destroyed us . imo
Shame on all posters accusing the board of not doing enough during these covid times. In Graham we trust.
First income for years :)
Just awaiting Italian bureaucracy!
Every little helps.
