I suggest they start with the RNS's (which YOU won't read).
Serious question -- what's your major problem with me posting factual information from an RNS?
(or will you pretend your "friend" didn't relay the question to you? LMAO)
STD123: "PS I've just been shown your reply to sundance by a friend "
LMFAO. Yes, you have me filtered so of course, it had to be a "friend". Well, you are a master of self-delusion so I can well believe you do have such imaginary friends.
STD123: "on the day you informed us you sold out it was at 1.25"
And even assuming you're right (which I can't be ar$ed checking) what bearing does the daily closing price have on anything? I can assure you they were also at 1.4 on the same day.
STD123: "and they are now worth worth 1.62"
And once again, so what? Ten days ago they were 1.25p. On April 8th (remember, when you didn't sell because they were "going to double in three months", LOL) they were 3.1p. Right now they are on a slide from yet another temporary blip while traders extract another pound of flesh from those to lazy/foolish to do any research.
STD123: "The other claim that you bought PVR on a dip similar to today's price is again lies"
Actually, you're right on that one. I didn't want to confuse your brain with having to deal with the concept of a foreign currency. I bought PZQA.IR, which is PVR traded on Euronext. Bought at 5.4c, currently trading at 4.96c. Now, if I were you, I'd point out that they were up 23% yesterday and tell you to "pull the negatives out of that one" (LOL). However, I'm NOT you, which means I don't crow like a two-year-old over a successful pooh when the share price nods in the right direction.
STD123: "It must be like a dagger to the heart seeing the current SP higher than when you sold"
Nope. For a start, today's price would have made me something like £8k more than I got. Since you noted how much I was down overall, even YOU must have the cop on to realise by comparison it's more like a scissors to a fingernail than a dagger to the heart. You're the only one blubbering about my losses. Which is kind of ironic ... since YOU'RE the one who's down 60% on your original SOU investment, 50% on your averaged-down amount. What's more, you could have exited at breakeven in April instead of hanging on like a **** because the share price was "going to double in three months" (instead of which it halved even after "good" news).
STD123: "Every bit of good news must be a constant reminder of your stupidity and would explain why you cannot stomach any positivity"
You utter dope! If this is the "good" news, who needs the bad sort? Also, why are you banging on as if I'd missed out on the huge rise you claim is coming? Nothing stopping me from leaping back aboard at the drop of a hat. Meanwhile YOU'RE the one with your funds tied up and watching every agonising tenth of a penny movement. I'm happy to read SOU's own statement of their value (i.e. LESS THAN ZERO) and sit on the sidelines, watching you making a prat of yourself.
STD123: "its now time to stop the one sided negativity and allow investors to judge the company on today's merits"
Absolutely. I suggest they start with the RNS's (which YO
PS I've just been shown your reply to sundance by a friend who cannot believe the lies.
You claim to have sold out Sou for not less than they are worth today yet on the day you informed us you sold out it was at 1.25 and they are now worth worth 1.62 , quite incredible for someone who claims they are good with figures. The other claim that you bought PVR on a dip similar to today's price is again lies as we both know they were far higher. By your own admission you sold out Sou at 92% down losing some 600,000. It must be like a dagger to the heart seeing the current SP higher than when you sold and quite unbearable to see when it rallies to over 3p knowing that your losses could have been significantly less. Every bit of good news must be a constant reminder of your stupidity and would explain why you cannot stomach any positivity and spit venom at posters who hint at the slightest positivity. I am genuinely sorry for the huge loss you have suffered but its now time to stop the one sided negativity and allow investors to judge the company on today's merits and not be guided by your historical misery.
You mean the guy you pretended to have filtered? ;-)
Sundance, The lady doth protest too much, methinks.
Nope, sundance, ps is not a Ms or Mrs, nor did he sell SOU at any less than they're worth today, nor buy PVR for any more than they're worth today. But STD123 is most definitely a deranged pothead.
However, interesting to note that you agree there's no medium term value here and are planning to just trade the ar$e out of it. Explains why this thing bobs up and down like a dead fish on news, and all the more reason for buyers to beware. Somewhere out there is yet another £100k worth of losses since yesterday.
Ahhhhhh Mr Ps is a Ms or Mrs .
Top marker gold star Mr Sundance for observation.
Now it all makes sense and brings to mind the age-old joke of the guy who asked the Geni of the lamp for a motorway from America to Hawaii,when he was told by the geni that's going to be too difficult he then asked to understand women so the Genii then said ok was that 3 lanes or four on the motorway
That little bit of info now opens up a WW2 hanger Zepplin size of reasons for the sniper-like watchkeeping on what ever you say will be pounced on like a black cougar . Keep your head down and never accept third light
Sundance if ps figures are so good it makes it even more of a mystery why ps has sold most of her investment when the shareprice was low prior to the last spike. Also it's pointless posting page after page of regurgitated facts when you are incapable of applying the information by selling up prematurely and investing it in PVR which is worth half what she paid. Hanging around this board like a bitter ghost spitting negativity against the investors still holding or are new is just a reflection of her bitter regret and her predictions of the company's demise look more ridiculous with every new deal Graham executes.
Those trolls are in every board. So no point looking at their post. Who care best to filter.
Mr Ps .
I am at a wit's end to try and understand why you post such negativity and such detail. "Saul Goodman"dont worry as you clearly have done your homework and there's no one here that has or can even hold a 2 cent torch to your figures,2 cent as that's all I can afford now after investing in Jimmy,s jewels.But why,do you do this as clearly people are not paying attention as yesterday was a good example, they don't care . This share is stretched tighter than Katy Prices forehead,just look at the ridiculous spread and any good news will cut that elastic band stretched head and it will fly. everytime ,people are thirsty for good news .The trick is to make money on the ride.Theres is no medium to long term value here we all know( we have you to remind us daily of that) so what do you want people to do,sell or not buy in the first place.?Most are so underwater they are going to need in water decompression if they ever come up and sell and have simply lost the will to live by hoping against hope that it will recover as the clever money knows its not going to for a few years yet and move on after every good news and my upside down frown says nowhere near my average is so its part of life's rich pageant knowing that even when I sell I will lose as I sure are not going to buy any more to reduce my average as I always have you to depend on that its a waster of time
The Trolls have arrived.
I can see the praying Mantis has posted. No doubt spitting more negativity as usual. Anyone investing now must draw a balance here and not be put off by the bitterness of posters who have lost eye watering amounts previously and are therefore blinkered by their own misery.
STD123: "The shareprice rebound was inevitable as investors cashed in but the fundamentals moving forward have not changed."
That's right. And the fundamentals are that SOU is worth LESS THAN ZERO which is why the SP is going south again today. Somebody made about £100k on the churn over the last day or so. That was donated by all the nice people here who are writing:
* It will start to go up from next Tuesday;
* massively oversold now;
* Should start to recover from here;
* oversold bounce will come soon;
* should bounce from here. STRONG BUY;
* what a gift at this price! ;
* It will go up again significantly
* I think this will start moving north again shortly.
FFS, it's so frustrating seeing people not getting it. The value of Phase 1 to SOU is just enough to pay off its debts in about 12 years. So the net present value is less than zero. SOU actually PAID MONEY for a valuation that tells you that, so it's worth reading. To be worth any more than ZERO, i.e. to proceed with Phase 2, SOU will need to raise TEN TIMES more than the amount it has spent the last two years trying to raise. SOU is no longer an exploration company trying to prove up 31 Tcf so it can sell on to someone else for a quick killing. It is a production company that is worth as much as the gas it gets out of the ground, which right now is zero.
The best cracker was: "Yesterday’s news was good, you don’t get a Company like that wasting 2m on a Company that has no future". Strewth! Afriquia Gaz are not interested in SOU equity for the sake of it, they want gas they can sell at a profit. They are not speculators, they are downstream oilies.
So, to all the people piling in since yesterday -- you've bought a dog. Next time, do some research. And DO NOT LISTEN to the hustlers on this board who refuse to engage with facts.
Can someone let me know when can’t buy
It will go up again significantly. But that’s the style of all the. Aim shares. So I will top up
Why dont you go find another share to buy then? If you arent invested here.
Utility totally gutless. Nowhere to be seen when the shareprice was flying up but now it's dropping thinks it's safe to come out of hiding and I'm the ridiculous one. The shareprice rebound was inevitable as investors cashed in but the fundamentals moving forward have not changed.
Sharetrader i`m still here. Your doing a lot of crowing about the SP which at the moment stands at 1.8. This still leaves , i suspect the vast majority you included of shareholders under water. Keep crowing. Your making yourself look ridicolous.
The MOU was gas sale at 7 to 9 dollars
Now we are at 6 to 8. That’s makes a big difference to the revenue. But we are paying a smaller coupon on the interest.
sundance4, not often I get free laughs from this board but you posted a couple of crackers there. Underwater naked pole dancing indeed! Top posts! Meanwhile, from the resident pothead ...
STD123: "although there are still a few hurdles left to get over I'm confident we have the best man for the job. "
A FEW hurdles? Like raising $180m for a pipeline (i.e. 10 times the loan from Afriquia Gaz which has taken over a year to come to fruition and is still not quite there). Phase 1 was a hurdle. Phase 2 is a mountain.
The bond with a value of around £24m had a maturity date of June 2021 so was shown in Current Liabilities in the 2020 accounts. The maturity date was renegotiated to 2027 so is no longer a current liability. See RNS 14th April 2021.
LOL. Wise words from former Parsons fans. Those canapes at the Shard sure were expensive. Hopefully today is the start of the turn around for you. Best of luck.
Sundance I'm still chuckling at the on weed comment. I've always had faith in Graham and the journey he has us on and in fact took the decision not to take a profit when we had the last big spike. I'm confident that the SP will continue to grow from here and although there are still a few hurdles left to get over I'm confident we have the best man for the job. I've been saying this for months but perhaps there may be some others who will now take Graham seriously.
Meanwhile Utility is nowhere to be seen and I still can't hear him...
One more thing ,you can throw away the Zulu Principle book of get rich quick literature that you may have been reading or even Investing for dummies or any other book that makes you think you are Warren Buffet as they have as much in common with this share as I do with underwater naked pole dancing .Anything to be concerned about I am still chuckling ,best of luck Mr Phoepus with this one as thats all you have to go on is luck and maybe possibly maybe a CEO who may even pull some rabbit out of a big hat
Anything to be concerned about errrrmmmpppphh eeerrrr ookk not sure if you have done any research on this one Mr Phoepus matey peeps so I beg the question have you just jumped onboard with the 68% rise that took 2 years to happen.This share has more gremlins and hidden goblins than the next Harry Potter movie .
Mr Ps 2023 has all the details and fine research,mostly negative but today was a welcome acknowledgement that its at least positive RNS but is constantly updating them with all the split-second accuracy of a casio watch whilst running down Mr Share Trader who is constantly up beat and happy and constantly seems to be on weed .Im with the sharetrader 123 class as I have had my disappointments already factored in with this share by coming to terms with the fact I have been naive bordering on stupid and will have to work for another few years .Is there anything g to worry about , ar you serious ??
