That would be disappointing OG & you would have to ask the BOD what they are doing about it as a board member of Helium-1, it's still around a 10% holding post IPO to solo/Scirocco. Begs the question should they maintain 10%,and board membership, seems they will have the cash for a small adjustment if required?
If they had a pre-IPO fund raise in September, perhaps that are in the early stages of the process, in which case we may not see the offer until next year.
Sorry during or after suspension!
Thanks for that OG, I have been checking the listings most days as well :) If it comes before Christmas then I am ok with that. Ruvuma & the licence is the main question for me and before or after suspension?
OG_newbie so have i not a sausage and I sent various emails and got nowhere as if they were in the process of they would of told me of the fact so we must assume the worst and it not happening as of yet but we will have to see as OCTOBER is the month like over the otherside October is a big month ;o)
Chris - I check daily and there is currently nothing regarding Helium One in the list of Upcoming Floats and Listings on the ASX website., like you stated. I assume that they are in the processing of Listing Application by ASX stage, but it would be nice to have some confirmation.
Week 1 Appoint Advisors
Week 2-10 Commence institutions marketing
Week 11-12 Lodge Prospectus with ASIC
Week 11-16 Processing of Listing Application by ASX
Week 13-17 Market and Offer Period
Week 18-19 Closing the Offer
I agree AA. I don't know the listing rules on ASX so don't know the minimum time to register an IPO but the current table of IPO's does not include Helium-1 or any other Helium player. Don't see it happening this month but very happy to be proved wrong.
Good luck with a reply from H-1, I have tried before.....no replies.
Well we've made it thru one week of suspension, I emailed Helium one about the IPO, so far no reply, can't find a telephone number either, have a feeling its a way off.
