Zoros, I have said sorry for confusing the price for timings. Please read the post. Like me you have misread. You have not got the facts across, you have misquoted. your point 5 is misleading and your point 6 is just wrong. However you infer that NM lied in the past regarding dilution. He has never said their will be no dilution. But he has said that it will be minimal.
Yep as wasn’t logged on .... soon rectified
Exciting times ahead cookie ,
See what hes been saying DBW
I wouldn’t cookie
I doubt that he has apologised a single time over years of posting inaccurate tripe .
Zoros unfiltered.......
Quady, I accept your apology, obviously. Just a shame it's taken this long to get the facts across!
Thanks Jerry.
I hope it all comes good. Holders deserve a decent pay day
But very tired...must be very busy these days...
Always very monoton speaking but managed to give very detailed and long answers....
Found it interesting indeed and he kept saying few times that any further forward finance will be based on the real assets value rather than the current SP which of course he regarded to be way too low....sound good to me....
We certainly can expect very interesting few months before the end of this year,and I think the SP will be much north of the current.
Have a safe and nice weekend folks.
Thank you Jerry, just reread it and you are right. Damn, I owe Zoros an apology. "Zoros I am sorry". I think when NM said he wouldn't issue equity at the current price, he was referring to the Franco Nevada offtake agreement. He has always said, that he will keep further equity releases to a minimum. On the point that NM can't defend a takeover. Zoros is at the best misleading. He has always said that if the right offer came in offering full or near too full value, that he would sell. No figures, as far as I am aware have been mentioned by NM. We do however know, that he intends financing Alpala by NPV, not the market cap. As for Christmas Jerry, you could be correct, but I think a lot would have to happen, and not go NM's way. It's going to be interesting, whatever happens. Thank you Jerry for keeping me honest. I am going to have to do, what I am always accusing Zoros of, and read more carefully. All the best.
Peel Hunt yesterday says buy, 70p price target, nice.
Quady, these are times not prices!
In the last Q&A I distinctly remember him saying that he wouldnt issue equity 'at these prices'. I think the sp was around 26/27 at the time and he actually issued equity at 21.5. So if you wanted to split hairs you could say he was right. Trouble is the equity issue was at worse prices.
In the same or a previous webinar Ingo said that they could use some of the royalty finance for exploration. This was clearly not the case and I presume that FN pointed this out, hence the equity raise that was a surprise for many, incl Ingo and NM.
So I would agree with Zoros that he did go back on his word, but I think as far as he was concerned things changed and he had no alternative.
From my point of view the events of the past few weeks have hardened my view that Solgold or Alpala/Cascabel wont be around by Xmas. Not quite sure which alternative I prefer atm but the sp should be higher than now either way.
Good morning Zoros, your idea of threatening CGP is ridiculous. Where did you get the figure, that if a bid came in at 26 pence, that it would be undefendable. Yet more rubbish, and was never said. He absolutely repeated, that the PFS would be completed end of September, listen to it again. The fact that NM promised no dilution, is also a lie, only repeated by yourself, and one or two others. He has always said, that there will be limited dilution. If we get CGP, that's with a share offer, that in itself is dilutive. Again you need to listen to all the presentations from 29th April, on the Solgold link I gave you.

MINING OPPORTUNITIES IN ECUADOR FOR GOLD, SILVER, AND COPPER
BY OUR MINING SECTOR EXPERTS | JUL 9, 2019
Being a small country amongst regional giants, Ecuador typically gets overlooked when it comes to foreign investment and foreign business incorporation. However, recent discoveries within the country’s natural resource sector are changing this reputation for the better. Moreover, changes in legal regulations and government involvement started to ‘prime the pump’ for Ecuador to achieve success in the mining industry.
A lot to read.
Quady......let's look at these in more detail, shall we:
1=) He never said he would sell Alpala for the right price.
@26:50 he says, quote "everything has its price Paul" when asked would he sell Alpala.
2=) correct
3=) correct
4=) Wrong he said Solgold was going to become a mining major.
@26:00, he says, quote "if somebody wants to buy the 'company' it will become indefensible"
5=) He never made any threats to CGP.
@24:19 he states thinks may get very difficult for CGP. @24:40 he states he is throwing CGP a lifeline. These are veiled threats.
6=) He confirmed he will deliver PFS by end of September.
Actually he said he would present the PFS before BHP have their rtestrictions removed.
7=) Yes looked like he had a long day, but very coherent and accurate.
Accurate - yes, reliable - no. I had to remind you yet again (earlier on this week) that he had reneged on further diluting shareholder stock by offering a product placing for $40mil earlier last month. You were adamant that NM would never dilute company shares.
Perhaps it's time now for me to ask you to re-watch previous webinars/interviews to confirm facts if you wish to retain credibility........
Sleep tight.
Z
Think your arguing / disputing points which can and will change .......for me the fact remains NM is looking for full value ...no compromise and no half measures .....the finer details can always be deliberated and debated .....the outcome will be the same though - this is Not being taken on the cheap - and every chance this is going to set a precedence like never before for the explorer - producer
Zoros - I’d agree with all you’ve said
Zoros, did you listen to all the conversation.
1=) He never said he would sell Alpala for the right price.
2=) correct
3=) correct

Evening Quady - lots of investors watch in here on a daily basis and the chat has been so much better of late. There was a period many will remember as cringe worthy or clown like - but with considered and honest posters like yourself and many others now this is becoming a good daily read (thank the heavens above :-))
I’m a 5 yr holder now - my pot is too big really but no pain no gain (and at circa 10p it was hurting a bit !)
I’m über confident our day in the sun is on the horizon
Good weekend all DG1
Quady, you'll be pleased to know that I listened to the interview too!
What did I get out of it:
1. He will sell Alpala for the right price.
2.He will equity dilute but not as a first option.
3. He stated that NCM are the best @ Block Mining. BHP don't have the same experience.
4. He will continue with setting up for production........but would seriously consider any offers / bids.
5. He's offering a lifeline to CGP. If they don't jump ship, he'll sink them when their equity in ENSA drops to half a percent.
6. He's going to deliver: PFS / production Finance / extra staff to build the mine - by the end of 2020.
7. NM looked tired.
Why doesn't someone come straight out with the question: why he has bid for CGP now? Why doesn't he leave it until he can buy them off?
700Km of terrain riddled with Alpala's. MUCH TOO BIG for one man and his team to manage. He must have a plan to slice his domain up.
A bid is coming.....................late 2020.

Good evening DG1Investor, looks like we listened to the same conversation, That's exactly what was said. All the best.
Nick sounded to me confident and assured.
Now I wouldn't expect any CEO to sound worried or panicked....but I believe he feels he has got this. He spoke about financing at project value...not current market cap (Exactly what i wanted to hear)......he looked to me very relaxed and not phased by Newcrest moves, Newcrest will do what they want to do......the tail doesn't wag the dog (So bog off Newcrest) though and fair play to Nick, he's either playing the poker hand of a lifetime or he's stead fast in his production aim.
Gotta be honest I don't know which one it is ....but i loved the comment that we don't just hold major discoveries ready to be picked off by the big boys.......Alpala is ours.......the regionals are ours......anyone who wants them can of course bid to have them .....AT FAIR VALUE. (Stump up or do one).......Newcrest want a bigger chunk at a lower price, its their modus operandi....but the winds of change are here ( this time its been thwarted (thus far) and don't we know it with the toys coming out the pram (WI, Newcrest, etc ....you don't like getting it all your own way), well for once in this game we have a CEO who is saying no to that nonsense. Stump up or shut up.................this has got £1+ for any with a bit of patience about them......Cookies £1.32 looks as good to me know as it did 3-4yrs back. Smack a regional in their and £2 is not beyond real possibilities.
All the best to those here who see a bright future.......traders taking 10-20% will make good too.......many will see riches bestowed upon them that dreams are made of.............NM has got this with a little help from Ingo ......fingers crossed.
Be lucky and have a great weekend chaps / and girls
