Norges at 3.97% as per the June presentation
Hi DBW - no on Norges website it still only lists 2.28% as of 31 Dec 21. Latest RNS from beginning of March had them over 3%.
Certainly looks like Norges are a 'friendly' and that's certainly a warning shot to BHP and NCM. Norges worth around 1.2 trillion dollars.
BHP worth a mere $114 bln.
Lets hope Norges keep adding and get nearer 5%. It's that level of holding that when combined with others makes a very significant difference.
Thanks RC ..... Did they update their holding?
Norges voted in favour of all resolutions. They helpfully publish their voting decisions on their website.
Attempt to get it on the cheap
The only Share Holders that hold approx 290M shares are BHP and Newcrest, so one of these voted against resolution 1
Snap Mog..... I think it looks like pi's voted against most resolutions and one of the big boys jumped on board with item 1
Someone's not happy though DBW
"The Board notes that Resolution 1 received more than 20% of the vote against the policy and intends to engage with shareholders to address their concerns that resulted in this outcome."
"The Board notes that Resolution 1 received more than 20% of the vote against the policy and intends to engage with shareholders to address their concerns that resulted in this outcome"
Hmmm ......still waiting ....
All resolutions passed
