If we continue to rise tomorrow, there will be people taking their profits at the end of the week, no doubt... and cant argue with that if they bought in around 13p..
That is a puzzle. If not held in treasury, then were they simply cancelled when merger deal went through?
SOLG's CGP 5%+ stake would have been cancelled or factored into the merger. But like you say unclear where the stock went of whether that too was factored into the SOLG share issue to CGP holders... eg.. 95% of CGP holders swapped 1 for 15 and SOLG simply did nothing with the 5% holding in CGP.
Thanks Kat …. I’ll have to take your word for it
And looking at the Monthly, there has formed a very tasty hammer white candle, with a looong tail between 13 and 16. What a beaut!
That's of course on both the Daily and Monthly!
Closed above very strong horizontal resistance between 16 - 16.50, on high volume of 14m shares. Looks like it could confirm a new trading range of between 16.50 and 20p.
Cant see anything there hmm i wonder :):)
Trying to sell something doesn't mean talking to anyone. Where's the evidence anyone is still taking Maxit's calls? Still no RNS. Still no word on the street of a TO bid. Just delusional posters here who have conflated solgold's new leaders wanting to sell with there being a buyer about to put in a bid. If you can't see the massive difference there, that's fine, but don't accuse me of being the thick one! And don't worry, I'll be around until next year, investment growing and happy to wait.
Bloomin' rampers. All the same.
Over 14m traded and counting
Ill check on taee if anything said
BHP .......56p a share

Have you ever tried to sell anything without actually talking to someone?
You sure its1981 and not 2002 ?
1981
You said yesterday that nothing would happen here for a year.
How thick are you to hang around here.
Pisa off and come back next year.
Correction, Monte: WI all but confirmed that we're trying to sell. Do you still not understand how that's different from talking to a buyer?
And Quady has blindfolded himself
Copperpot must be crying his eyes out with this rise.
Opened up 8% on TSX...more to come...?
Let's face it Wazza keeps us far more informed about what's going on than the board ever have in the last 10 years. Well done Wazza
is quoted in todays Mining Journal as 'lining up global bid targets', for those of you that like a rumour.
And for those that think it might be FMG, I doubt it. Last month they transferred their Business Development team to GGP.
First day of dealing chappy...much higher volume/liquidity...strong possibility of a bid(s)... Shorts closing...people climbing on the bandwagon...FOMO....any or all of the above...
