Leningas indeed… a walking human dog turd of a man

This is looking a lot less like a kindergarten at the moment.
Under the Companies Act, treasury shares are shares that have been repurchased by the company using distributable profits pursuant to a share buyback scheme.
The CGP Solg shares have not been purchased in such a manner and definitely not using distributable profits. Therefore I don't think they are considered treasury shares under the Companies Act. They will just be an asset of the CGP entity that is now a Solg subsidiary.
Sorry Fort - that's one thing NM DID NOT do "issue shares as confetti"
He kept a v tight reign on the issuance of shares and as you rightly point out secured a royalty deal to NOT be giving away the co to BHP / NCM!
I've witnessed far more liberal CEO's literally as you say literally issuing shares like confetti..................there was a t-oss-er who's name escapes me for now, in the oil and gas sector who literally diluted the fk out of his companies - that's it I remember now, David Leninas was it???? UK Oil n Gas etc..................
Think a couple of his co's did eventually come good, but there were many many others that were just oblitereated swimmiing in billions of worthless shares..............
Sorry, you cn;t level that criticism at NM - no way - it simply isnt true!

Remember this...?
"Cornerstone is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of SolGold."
So the missing shares may still be sat on the CGP balance sheet...so when will they consolidate? Because if that's true the 15% of ENSA is also sat on their BS...
Putting it simply...Sangha has a 5% incentive to get a deal done!
BnC, ultimately the 'sales' guys have been brought in to get it sold. No point in having explorers/dreamers/mining experts trying to sell an asset. Better left to the money men with proven track record. I understand your sentiment, but they are in same boat as us now and incentivised to the hilt to get an excellent deal done. FWIIW, I think they've been doing the behind scenes discussions for sometime now and you never know... that might have been a big reason for Mather and themselves hooking up. I doubt they would go it into it blindly and there's no way they would convert into SOLG shares unless they had significant control especially after the years of confetti equity raises by Mather et al. To be fair... he did reign it back toward the end with royalty deal but cost him his job!
They've RNSed no shares in Treasury, but 3 billion in issue...curiouser and curiouser...
Just wanted to qualify the CGP trading on TSX point earlier... they get delisted at 9pm tonight.
from merger RNS..."The Cornerstone Shares are expected to be delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange after the close of trading on 28 February 2023, and will cease trading from the OTC Pink Market and Frankfurt Stock Exchange." END
16.7m traded and counting
Irwin
Not complaining btw
Now let’s get on with it
Tho how and why this bunch of crooks / minority stake holders have managed to wrestle control of our company is an absolute disgrace and an effin joke
Think we seriously need to review our corporate law and Co protection cuz this is a fkin joke

What's this Sangha holding, something tells me there's more to this than just a holding ,getting intresting now for sure
wicked. I'll be glad to put an end to this thing so everyone on this board stops arguing. I've never seen anything like it.
Anyhow great first day of trading the new shares...augurs well.
.liquidity much better...proper market. Onwards and upwards...
We want them to make the first or the last bid...
Do we like them?
Work it out. If the shares had been cancelled there would be 157 million less than the 3:billion
Jiangxi Copper is owned by the Chinese State. They've been engaged with SOLG since the Valuestone deal (they basically own Valuestone)
DM shares in Treasury have no voting rights...
I really should know this but who are the competing people trying to buy up solg? Is Jiangxi Copper acting on their own or are they buddies with Maxit captial? And is it them vs bhp newcrest? Who are not on our side..
Never mind three white soldiers, there was a one bar bullish reversal yesterday, massive followthrough today, break above the resistance zone and hammer on the monthly.
Hope to get a retest of the zone, some consolidation, then a very firm base for the next move up.
Let's see what the weekly shows on Friday.
Price firmly above 20 day ma - 200 day stands at 20.7p
1981, You're spot on mate, imo.
It's all conjecture, which is good really, as I've made a few bob with a couple of small trades.
My mate, who made a proper wedge last week, has done even better from yesterday and today.
He's made thousands and I'm jealous lol.
