What are you seeing on L2 that makes you think that?
Just curious because I don’t see it on mine
Nal, I unfiltered you because I wanted to read your latest amazingly insightful post.
Can you please show me where I mentioned the PFS in my post? You won't find one so I'll accept your grovelling apology.
Look, I know you find reading a challenge, but perhaps it's time for you to ask one of your grandkids to give you a hand. It's quite astonishing the way you manage to read people's posts and then get either the wrong end of the stick or to wilfully misinterpret them. Life must be a real struggle for you and frankly, it's pretty amazing you've actually got sufficient intellect to remember to breathe.
This is about to explode on L2
Serious GAP up coming.
We may be in the NEWS over the weekend :)

Adikt, do you seriously, seriously believe, a prospective buyer will buy on solg 4th PFS.
do you not think it possible they will and have done their own due diligence.
for someone who claims to have been a high flyer in the business world and invested in shares over
many years. you appear to be pretty naive, what with that and believing every word Caldwell says.
and now assuming because barrick say there not interested in solg, they can't be.
I suggest you look at a couple of poker clips on utube
Going to be interesting to see if the US trade side or canadian player slaps the price back down in their afternoon post 1.30pm trading hours like they did yesterday.
We've had so many strong volue days only to see the sp close suspsicously at unchanged level almmost to the last tenth of a penny. That's just bizaar. It's as if they are desperate to negate the days action which would lean toward a deliberate VWAP control and we know VWAP is often used against bid/offers as justification or explifies premium offered.
Hate to urinate on your French fries drake but the US has the highest gold reserves in the world by quite some distance
PoG should have hit 3000oz during covid but FED Reserve prevented it.
That cost the FED alot of money. They ahve suppressed GOLD for years now in support of the dollar.
At some point the reality dawns that the gold in them vaults aint quite what it should be. Some of those vaults are empty.
If the real numbers on Gold speculation were know, we'd be through 10000oz now.
And due to covid (orsubsequent inflation woes)... miners have not put cash into development so are way behind now with resources falling and limited signs of add on production ops.
It's easy to imagine a potential buyer who's been in the data room saying to SC that if he can get an updated IPA their interest will progress from tyre-kicking to a more meaningful engagement. In fact, I imagine every interested party would have said the same thing. This week was a highly significant moment for us and to my way of thinking we've overcome one of the biggest hurdles.
So come on Barrick/Chinese/BHP and uncle Tom Cobley, submit your first indicative offer. We know you want to!
This stock has a long way to go to recover okay if u bought lower but many shafted at higher levels
Red,
I’ve often wondered if certain companies can buy on others behalf, then transfer them all to that company on same day, thus a TR1 would need to be submitted, many things are possible

'84, as it happens, no I haven't. But I take your point.
Pbow, if BGG has said that - that the Equador Govt would fund Cascabel as their "own" Evergreen Tier One Flagship", then that is Pie in the Sky stuff, LOL!!
What support we need from them is the continued Govt Support for Licences and a Demonstration that the Equadorian Govt IS PRO Mining to unlock the incredible potential mineral deposits in Equador! Growth in Mining, jobs and investment because we are sure to see the Bear market in Au/Ag and Cu disappear as Gold rockets to new highs, the USD suffers from the effects of reduced interest rates, political wobbling, a realisation that more than 34 Trillion USD Debt needs sorting.
No doubt, there is going to be a tough time ahead for some of us making poor investment choices! Hope that's NOT us!!!!

I thiught it was 55p by Friday novice...wink wink...
Our sources had inicated that non dilutive funding was imminent...
And still no Directors or Insiders buys...
So I'm wondering if SOLG has had at least one informal bid approach...?
Or at the very least approaches for the ex CGP 5% in Treasury...
Volume approaching 200 million in the last 7 trading days...almost 7% of MCap...
And still no TR1...is somebody building a position which they don't have to declare until their buying is completed...
Come on now with a little wind behind we could close in the 9's, however sad that may seem compared to 2 or 3 years ago but as long as you've been able to top up a few times at these levels then its happy days soon...
Willem Middelkoop said a Junior Miner Bull Market would start in early 2024 and SOLG is his top pick...
We had a dress rehearsal in December with GDXJ twice hitting 39.40...
It then fell back to 31.20 on 28 Feb but since then has motored up 20% to 36.29...
The last Junior Miner Bull Market was 2010/2011 when GDXJ hit 167...
I believe we're on our way and will see stellar gains in mining stocks like SOLG and EQX and Gold Silver funds like GPM...
Gold is hitting new all time highs hourly...latest $2171...still nowhere near reflected in stock valuations...
SOLG now has $68 billion of gold in the ground and $108 Billion of copper...
Work that out...
Following the Toronto conference I now think Cascabel goes to either Barrick or to China. The major positive is there's definitely more than one party thar wants it, so that in itself bodes well for shareholders. Plenty of good news arriving this month. All in my opinion.
I think simply logic gets you there The Italian, so trust your instinct.
For Barrick to get a Tier1 mine in Ecuador, they first need to purchase some land and licence blocks... tick... they have done that as of Dec 2023. They then have to engage with locals and get them all on board, they then need environmental testing and permits to test before they can do any drilling what-so-ever. In simple terms... they might discover an Alpala but it's going to take them years. Possiby 10 years+ before they get close to knocking out any production of resources.
That's the reality. There isn't any real way to fast track things in an early adopting mining region. It takes time. That's why after over 10 years+ in Ecuador SOLG's brand is valued. Locals like them. All the eco warriors picked on all ther other licence blocks and left SOLG alone as SOLG had ticked all the right boxes.
If you want a new country entry on a plate... SOLG is it. And that's worth a premium to the usual market benchmark pricing as the folio has a bucket load of permit granted drill ready targets.
Italian. Did you discuss your candles with Scott and bristow
Or were they to busy telling you solg strategy.
They clearly felt you were the best way to handle and report any progress.
They probably thought, why bother with a rns. Let's just tell the italian. He can pass it on.
Oh well back to sanity for me
Hi Roxi
Its £77 million since 8.15 Monday...c40%...
Italian. I was waiting for you or bnc to turn up with your chicken bones and smoke and mirrors.
Funny how them charts only show up when sp is rising.
Not a word when it's dropping.
Oh well back to sanity for me
When I exchanged emails with Mark Bristow and then I discussed that with Scott, my feeling was that Mark maybe thought I was probing him on behalf of Scott, and while Barrick were in fact considering SOLG, they could not tell and certainly did not want to give SOLG any leverage. But this is all my extrapolation.
Wow ... another 5m traded in first couple of hours or so.
Volume growing and the big hitting likes of Blackrock and co haven't arrived yet. They'll come in again once they realise they won't be getting a slice of the pie in any equity raises.
Talk of rate cuts emerging as early as April now... so Gold will soar higher as rates drop and higher risk stocks become attractive again as money has to move elsewhere to gain growth and that include savings fraternity who are enjoying a safe 5% to 6% + these days. Drop that to 2% and they'll be back to markets again.
BBG I know you keep persisting with this nonsense that the government of Ecuador is going to fund the mine.
Again how would a government justify doing massive cuts to its budget (read as public services) to satisfy the IMF to achieve a bailout, whilst spending circa 15% of its annual revenue, to allow a private company to build a mine.
The social outcry would lead to the government been thrown out in days if not weeks.
Barrick can't say they are interested can they?? That would be stupid. Much easier to say that SOLG does not match their criteria for acquisition targets... and when or if they make a move for SOLG they can say... landscape/politics improved or due to recent CIPA.. that we now meet the criteria lol!
Don't forget, Bristow made that remark before the recent PFS and the 24% IRR. When he made the comment, SOLG had a 19% IRR on bigger capex.
It's all tosh at end of the day as there's not a super major miner out there right now that wouldn't like what SOLG have under the bonnet. They are all scrambling around right now to just get land purchased never mind drill permits.
