All good because nobody believes you anyway Fortissimo.
Don’t doubt it Fort
When this is all over it’ll be interesting to see if we all share the same sources ….. until then we wait GL
Truffle sauce of course Bubble.
It's premium.
Waiting for Godot...again...
Is it brown sauce or red fortissimo lol
Of course you won't share it, because it's pure fantasy. Even a rumour of a bid would put the share price up substantially. Hence not even a rumour.
Yes boring as hell waiting for the imminent multibillion dollar bid approach.
But it's coming... according to my source. And no, I won't share it.
We are living in pretty weird times but the most astounding thing for me is all this pretending to be interested in women's football thing going on at the moment. Bizarre.
Volume has collapsed again over the last two weeks...
Really Redknight, they really are vague, so vague as to be non existent.
Looks like the SP is up a bit on vague bid rumours....?
False dawn then as usual ,back to my portfolio then push this back in draw
Ok thanks
sorry...1st of July last year.
DBW, the last one I can see was on the 1st last year. I can't be arsed to look back any further, but over time there will have been many of them.
Because Solg hasn't done an equity raise or had any director option exercises for over a year? They usually notify the total voting rights after such events.
Totally agree Add
So why don’t they do this every time … and why have they never done this before ( to my recollection)
It will have been released to reflect the increase in the number of shares following the issue of 1.3m to DC.
So, as much as I'd love it to be the precursor to a bid, it ain't.
Agreed with addicknt just a standard announcement on number of shares issued and the fact we have none in treasury.
So we can work out who owns what percentage.
Means nothing, as we all know.
Often released before a share issue precursor to a fund raise that’s all
Bnc
Erm...it's a standard announcement, what are you implying?
Offer on the cards maybe coming
Calling someone out! Who will it be?
RNS-weird one
“Updated Share Capital and Voting Rights
SolGold announces, for the purposes of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, that the total issued share capital of the Company consists of 2,295,152,615 ordinary shares of 1p each with voting rights.
SolGold does not currently hold any shares in treasury and, therefore, the above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company.”
I've no idea what that pattern is.
