"I hate to say it but it's probably a suicide case so I won't engage anymore, I don't want it on my conscience."
Sounds like gaslighting to me, and if I've already been filtered why the need for this vitriol?
Have a word with yourself pls.
"BNC Norge held 4.0% on the August Presentation..."
No they didn't redknight. They held 3.95%. It's in black and white.
They've increased by around 1.3% over the last 6 to 9 months. The Aug presentation dated the holdings as June 30th 2022. So they might be higher or lower now.
Hi rednight1.....page 36 August Presentation says 3.95 %
Pinot
:0)
addickt I suspect we'll know by mid September...
BNC Norge held 4.0% on the August Presentation...
You highly overestimate him DBW - I can see straight through his desperation.
Horses for courses!
Or made a scapegoat
I have said many times I never met slug , I do however believe he knows more than anyone else on this board about the mechanics of the market , his political views are his own
Fair enough but this isn't the real world is it? Real world easy peasy.

Ray …. It’s not in my nature to run to teacher …. Despite all the insults Q has hurled at myself and others over the years I just couldn’t sink that low
Horses for courses I guess
And for the record I don't believe you're a friend of slugs, well at least not in the real world.
Damers, that's certainly my take.
Ingo will have done a lot of work and who can blame him if he felt let down? AS is a different matter and her departure is a complete mystery...maybe she turned out to be stark raving bonkers?
I think you underestimate quady dbw, I can think of 2 posters here that would fall in the stupid category, and both behave like degenerates. I don't have a problem with you DBW but in fairness you know full well who the daftest characters are even though you refuse to call the real perpetrators out.
no issue with being corrected RK, Quady, Lunch
Afterall we cant possibly know everything about everything - never to old to learn............

Ray …. It’s clear I don’t want the failed raise to be true but it looks like it is and is clearly what the market believes too. I do however feel it has moved things forward and will hasten the end of this now painful saga.
I don’t agree with a lot of what you say ( nor you with me ) and I wouldn’t chose to meet you socially, but I don’t believe you are stupid, there in lies the difference between you and Quady
Any full listed company can raise up to 20%, if AIM it's 5% looks like Solgold have limited itself to 10%, so unsure if that can be extended.
addicknt.
To answer your question: 'Just for the sake of argument, if your argument is correct, why did our finance team depart?'
A: because Cuzzubbo, Twigger & Mather pulled the plug on the deal.
Apparently they 'tested the market' dbw
RK, I'd imagined you were sobbing gently into your lunchtime soup.
I haven't filtered the Colonel because at least you can have a good debate...
With Q its like continually hitting your thumb with a hammer...
Q, you have absolutely no knowledge or understanding of how fund raising works and, to repeat myself, yet again you've fallen for very transparent corporate pr.
Just for the sake of argument, if your argument is correct, why did our finance team depart?
I'm afraid you are wrong.
Do you really think I care...?
I prepared a £860m IPO and I've raised over £1 billion in capital markets...so what...?
Why do you guys not have him flltered...? Unless of course you like the hilarity while we wait for summat to 'happen...
You can still wind him up...its like throwing raw meat to a rottweiler...too easy really...
Oops there go more green stripes...
LunchMoney - re 12.24 post - both restrictions apply.
So any unrestricted company can issue up to 20% of it's issued share capital but SOLG can only issue 5% due to prior agreements or articles.
Ray … do you believe there was a failed attempt to raise cash ?
From what I'm seeing quady seems to hit many with 'facts' that seems to annoy certain individuals.
