All the time you're breathing,
you are a winner.
The sun is shinning and hopefully, unlike some, you have not attended a virtual funeral lately.
It is a good day and a brilliant company, led by a clever person.
All the best
Rednight
What’s the point of a BB if everyone agrees on everything all the time ?
Don’t start red night, I’ve been here longer than you have.
One is allowed to be invested and not always part of the happy clappy club.
If you think the SP has performed well over the last two years then we disagree on that.
I say the BOD have a part to play on that with lack of any substantial news, it was the same pre COVID, nothing has changed as yet, other than more staff and more money going on community projects.
I speak for myself, however with the board potentially being voted out, there are Clearly others not happy also re share holder value.
You know its one those bad days, lol
Hi Earthling, I am not worried about a potential vote of no confidence, it's not going to happen.
Are you trying to speak for the majority again earthling...especially in light of the astonishing inanity of CGP I'm not worried whatsoever...
Apart from which it comes AFTER the PFS and AFTER the BHP brakes off...
Hi L2 glad your a bit happier than this morning....
If people here believe he is doing a great job why are most of them concerned about the forthcoming potential vote of no confidence?
50k shares buy at 26.42p just gone through
DBW - hope you're right there mate :)
It's loose change in the grand scheme of things and, from a PR point of view, the cost/benefit is advantageous in my opinion.
Charity is always good, now order book is looking even better, should test 27p imo
Rich , think we may get there before October if we see drilling updates , FN news & PFS is on time
*ES. The governance I did have a couple of issues with, but they've been somewhat mitigated by the last RNS.
Can't fault the ESG of SOLG - it's vitally important to keep the locals on side, especially during CV-19. A friend in need is a friend indeed - it will be remembered when it comes to getting the permits...
Wonderful place is Bournville - even the lamp posts are painted in Cadbury- purple .... or at least they were when I was last there a few years ago :)
Not sure we can liken it to Ecuador though, but i do get your gist shippy.
I'm pretty sure we'd all feel a little bit more charitable if the SP was currently in the 40s. But hopefully that's all about to change from October onwards ??
When they were making money making chocolate lols
Will e a long time before profit making here so huge difference
I do get that yes, but there has to be balance as we are yet uncertain as to whether we will actually be allowed to mine.
If we were developing a mine then yes but as an explorer scraping for funds I just feel
We are top heavy on his community work spends.
Wonker
Ship, I thought it was willy wonder?
Im inclined to agree with you there earthling...........
we're a business not a fekin charity..........
by all means when we're earning and have revenues we can be supportive - but whilst we're begging n borrowing monies from all n sundry its bit rich throwing it around...........
but that's just my opinion......
Didn't Cadbury build entire towns for his employees? They did alright as I remember.
Ouch earthling...you just don't get this whole ESG thing do you...
Nor the critical importance of these programmes not only for local support, but also the fruitful partnership with the Ecuador Government...
