SP nibbling up nicely this morning, I'd love to see a 37p close setting up a bullish week .....go SOLG !!
Novice, interesting point of view. So, you genuinely believe that nothing of note will happen to move the sp over the next few years? No developments at Porvenir, no BFS at Alpala? No development of other assets? And, critically, no corporate developments? No funding package? etc, etc.
Given you believe this to be the case, why don't you sell now, invest the money elsewhere for a few years, make some money and then reinvest in due course at the same price?
Plonkers of the highest order RM and Z... Forgive them for they know not what they are talking about.. Z don't even need to trawl back through the years of sanctimonious crap you have posted to call you out
Novochock - I particularly like this one:

"...Ah well another 18 months of steadiness at the 36-38p range ready for the next leg up to 55p next spring 2022... ; (..."
Fits in nicely with your forecast then?
And then this one, which I have to admit, took some digging underneath the hearly 70% of your vitreolic posts against others:

See! Dig deep enough into the manure you have compiled and a little jewel resides. XX

Do one Z you're the biggest waste of time on this board. There is no greater chameleon on this board than yourself. Changing your views as and when the wind blows .
The stock market Cov my friend is a method of moving money from the impatient to the patient as someone once famously said. Run along now little person : )
Wow - novice you have become very negative of late..what's happened, Covid got you?
Come out of the dark and look more closely at the Solg calendar.........
Most of the 'old school' on here have mellowed....alas, not all.
Cheer up babes xx
Z
Novice you must be such an expert , I wonder why you need to hang about these lowly share chat boards when you are obviously a major winner on the market with all of your insight and knowledge.
You have just advised the board there is nothing to see or do until........2024!!
What a tool.
Wow you really do talk some rubbish RM... This will not be rising steeply soon, if anything it will be slowly going back down to low 30's hi 20's for the foreseeable future as investors and ii have now bought in to create the recent spike but will hold steadfast while NM does his stuff over the next 2/3 years for maximum returns. Nothing to see or do here untill 2024 so stop wasting your breath and acting giddy.

tbh there's little more I can add other than what I've already posted rodger.
i know a lot of folks think it's a load of ol tosh - but ew reacted sharply to a previous level of price action resistance.
i do have to be honest here and say i hadn't really expected that sort of reaction but we all know SLOG can move quickly both ways..........
i'd like to think we've found support around t he 35p area and for this to be a progressing large & v long 3rd wave then it has to prove itself over the coming months...........if price takes out the (was it April 2020 high where we rallied from was it 10p to 31p from memory) then that could potentially negate or at least give rise to a re-evaluation - but for now that's NOT the case, we simply need to garner support and gerron n move the right way for once rodger

Sorry "do they want upto 14 mines"
People on here may know that I'm for holding all the way to production and beyond. I had presumed that each licence would be treated in the same way as Alpala and be financed in the same way, especially as all to date are owned by separate subsidiary companies, except that as things move on we may be able to do some cross funding ourselves. However, as mentioned by Viable earlier, with so many tenements to develope and run especially if many of them are tier 1, it may be reasonable to sell one or two of them. The question to consider, not just by Solgold but by the government of Ecuador, is do they wany upto 14 mines, perhaps more, producing copper, as well as gold and silver, at the same time? The longer the copper lasts the better it is for Ecuador also the price won't become depressed due to over supply. A shortage will keep the price up. NM will have to consider this with the government of Ecuador if it shows sign of becoming an issue, in which case I am sure they will allow Solgold to delay bringing some tenements to production.

Hopefully the filter does it's job, sure lots of green boxes but better than the alternative.
Maybe try putting the bottle down?
Just an idea please don't filter me :-(
Smellie you really fail to grasp the rudiments of stock investment don't you. All your talk is cheap, put your money where you're mouth is and actually invest some of your money in to this stock...
look forward to the delightful posts of "boomage" then next week?!?
now that would make a refreshing change....... ;o]

That's exactly what you are doing though smellie in a passive aggressive manner... No ?
What slow progress? they have said the government is very happy with Solgold. PFS a little late due to caronavirus but the government delayed permits and stuff in other areas due to caronavirus so they can’t really complain and I’d have thought they would easily get time extensions if needed due to it being out of there control.
A smile here. The only thing I can be sure of is NM et al. do not have the capacity to handle ALL the tenements on their own. The mining ministry may have something to say about slow progress. In which case at least one project will have a for sale sign. It would be a surprise to see Cascabel becoming the candidate. And Porvenir is fast proving to be irresistible.
Thanks for all the input this weekend. Good stuff.
no doubt you'll pick a fight with someone hey rodger?!?
lols ;o]
RM, I think we would all like some good news, but it could be a double edged sword, games are afoot and all have to tread carefully.
RM, regarding tomorrow, can I just say if a light is too bright and hurts your eyes, do you carrying on staring or like a welder put a better filter in the goggles

It’s been an absolute pleasure reading the boards opinions on Solgolds options, all replies and debates in a really coherent and respectful manner.
Nice to see others views on possible scenarios, from firm beliefs to not so sure.
This also opened up a few different avenues the company could take according to a few, all of valid interest.
The next few weeks are going to keep changing hopefully for the better for us, no doubt so will our opinions on where it is going again, be nice to keep reading peoples updated opinions and why.
Thoroughly enjoyed the board this weekend, let’s hope it stays like it
Good luck to all and our families, that’s what we are here for
Colonel I don't like to fuel the conspiracies but could Bhp selling solg then buying cgp and maintaining their share while suppressing solg price.
Would essentially be weakening cgp and solg positions?
If CGP keep selling there stake Wouldn’t that have made Solgold’s offer more generous by the day?
Plus does that mean more share now in the hands of PI’s , assuming selling was done on the open market?
CD
GP down not NCM..cheers
Colonel I was actually thinking Newcrest opportunity was to buy out Cgp giving them a large stake in Solg/Ensa.
This surely is an opportunity to join the big boys 20% stake in Ecuador and 27% in Ecuador largest prospect Cascabel.
Maybe not as cheap as they like but still $1bn for an up and running mine and a part to play in 13 other tier 1 mines.
Or they can play the little angry miner bullying the likes of cgp stakes in smaller mines.
