I’m afraid that this BB will always be susceptible to criticism of the current BOD until a sea-change occurs in the BOD or at least their stance. The new CEO situation is beyond farcical !!! Is Mather the negative factor behind this? Would you want this job with Mather holding so many shares?
It’s all so very frustrating, given the colossal resources SOLG has already proved up
thanks Quady for correcting me .
Spot on WM! This joker (Janice12) is clearly Kalibari reincarnated and he was one of my low life bottom crawlers thrown into my trusty trash can which is exactly where J12 is going! Ahhh feels better already :)
J12 - I’m sure you are already on my filter list via your alter ego’s but it’s the bin with your latest incarnation as well. Goodbye.
Novice…. Done
Stop engaging with it no engagement no J12, simples, we’re all experienced enough at this game…
Life’s too short ….. you clearly want to cause trouble and create arguments….. bye
Maybe the main institutional investors would prefer a low bid seeing as they are probably the ones making the bid …… you think they’d prefer to pay more ???? Strange at best
“ Can you explain why if mather is key to stopping a low bid. Why institutional share holders wanted him out.”
Surely you just answered your own question?
Talatum he was not voted out.
Tatalum- your agenda is clear. Shuffle on.
Mather is key to defending a low bid.
Your not invested here
Talatum h
He wasn’t voted out , however it was the beginning of the end
Good afternoon Janice, while I disagree with your position, I do sympathise. However without Nick Mather, I believe we would have been taken out cheaply. When you say we will not get funding to go to production may I remind you of a few facts. After the PEA we were told that the cost to production was just over 4 billion dollars. I think 4.3 billion was the figure, but if I am wrong then someone on here will correct me. We are now awaiting the PFS which will be open cut and get us to production faster and cheaper, also please remember that Ingo has said we have 1 billion lined up and that was nearly two years ago. I personally am invested because I think after the PFS with the revised gold price at 1700 dollars an ounce, up from 1300 dollars on the PEA. Means we can do this. Nick Mather has his faults, but he also has his good points, and the one good point I look too, is he wants to bring Alpala to production, but if he cannot do that, he won't let Solgold go cheap.
I am not as sophisticated nor experienced as many of you so cant decide if NM is good, bad or indifferent for our company's fortunes . Fact, however, is NM was voted out . To then let him serve as NED is going against the democratic wishes of the shareholders. Happy to be corrected on the fact if I have got it wrong
Janice
Over the years I think Nick has done a lot to protect his investment and ours by default. Having said that I don’t think it’s healthy to have him breathing down the neck of any new guy ( or girl yawn ) at the helm.
There are big changes coming but what they are at this time is pure speculation
If you don’t like any of these things why do you find them funny?
If you don’t like any of these things why are you invested here?….. oh sorry you’re not
Zzzzzzz
BBG
Not alarmed in the slightest just like to be invested in a company with a fully functioning CEO ( Keith stated months ago he was just filling in short term) and a CFO ….. having said that I don’t think for one second Solgold will exist in its present form for more than a few months.
I also believe Nick has something up his sleeve and remain super confident we’ll see huge upside from here one way or another ….. a third party entering the fray would be my preferred option

What more direction do you want than a PFS, followed by a BFS, followed by funding, followed by development....????
The business has also been clear on their regional program which continues to grow and expand.
Mining exploration and development is a slow burn so patience is required.
There is no reason to be alarmed. We are one of the most exciting mining companies in our sector.
Anyone throwing negativity around is:
A. either impatient and has no experience investing in this sector
B. associated with one of the groups that wants to acquire solgold on the cheap.
There are lots of identities contributing to this thread and most fall into either category A or B above.
RK
If nothing else I just hope a sense of direction comes from the AGM…. Then at least people will have some sense of what they’re investing in ….. whatever transpires for the remainder of 2021 I can see very little downside from here …… it’s painfully slow but fascinating to see who shows their hand first
redknights agenda is clear.... Our interim CEO is doing the job.
Our board has delivered and continues to deliver.
Or appoint a credible CEO...then let the drilling results torrent flow...
Nothing will happen to the S.P. until we get corporate action.. At that moment, it will be impossible to buy shares. Of course, our BOD could create action at any time by simply declaring one site or another is up for auction - that would shake the coconuts.
