FreeTheCaterham7, because you posted that you had a punt on a binary stock?
If you want to gamble on binary shares knock yourself out, but, just like seeing others going all in worries you, gambling isn't for me. Others gambling doesn't worry me though.

"I no longer think it is a multi bagger. a get-out at round about £5 seems more realistic. Anyone with eggs in one basket is nuts."
You are one of the voices of reason on this bulletin board. One small correction however £5 is near enough 3X the current share price, which would put it in the "multi-bag" category. Personally, I would be more than happy with your get out price. My initial target was £3 per share. The fact that sensible well-researched contributors are now suggesting higher figures adds to my optimism for a successful outcome to this investment. Nothing is certain, but, with each successive day, the increasing body of evidence is adding to that likelihood.
Regards.
Hey Andy
Give my best to Flo
Why do you think I "haphazardly wander around looking for a share to have a punt on"?
Very well written post Skippysb01.
As someone once said ‘diversification is a hedge for ignorance’. Investment strategies: to each their own. We’re here to talk Synairgen not issue forth on how to spend each other’s money. Each person has their own strategy here but think we are all agreed we ain’t here for a steady 5% return! If this goes, it will REALLY go. I’m not really into setting price targets because you have to see what the narrative of the company is and take your lead from there. But personally I are talk of £10 a share as way too conservative. Especially as SNG has means of production. Let’s wait and see…
Coul go 10
Looking good here this week . About time we got somewhere even close to our value .
That NCBI study was just another positive pointer towards SNG being a genuine breakthrough treatment for COVID .
Not long to wait now .
FreeTheCaterham7, to someone who haphazardly wanders around looking for a share to have a punt on (you're not a gambler though?) you are bound to think this is a "pretty binary stock".
You've dropped lucky with this one but that investment technique will invariably result is losses.
Bruce - When you go shopping do you separate your eggs into two different baskets?
All in one basket is great fun albeit very dangerous buy hey that's life!
It is dangerous to go all in on one stock. If that happens you may have a dangerous relationship with investing. We are all grown ups so can do what we want but investing in AIM is like going to the casino. Being well researched and investing in AIM is like going to the casino having been to it before and going all in on one share is like putting your house on the favourite at the Grand National.
I have been invested here for about 18 months and at one point it halved when the vaccines first came out. That was not fun and had nothing to do with how good a product SNG has. You have to think about how this would go for you if the black swan arrives.
I have never stopped believing in this company and to be honest would remain invested long term if this didnt work out. I also have other far safer investments at much higher values. I would still be very miffed to lose out here.
I think FTC is correct to point out the necessity to diversify.
But how could that many scientists, doctors and medical personnel get it that wrong.... binary is therefore obsolete in this situation. By about a year or so.
I no longer think it is a multi bagger. a get out at round about £5 seems more realistic. Anyone with eggs in one basket is nuts.
Mact4
No, I don’t see the problem.
Could you explain it please?
crikey! blimey!
sorry no offence meant.
I've been in Synairgen since June 2020, and today feels exciting. I have 10pct of my pension in and as a financially cautious person who usually only likes putting money in property that's a lot for me, in fact unprecedented, but I so believe in our BOD and this therapeutic. Can't wait to meet you all at the party!

Crikey
I make one comment suggesting that there might be downside as well as upside to SNG, and that it’s risky to have all your investments in one stock, and I get accused of deramping. You need to be a bit more realistic. If SNG001 gets dropped for Covid 19 at the end of the trial process, what do you think the share price will do? Personally I think it has a decent chance of making it, and making it big, but it’s naive to think it’s not risky.
Your comment is not without merit FTC but
35 years but £2500 investment?
Doesn’t square up.
See the problem?
Good call by the looks of it, Ray.
Kenneth
You are mistaken. After 35 years in the investment industry, It bothers me if anyone goes all in on ANY share regardless of how much of a sure thing it looks.
TL. If the company wasn’t high risk, it wouldn’t have any crucial phases. Everything would be nailed on.
TL
caterham? filter it.
reads like the letters page from viz.
if not a paid deramper, certainly reads like one.
perhaps a sign the sp is about climb.
FreeTheCaterham7. Are you well versed on the recent developments regarding Synairgen? Your comments suggest otherwise. I have been heavily invested in this stock for a year and have read a great deal about the company, the development of its primary product, and the progress of its trials. However, my knowledge is "thin" when compared to that of many thoroughly researched individuals who regularly contribute to this bulletin board.
The company is currently in a crucial phase and "wishy-washy" comments, without justification, suggesting that it is a high risk binary investment are unlikely to be appreciated or taken too seriously.
Regards.
Massive Ray - I think my tealeaves are pointing towards £7/£10 (not by close)
Tbf let’s talk straight, you don’t really give a **** about someone going all in.
However you do like writing it to pretend you care because it gives you a power feeling.
My crystal ball predicts over 170 today
