@Manifesto, Synairgen raised £80m in Oct 2020.
The gross proceeds were to:
1. fund a Phase III clinical trial of SNG001 in c. 900 COVID-19 patients (note on c 620 actually required, surplus funds available).
2. fund SNG001 manufacturing and device scale up producing c. 100,000 treatment courses per month in 2021
3. generate further data to support SNG001 clinical development, manufacturing processes and regulatory activities;
4· strengthen the balance sheet for potential partnering discussions with regards to the SNG001 opportunity, working capital and fees
I've mentioned this on the past on other platforms; there is plenty left in the bank (only 620 patients), and manufacturing scale up is already completed or near completion. With enough capital to put a large amount of the cogs in place.
Regulatory news will follow a rough outline:
. First RNS = results + hint of partnerships (see Point 4 above) + mention of EUA
.Second RNS which will detail manufacturing in the pipeline and partnerships for full distribution.
. Third RNS will confirm EUA.
As Richard pointed out, we are talking months not years.
We are a Medical research Company.... It is very unlikely IMHO that we will
will now want to be a Manufacturer and DIstribution Organisation..
Completely different set of skills and experience needed..Plus it will
require significant financing... IMHO RM has created a platform
that could indeed be interpreted as the basis to go it alone..
No seasoned Business would advertise they want a Takeover..
So this could be a very sophisticated plan...Who knows..
Big pharmas have the teams and experience to take this
to market they have the funds...So I see a TO as the
most likely outcome...Our Board will all be seriously
wealthy if P3 succeeds and may well want to enjoy
the rewards of years of hardwork ...IMHO!

If governments are going to directly buy your product, you've at max got 75-100 accounts to manage. It's easy enough to expand your commercial team to meet demand.
Local service providers can provide in situ support a la Ashfield Engage or similar.
Every country that hosted sprinter has the potential for local licensed production and distribution, with the funding coming from government pre-orders. Others may be queuing at the gate
Even the hardware comes from an external partner.
So what value would a big pharma partner add?
“The Head of Commercial Finance will be responsible for supporting the Commercial function through LAUNCH of our investigative candidate SNG001 into the US market”.
I still can’t decide if SNG are truly wanting to go this alone or if it’s just making them oven ready to be taken over. JV certainly looks less likely. Everything seemingly being put in place so what could a Pfizer off? Manufacturing scale up perhaps?
Just make sure are synairgen Rocket is ready and fuelled
Manifesto that’s the one :).
Gosh I (we) were young at the time.
For Rich...LOL!
Would you like to ride in my beautiful balloon
Would you like to ride in my beautiful balloon
We could float among the stars together, you and I

Anyone remember the song up & away on my beautiful balloon ? Or something similar ?
Feels similar here :)
Synairgen Youtube channel looks to have been created on Dec 17th 2021 .
The day after Synairgen Incorperated in the US .
Looks like alot of things got the green light that week.
I wonder why ?
Manifesto - hear hear :)
I think we would all agree that RM is VERY conservative when it comes to
managing shareholder expectation...He is considered and careful
when interviewed...At the same time he manages to convey his belief
in the team and the potential financial reward that success would bring for shareholders..
The latest developments would IMHO not have been actioned without good reason..
RM "Knows" by now how the readout will determine the future for SNG..
He has been very proactive...Deal in place, New website and looking to appoint
key personnel..... I think we have all been given an insight into RM's character
on this journey....It seems inconceivable to me that any of the above would
be in place unless RM was convinced that P3 was delivering positive results..
I think we are in for an interesting few days.....Results must be close and
I doubt there will be much stock for the MM's ....

You're welcome. I've been following the news from Synairgen for a long time and they tend to be very media shy. Very different right now.
This is on the new website too. Brilliant video. There’s one on the website about anti vitals too.
Apologies if this has already been posted. This looks like a very positive video on Synairgen by RM, SH et al.,

Whoever is doing the media for SNG are doing a terrific job probably Brooke S Clarke.
