This is the pertinent extract from the link Saxondale posted earlier. I looks like a P2 trial in France for non-hospitalised Covid patients due for completion August 21 but started in July 20. It is a nebulised version of Interferon Beta 1b. Could this be the one the French Minister was referring to?
'Experimental: interferon ß-1b
Patients in this arm will receive interferon ß-1b (Extavia® 9,6 MUI/300 µg ) during 5 days
Drug: interferon ß-1b
A 10-minute nebulization, once a day, from the first day (day 0) to day 4, of 9.6 MIU / 300 µg of IFN-ß-1b (EXTAVIA®) diluted in 2 mL of water'

There will be a lot of people that won’t take a vaccine. Especially BAME.

Woody I’m 51 also I don’t want the vaccine, I too am not happy with the lack of long term testing. It’s going to be a tough decision to make when I get the call. I don’t like taking any drugs whatsoever.
So are we sure this isn’t us ?
Woodstock, not far behind me age wise, but same feelings, I do not want something injected into my body, once in there its too late to change your mind, not enough long term studies done, how does it react to other medication, too many unknowns..
Take care..
Doc. I am sorry that you have health issues. My aunties partner is the oldest living diabetic in the UK. He has survived a recent covic bout. The bloke is an Ox. I personally believe you will be ok.

Ness. I am 51, so I am catching up with you. I actually do Not want the vaccine. I am not at all keen on having something injected in me, that has little research behind it. Furthermore having studied the Az vaccine, I feel the vaccine is as about as useful as a chocolate teapot.
Warm regards.
Hey Woodstock, I imagined you to be in your 30's, but I have not been invited for mine yet and I'm twice that age!!
On a lighter note, I have been invited to have the vaccine jab. Being an enthusiastic Sng share holder, I feel having the vaccine jab, a conflict of interest.
Apologies if already posted
The more contagious British variant "now accounts for about half of people infected with Covid-19 in France", Prime Minister Jean Castex said during a press conference on Thursday.
3000 people died in United States in last 24 hours. Highest figure in 10 days.
4th wave expected Worldwide. UK variant the culprit. Source.BGR.
HarChris chap. Worldwide cases up 5% last week.
Harchris - it would be helpful to get an update on progress with recruitment. Not only as you say are cases reducing, but I read recently the criteria excludes anyone who has had the vaccine. Given the current vaccination status, that could be tricky.
Sounds like a board brimming with confidence to me
What Oakleaf? My point was (in theory) starting a few weeks before could have made the difference of a good few months completion time. Just unlucky with timing that's all.
It's Extavia!! The video clearly says "Equipes Francais". And it's nebulised! Alert!
https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT04356495
In the tweet of Dr Aurelien Mary there is also mention of CHUBordeaux - this is where Extavia is being trialled...
So 50/50 the French Ministers referring to SNG
I don't think they need PI's money anymore hence the lack of interviews recently by RM. They are fully funded for what they want to achieve and the path forward is now set in stone. We will only hear when an what they are required to tell us by the looks of it.
HC, I'm struggling with your comment. How many doses can we produce before vaccines finish the job? Never enough, at least not for the next year.
I know I sort of asked this in a roundabout way a few weeks ago, apologies for repeating.
No chance Chris.
It's frustrating tha we start the p3 just weeks before cases drop off a cliff. If we do an interim analysis on just the UK arm do you think we'll get an rns confirming p3 uk arm completion/ interim analysis in progress?
Doc - Stating that trials are well advanced could be referring to the program as a whole, SNG001 in the hospital setting is at the advanced stage now being in P3.
When vaccine trials have been reported on they've always talked about the trials as a program of P1 through P3, rather than individual trials.
