True, I just had nothing better to do then talk rubbish on here. I should have just put a film on
Greenfish...give it up. They know what they're doing...ii's are in with big cash...just buy for £2k's worth at market rates and hope the drug works...
If they did offer it to us the market makers often do the dirty and drop the share price to below the offer price until after the placing time is over and private investers mostly just being greedy take the cheap market shares instead of the companies new ones.
The Company encourages all Shareholders to either submit their Form of Proxy, use the CREST Proxy Voting Service or vote at www.signalshares.com (as applicable), rather than attend the meeting in person. In accordance with the Company’s articles of association, whilst completion and return of the Form of Proxy, using the CREST Proxy Voting Service or voting at www.signalshares.com (as applicable) would not preclude Shareholders from attending, speaking and voting in person at the General Meeting should they so wish, Shareholders are reminded that to do so would potentially be in breach of the Government’s latest laws in relation to the containment and control of COVID-19.Completed Forms of Proxy should be returned in the reply paid envelope provided to Link Asset Services Limited PXS1, 34 Beckenham Road, Beckenham BR3 4ZF as soon as possible and, in any event, by not later than 11.00 a.m. on 8 April 2020.If you hold your Existing Shares in uncertificated form in CREST, you may vote using the CREST Proxy Voting service in accordance with the procedures set out in the CREST Manual. Further details are also set out in the notes accompanying the Notice of General Meeting at the end of this document. Proxies submitted via CREST must be received by Link Asset Services Limited (CREST ID RA10) by no later than 11.00 a.m. on 8 April 2020 (or, if the General Meeting is adjourned, 48 hours (excluding any part of a day that is not a working day) before the time fixed for the adjourned meeting). Alternatively, you can vote by logging on to www.signalshares.com and following the instructions.
if we wanted the cheap shares you could vote against resolution 2 but I don't know if we could make up the money of the finance people pulled out because of it.
take no notice i'd rather them have all the money The firm placing only covers £3,830,153.25 they need the rest of it.
Use of proceedsCOVID-19 clinical trial activity £7mManufacture of SNG001 drug product and other supply chain considerations
£4m Strengthened balance sheet for potential partnering discussions with regards to the COVID-19, future pandemic preparedness, and the COPD opportunity, working capital and fees £3m
If share holders voted it down do you think they would offer current share holders the option of getting these cheap shares? to make up the short fall.
after reading the circular I see 10,000,000 odd shares are trading from the firm placing as of the 30th of march so it could be those. the conditional ones 28,000,000 odd we get to vote on as long as we get the paperwork in before the 8th of april.
Does anyone have an oppinion on if someone should get theses shares cheap.
Don't you hate reading something and realising your wrong, if the votes about the shares is not till 14 then they can't be off loading them yet. Must be just waiting to see if it drops lower,
It's true my english is not very good, also true that people may rush in for the new finacial year. However it's also true that many people are keeping more cash on hand because of covid and that the institution who got paid in shares will be selling some of the shares to reduce their risk before the results come out. so it's a guess at best. personally i'd like it lower as i'm still building on my holding and i'd like to pay less. Of corse if you don't think the drug will work then you'll want it go as high as possible before getting out, just before results drop so avoiding the risk. seven weeks now till news?
Largegin, oversubscribed placing @35p, price heading back to low 40’s prior to the conditional placing vote on the 14th IMO
I agree with 60p+ as people have pulled out for the tax year.
There will be a stream of sharks waiting to get back in.
