'The only problem? The study that all this fervid hope is based on doesn’t show what its authors claim it does.
The gold standard for a clinical trial is a double-blinded, randomized controlled trial (RCT). What this means in plain English is that the study has been designed to reduce biases that would render its results meaningless. '
IT DOES NOT WORK....
Thank Mike.
You too!

I hope you get your reward here.

Yeh, moved everything from NCYT to this.
Moved it too early but there are.

I wouldn't sell my Ncyt yet. You could be right though.
Anyone done that?
Some people moving profits from NCYT perhaps.
No idea but a 4p ris in 30 minutes is quite odd! I'll take it but very odd!
Let's hope it turns out to be a rocket and keep heading up!
Unusual spike! News?
@Manifesto " the FACT that China succesfully treated patients with the same drug"
It is not the same drug - see posts earlier today.
Griffiths provided PI's a golden opportunity to get in at this level....
Oultonmike.....I agree that we are currently at the diluted level...news
in the media over the long weekend....

3 scenarios
Share pice stays as is....
Share price drops by 7p( as calculated earlier)
Or news flows and it rises massively next week.
Personally i can take a hit of 7p over short term as i am not selling but I wouldn't be waiting until the 14th to see if the share price drops a small bit and risk missing out on big news..
Sorry if that classifies as ramping.
I think with the amount of press coverage and more
significantly the FACT that China succesfully treated
patients with the same drug via inhaler..
means the placing is not a concern for me...we
need to have funds to maximise the opportunity
we find ahead of us....so all positive as I see it....IMHO.

I did the same but from when the share release news was first announced. I believe we are at the diluted rate now.
Gla
Which is why if you are considering taking a position in the near future it would be wise to hold some liquidity to take advantage of any drop that may occur as a result of the placing shares.
I've held 25% of my intended stake back to take advantage of any dips before news
I did a calculation on the net change by the adding of the new shares, and arrived at 14%. If so, based on today’s 50p it could drop by 7p; but it can do that in a morning anyway! Nothing to stress about.
Adam H7 - The placing at 35p will have a dilutive effect on the share price proportionate to the total number of shares in issue after the placing, and based on the share price at the time the placing announcement was made. This is a simple mathematical calculation. Please do not get hung up on others stating "we must have an RNS about this", or "the Board needs to tell us whether shares will be sold" because we don't, that is absolute bunkum and codswallop.
What did happen with the SNG shareprice which is exceptional when the intial shares were placed at 35p, the share price (including the placed shares) continued to rise, notwithstanding it was at a healthy premium to the placing price before the announcement. That is very rare indeed and goes against the grain. All other things being equal, the more shares in issue from a placing the lower the share price. Draw comfort from the fact that people interested in the placing at 35p were still willing to drive the share price up to get on board and have a piece of the action. You got to be in it to win it (& all that). No guarantees of course but pretty decent indicator of what is to come, I would suggest.
Personally I would think in the middle of a trail their would be mad to do so! Most of the shares sold at the 35p were institutions looking for big gains not 10%, 20% etc so my view would be no this has already been factored into the share price and will have little or no effect!
DYOR
on the 14th will the price drop because shareholders in at 35p will sell?? Silly question I know but I'm not sure how this works.
