I'm no expert but that spread seems excessive unless someone is short of shares. Any ideas?
Sounds like a 3 line whip to encourage some of the directors to buy £10000 worth of shares in their company especially as no bonuses were paid in 2020. Something encouraging about directors commitment with skin in the game unless its subsequently repaid by bonuses. We shall see!!!

Canaccord Genuity on 21st Oct Shares are still a buy. Target price reduced from 220p new target price 140p
next edition of Techinvest tip newsletter out Sat 6th November, possible update on shares. This months star tip was CNIC
up about 20% at one stage.
There are plenty of us that have been around this roller coaster, Martin, for a long time. I'd just say different management and hopefully credible products in a market crying out for their products. If you want a fire extinguisher you're in the wrong place!! Bit uneasy that directors change wasn't put on LSE but hopefully not corrupt just bad "coms". They should take a lesson from Zephur but maybe not over promise and or under deliver . I'll wait for business update and results before deciding.
Just write it off been here before . Corrupt management
Since the change of directors at end of May, this share price has gone one way. Does somebody know something that I don't?
Isn't there some results due out next week?
I note that the exercise period for some options has been extended for some directors apparently because the share price didn't achieve the exercise price within the required timeframe.
Well, tough luck, I say!

With the change from WFM to a hybrid form of working, this must play into smartspace arena. I like to engage with shares and the marketing people at Smartspace should be filling their boots at the moment. As for SwipedOn, even I could sell that at the moment. If not, change the team before you miss this one off opportunity.
Oh yeah there was, I should have checked, anyway I’ll wait for the interim results maybe next month
We had a trading update August though…
Apologies for re-posting, my message thread is playing up and didn’t show yesterday’s post.
I’m going off 2019 when there was interim results in Oct,
It seems that we are down to 1 post per month so I’ll step up to the plate for Sept. I think we are due a trading update before half year results. Hoping for some healthy revenue numbers to push this back up to its recent highs of 189+. Any thoughts, I’ll check back in about 4 weeks :-)
ollcity that isnt really much to say its been a bumpy few weeks but hopefully we start to see some movement again. Its hard to know when the next update will be as you cant really base it on last years dates
It seems we are down to 1 post per month so I’ll step up to the plate for September. Are we due a trading update soon ahead of half year results? We could do with some healthy revenue numbers to push this back up to the recent highs of 180+. Any thoughts? I’ll check back for an answer in about 4 weeks, lol

Hi Kenny, so nice to see LTHs on here who’ve experienced the rough and the smooth. Very encouraging RNS today, which has been reflected in the rise.

GLA.
Details of the £88.27k buy at 10.03 today were only declared after hours, so potentially good news for tomorrow.
I have an average of £1.57 from the Coms days. Never thought I would see these days again.
Well done to all at Smartspace.
