No. Unless we wish to redefine "produce".
Been hearing that for too many years. Now lets get this placing out of the way.
Lupi they produce at cobre?
I attended . Enjoyed meeting and speaking more with Dennis regarding Cornwall . Very exciting times ahead . The whole board fill me with confidence as an investment opportunity . We’re massively undervalued in my opinion . Today re affirms that
Last piece will not be funding. They need to prove they can produce this time, after failing so badly and causing this mess last time.
Has anyone attended it?
Gonna be another one of those bouncy 0.30 - 0.35 days, i think the general consensus is nout until funding confirmed in writing, the last piece of the puzzle
Look at all the extra investment the AGM has garnered....
Demand for copper will outstrip supply imho there's not enough being mined ,what placing ??
to be honest everything they say will be positive - now they've got the PEPR they can talk about how exciting everything is now they're having all these funding talks etc
Copper is also down quite considerably over the past week so there will be worries around that; In my opinion i think EV/renewable energy companies will start buying it up as soon as the drop ends to put in storage while the price is low and it'll bounce. i just feel like we're on a trajectory towards electrification that i don't see anything else feasibly surpassing in the near future.
Despite lower growth outlooks renewables are becoming cheaper, more widely available and a good cost effective alternative to petrol/oil (just passed a Shell garage this morning at £2 a litre - yikes!)
Slurm .ok thanks
no Bubble, it starts in 1 hr, we will find out likely after lunch.
Find out in about an hour then gla
That’s easy to answer: phone a few institutions on borrowing a bit of dosh - for the BoD’s next Delboy-esque idea; submit some paperwork for drilling Redmoor and permission for LC production - a few years’ worth of work, right there; conjure a few soundbites for trotting out in contrived interviews, which fail to highlight the continual delays and annihilated share-price over the years; calculate when the company will run out of money to pay their disproportionately high remuneration packages, readying their chums for a raising on the pretext of equipment-buying. A nice little number - if you can get it.
I cannot attend the AGM it's in the wrong country for me.
Could someone ask JP to describe what a typical working day entails for SML.
Strange trading to end the day full ask on 0.35 ,indeed prop lets see what happens tommorrow
Croutom, Indeed - I look forward to the attendees posting their thoughts after tomorrow’s event.
Prop we'll probably be able to gauge after the AGM tomorrow - although i imagine JP will just use the word imminently which can mean anything ranging from a week to 6 months
Bubbles, It feels as though the BoD is a few weeks away - at the very least - before concluding any financing, pointing to Q1 2023 before LC starts generating revenue.
Can feel it in my loins Fira
News before AGM tommorrow anyone?
ha! - yes i agree lack of director buying at this price point with PEPR needs to be explained.
I would like to hear about how funding discussions are going on now the PEPR's approved, i imagine there will be an offer put in from one of them by the end of next week if there's three potential suitors in the mix.
I remember being 'excited' about our prospects talking to JP at the AGM in 2019. A week later shareholders got shafted with a 22% discounted placing. Its been downhill ever since. So, in answer to your question....NO!
I wish the audience good luck - and make AB feel uncomfortable, particularly by grilling him on why he withholds from buying SML’s shares on the open market, ne’er mind his overpaid role and its lack of value to the company.
Anyone excited?
