"When I Click on ML5467, on the LHS it comes up with the tenement label"
When I click on that it goes straight to the current PEPR status
I don't see any of the below
"so I click on that and it opens up to reveal the tenement information. There is then a hyperlink (5467) which opens up all the reports on the tenement."
When I click on ML5467 on the map it goes straight to the current PEPR application with dates and few details. FYI I am using Google Chrome on a PC.
I get this when following the instructions:
Program Number : MPEPR2020/032
Program Type : PEPR - Mining
Operator : Leigh Creek Copper Mine Pty Ltd
(and then the details are below this)
When I Click on ML5467, on the LHS it comes up with the tenement label, so I click on that and it opens up to reveal the tenement information. There is then a hyperlink (5467) which opens up all the reports on the tenement.
Its frustrating as I was trying allsorts to get it to give me the answers you're getting, lookingcat Lyndhurst and mount coffey as well
Cornish, I don't know what else I can tell you, I've tried going into various different options, but I can't get it to give me the answers you are getting, can someone else on here try following my instructions, just so I know I'm not going round the bend.
Thats exactly what I've done, and the information given is as below.
Cornish, this is a link to the web page that you start from.
https://map.sarig.sa.gov.au/MapViewer/StartUp/?siteParams=ApplicationStatusWidget
The following instructions won’t work on mobile phones.
Here are the instructions on how to access it.
Click on menu (3 horizontal white bars at the top)
Click on “Mineral tenements”
Click on “Mining tenements view” this takes you to “Administration eTools”
Choose “View mining program assessment status” click start
On the map (Right of centre) zoom into “MARREE”
then into “LYNDHURST” then into “COPLEY”
click on ML5467 (Mountain of light)
All the current information appears on the left-hand side.
If its there, I can't see it, my list brings up: -
Groundwater investigations - 1990
Mining & Rehab Compliance report -2008
Bulk Sample TCM - May 2018
Bulk Sample TCM Rev 2018
PEPR 4046727 - 2019
Sorry I have to disagree with you Cornish, it is not for the trial works at MoL in 2019, it was submitted on the 10th September 2020, hence the application number MPEPR2020/032, it would have had a 2019 prefix for the trial works.
We are simply waiting for notice of our response to their feedback. We have an expected time frame for our response, then we have to wait for the South Australian Government to make a decision. Wait until 31 March then if we have not had notice of our response, by all means bang the drum.
"The process for the Leigh Creek Copper Mine ("LCCM") Program for Environmental Protection and Rehabilitation ("PEPR"), for planned copper mining at the Paltridge North deposit, continues to progress as expected. In late December 2020, the Company received official feedback from the South Australian government in relation to the PEPR application for the deposit and the Company is currently preparing a response, and expects to submit this to the South Australian government during the quarter ended 31 March. At present, and subject to the receipt of funding, the Company does not believe that any issues identified will prevent planned mining and processing occurring at Leigh Creek in 2021."
Thats the old PEPR for the trial works at MoL in 2019.
The only tenement covered by the current PEPR (MPEPR2020/032) is tenement ML5467 (Mountain of light)

I agree, we desperately need an update on the PEPR even if it is via Twitter. The PEPR was eventually lodged in early September last year and we’re now almost 6 months on without any detailed updates. I assume that the PEPR has been lodged for all 3 mining areas (some of which have never been mined before), but that’s even more of a reason to keep shareholders and the market updated. Fira doesn’t think we’ll get a PEPR this year, I was confident we would have had it by now - I’ve been wrong so far. This ongoing uncertainty in respect of our 2nd income stream is not helping at all.
