Yes, we have all got to start somewhere, but it's my birthday next month and I may be too close to the finishing line to wait for these new boys? LoL!
Who will start Scotland's 2nd gold mine? Eris, Western Gold or Scotgold? My money is on Scotgold. Continued progress at Cononish will make a serious drilling program for next year more likely. Roll on the next end of month report and the next Grampian Project update! Would like the chance to see this again:

Morning Rockhead,
Erris have only just started and everyone has to start somewhere and 97.4gt Au is a good sample but it doesn't get close to Scotgolds best ones at nearly 400gt Au

Or even 1,240g/t Au which sits proudly on someones fireplace

Hi TB.
Nowt like flashing your best boulder sample to stoke interest in forthcoming AIM float:
https://twitter.com/ErrisResources
I hope it all comes good, but boulder samples are likely ice-age, area erratics and only 0.3 to 4.4g/t in drilling vein (11-06-21 RNS) so far. SG has historically had exploration grab/chip samples over 300g/t Au and has drilled over and are mining ~20g/t in stope. Eris has much to prove in a long journey ahead. SG is set to arrive.
Enjoy your break. See you for Christmas?
Regards, R.
One more thing:
Moving whatever administrative functions are still nominally based in Australia out of there would be good news given the atrocities being carried out there at the moment in the name of protecting health.
I know RG explained why it wasn't a top priority a few months ago but it would be reassuring to know in the current circumstances that SGZ is moving its remaining affairs out of there and will shortly have NOTHING to do with Australia.
Even a comparatively small buy couldn't go through immediately online earlier.
Good to have some positive vibes again.
Come on Scotgold!
Scottish reticence sometimes eased by a wee dram....you pal might not have been applying the right degree of polite enquiry.
;-)
Seen one of my old mates this morning who got back from a walking week up around Fort William. He knows I ‘m a shareholder in SGZ and on his way back he overnighted near Clifton and asked if anyone knew how the mine was going. The best he could get was “it’s doin’ fine laddy, just fine”. Are they all sworn to secrecy? I thought he’d get more than that! :-(
Soon this will jump to all time high of £1 50
Hi Rockhead, I'm taking a few months off now so time is my friend .
Profit is profit and you've called it right more often than not even if you got out a bit early.
That quartz that Erris keep showing us has Gold up to 97.4g/t Au in it and Visible Gold .
Gold dore bars , hopefully ready in time for the Christmas presents.
Hi Eck71, there's always something in the wind. "And" if you're local or know a lot of locals you will always know what way the wind is blowing.
Welcome back TB.
Q: 'Where is that crystal ball when you need it?'
A: Probably in all that quartz that Eris keep showing us and Alba keep going on about.
You can't win them all and anyway, I still got a decent (~50%) profit margin!
75t of SG's concentrate plus some dore bars preferred!
Regards, R.
I have a wee punt on alba too and a cunning plan to not hold them for the next ten years!
Reckon they’ll do a consolidation as we did a few years ago.
Evening Rockhead,
That was a costly mistake , ZNWD hit a high of 28.5p although they have come off a lot since that . Where is that crystal ball when you need it.
'Still, could be worth a punt.......!' I thought that until the shares were split with ZNWD and Eris gold delisted. Didn't want to get locked into a private company, so took a decent profit and out. In retrospect, probably not the best move ..as it has turned out. Could have made twice as much from ZNWD alone. Ah well, there's always my wee punt in ALBA........LoL!
SGZ ore preferred to erratic boulders or blebby quart!
ATB, R.
Green glen minerals sounds a bit like it’s being run by the mr men. The thought of getting involved in another aim miner almost brings me out in a cold sweat! Still, could be worth a punt.......!
Odd-balls just might turn out to be golden balls!

Or am I confusing balls with boulders?

Looks like it
Do you mean the one that the book is about?
https://www.amazon.com/COVID-19-Great-Reset-Klaus-Schwab/dp/2940631123
Think eck is referring to glen who used to talk about great resets and trump amongst other things. Pr100 still occasionally pops up on the advfn bb, no love lost between him and rm!!!
Is that right Eck? How interesting. Would that be the ps100 guy I've seen mentioned in here recently? Just confirms what Rockhead says about there being lots of odd people about!
Disappointing sp drop yesterday just when I (& others maybe?) thought 80p was about to be the new 70p. 1st October's a Friday this year. That would be a nice time for our monthly you know what to drop ;-)
Yes, it is odd, but then lots of us are. LoL!
It is odd Kenny. There used to be another guy on here who chucked around all sorts of conspiracy theories after clearly spending far too much time in the more unhinged corners of Facebook and YouTube 'educating himself'. He was convinced Trump was going to win the US election because of 'watermarks', or something. No sign of him recently, so maybe he's had a reset?
Have a good week all.
I reckon it must be a while since more than 34,000 shares were traded in the first hour of trading.
What gives?
obviously a very clever cookie
More a psychopathic whack job, I would opine. It's odd how people's views differ!
Where's the Risk Manager gone, haven't heard anything from him for ages. Didn't have a clue what he was on about and had to google everything he posted but obviously a very clever cookie. Hope you are ok and maybe hear from you soon
the spread is now the lowest I've seen for a long time which is nice to see.
