Chri55........maybe it is YOU that should get your facts right. Germany have said they “may” follow Austria, I think that is slightly different from actually locking down right now!
Don’t listen to Chris55 anyone, he’s trying his usual scare tactics. Austria going into a lockdown for a short period is no big deal. I work closely with three NHS trusts and whilst Covid has picked up a bid they’re coping ok so I’m not worried yet. Media will do their best to scare everyone…..
We don’t have any buses in Austria, Nex have some in Spain but no issues there if you read the media
Don't worry back up Monday, just a regular occurrence for our market these days
Plenty of buying on my screen this morning.
Can now… Hargreaves Lansdown app argh
Can’t buy or sell shares
Question please to all educated holders here.
Is the difference between the original offer from nxt of 0.36 per share currently 2.40/0.36 = 86p value of sgc and the current actual value of sgc around 78p just the risk factor of the merger NOT taking place ( presuming no other bidders circling ) or would it not just be mirroring Nat exp price more or less at the very least.
CHRI55 - If anyone is deluded it is you and your fantasy buy orders at 72p and 68p.
Reckon people will have sells set at 95p or a £1 maybe lower
What you recon hit the sell button at 90p
The RNS Seems to have re-established the link between the SGC sp and the NEX sp that was broken just before the close last Friday.
Coming in…..
All except NEX
All travel stocks went up at the same time!
Speculators or private equity company buying in?
Chri55 I’d close your short while you still can. Your comments are going to do nothing to influence investors on this board
Chri55........and your point is? Maybe you are suggesting that the continued mandate to wear face masks in Scotland unlike England has not worked ?
Why do you not get out from your bedsit and go enjoy the fresh air....being locked up in that grubby room all day is affecting your mind.
Back to wearing masks on public transport, big deal. I work in hospitals and every time the press dramatise the situation. In reality COVID is having an impact in hospital elective care but nothing like earlier this year.
?? yes I know
On other shares I’ve invested in we have plenty of them. I’m also in PODP, TRU and ASOS and POLX. Most were Justin Waite recommendations and have so far done pretty well.
Any other share tips on the board you’d be happy to share?
You always get one total Fud on a bulletin board. It seems our dear Chri55 takes that award here.
Lol yes I know. He has no credibility and no influence sitting at home on his mobile posting with no substance to his comments
Don’t mind sharing. 78p. Nothing spectacular, £1 just a matter of time
Look at the historic finances and SP, even £1 is a poor valuation. Yes we’re in the middle of a covid **** storm but many people are still getting buses. I can’t wait to prove people like you wrong
Don't worry CHRI55 is back to deramping, not as though any thing said on these boards will change the share price. After this extension i would take a guess that it will go ahead, just fine detail to agree, .maybe .4 NEX shares to 1 SGC
Agreed
I like the fact that both boards say it’s strategically compelling. Can imagine it’s taking a long time to work out routes and depots. Question is, will NEX value at under or over £1 a share IMO
It doesn’t of course say a deal will happen but it seems more likely than not.
