Near-medium term profitability very much in question but it looks like some position building is going on.
Some pretty hefty day trading too no doubt.
Can't rule out a bid.

I think "Going Long" will be the options of big boys who will be entering at different levels.
"There would have been many discussions regarding the level at which the options were payable.. and this was the number they came up with"
Yes, the incentive is there to see priced at 200p regarding the share options.
One thing for sure no shorting now
2 x 487,000 Directors buys ?
No Guarantees, but he is not working his magic for pie in the sky... There would have been many discussions regarding the level at which the options were payable.. and this was the number they came up with.. My guess is we will be above 2 pounds at some point this year..
Whilst only a small amount, the buybacks are proving to have been shrewd and well timed.
But that shows confidence in things to come.
Yes, I was aware of the recent share options, but that is only for two directors, plus there are no guarantees that we will see £2 per share again.
£2 heavenly and a £1 party to look forward to.
Still cheap as chips as it break through the moving averages.
DYOR
Thats all I needed for me to buy more shares... 2 pounds..
Last RNS.
The LTIP award comprises a premium priced Options over 924,930 Shares and a conditional share award over 924,931 Shares. The Options are exercisable at a price of 200 pence per Share.
I know that S4 directors already own a large slice of the S4 pie, but I'm surprised that they haven't averaged down at this gift of a share price.
60p this pm
One bit of positive news and this will be starting with a 1
IMO, S4 should be trading at least 1X sales @175p.
Then the issue of shares at 3.20.. when all the directors put million's of there own money into the company..
Even at this price it is madness.. When you look where we start 5 years ago at 1.40
@58p
I have no idea if there is a takeover attempt or otherwise, but we do know that this is very undervalued particularly if ad spending normalises this year and shakes off a bad 2023. A growing US economy with stable inflation and receding recession risks can only help!!
