Sadly it’s arrived much sooner than I/we expected. This could continue to drop to the warrant price of 10p before it bottoms out.
I think I will switch off before the horror story continues.
either the board or the management has to go... can't see them working together for the best results....The white knight is another option, but that is unlikely
Hugh sell…heading that way.
The 15p figure is approaching sooner than I expected. Today may just be a reflection of the market as a whole but then again it could be an orchestrated move to drop the price lower.
If we don’t see a bounce on Monday (barring Russia stepping over the border) then the slide will continue.
The board haven’t attempted to appease or give any comfort to the private investors which reeks of tunnel vision as all eyes on will be on the MBO.
I would love to see a major shareholder revolt and a strategy to put their own appointed person on the board in a non executive position to stop the manipulation.
It will be interesting to see how this plays out. IIs still hold 45% (those who have declared above 1%) - most remain despite the recent update. Now is not the time for them to remove management since a number of existing IIs will be receiving warrants if and when the proposed financing goes ahead.
Cynical view here is that it's rigged, the management are a disgrace and want this on the cheap. The play here is for larger shareholders to band together and sack the entire team and put a new team in place. The tanking share price is great for management who want to buy it out, but I would guess that they're dreaming - institutional investors who've recently put material amounts of funds in here will not agree it IMO.
Docwaz, yes many of us enjoy a gamble. We share that, but only if the result is not fixed/ rigged. Of course i am only talking about sporting events !
It’s so annoying - but pretty much my standard luck…
Indeed, somehow still falling in price, despite the amount of buys outweighing sells... :(
Drip Drip Drip..........Dripping downwards!
Its like a Leper slowly shedding skin, body parts and oozing puss....
bloodninja.
Thanks and good luck!

You are absolutely right and given they have 100,000 troops camped very close to the boarder, dark clouds are definitely looming. I have a shed load invested in EUA waiting the final piece of the jigsaw to drop into place and that is my major concern there.
Depends on price offered, although if rejected management will probably not be the best team to have in place as they'll be annoyed at getting their MBO rejected. Haven't had much experience with them to be honest.
bloodninja.... thanks again.... As shareholder should we suppport or oppose a MBO?
email - I just answered this, an MBO sees management buy the company from its existing owners, the latter being shareholders. In some cases the MBO will take company private rather than stay listed.
Chickenlover
But won't an MBO delist and privatize the company?
I dumped my last shares this morning taking a significant hit
If this sinks to 15p to allow for the ridiculously cheap MBO I will definitely have a punt.
Looking at this manufactured drop this could easily be by the end of next week ready for a miraculous February rise once news is announced.
