Sorry …. Forget that …. It’s 2 years old. My mistake.
Worth reading the job spec on this … looks like it was posted with recruiters earlier this month
Cyber Defence Specialist – Application Security
Much will depend on how the main investors / loan note holders see the future. We know from previous comments made, a listing in the U.S was an option. There was also a worry that if the business was sold it could go too cheaply given the future potential. Much will depend too on how long Alex Snow is willing to be CEO as a full time job. Hopefully through some media outlet we will hear about any divestments, this month or next if that is still the route the are taking. They will still have to post annual accounts on Companies House website.
Is there a possibility of re-listing?
Whilst the wait goes on regarding divestments, even in the last 7 days a number of vacancies have been posted via various recruitment agencies.
Interesting. I’m guessing that note may have come from their registrars. Nothing lodged yet at Companies House that any loan notes have been converted into shares.
Yes but it has a statement that reads “Following the one for one Sub Division approved at the General Meeting held on 6 June 2022, the nominal value of the shares shown on this certificate has been reduced from 10 pence to GBP£0.008 each”
Does your share certificate still show them as the original share capital of 10p Ordinary?
In OTCMKTS not nasdaq sorry.
Has anyone seen its listed in nasdaq. So how will we be able to sell our shares in us dollars.anyone has knowledge?
I’m with Charles Stanley
which broker are you with
I got a share certificate for my ISA shares.
Also, whilst the sub division notification has been lodged with Companies House, I believe it’s customary to notify shareholders, once completed.
Just checked and it was done yesterday.
H&L said they would transfer mine out of an ISA account into my shares and fund account free of charge on the 18th. Must admit, have yet to check that it’s been done.
Has anyone got shares transferred to funds and shares account
Cannot see yet that the loan notes have been converted into shares giving the dilution. There are still two outstanding charges at listed with at Companies House
I suppose we can take some solace in the fact that so far, they are doing exactly as they said they would, all seems according to plan.
Next month we might hear somewhere, whether Snow has sold off unwanted divisions of the Co and subsequent headcount reduction. What price will he get.
Unlikely very soon. We’ve just gone to a Ltd Co.
Hopefully lists on the Nasdaq soon.
What is future of this company now?

“The whole situation makes it very difficult to make your share price grow because there aren’t those long-term investors here. You get people coming in with a very short-term view. The Aim market, I’d say, is on its knees as a market for biotech.”
Looks like the Co has now been registered as a Ltd Co.
