Afraid I’m going to have to work that day, so it will have to be ***** on a public forum.
After 6 years of waiting and continual broken promises about contracts, targets etc.. I’m sorry that I’m still not Mr Positive - you obviously have more patience than I do
Good questions ISB1974, I assume you will be asking those questions in person at the CMD day or are you just going to b i t c h about things on a public forum?
Don’t worry we have some imminent Aviation news soon ??
And some licensing deals ....
And some decisions on RFQ’s ....
Oh and not forgetting the long awaited rail deal ..
9 working days for an RNS by capital market days
44 working days for an RNS by the end of the calendar year
We are of course in the execution phase and have been for sometime so we should get numerous RNS detailing all these contracts we are executing with financials behind them.
Insider tip i would say...not used his true name im sure.
Would be nice...might not effect the sp but will help the numbers and we need help.
I thought fleet was fixed....ballacks, paul needs to impress soon or we are going nowhere!
Maybe it's a cheeky insider tip, not that it would affect our share price.
Looks like he created his account this morning and that was his first post ....Strange....
Me neither. Wrong board?
Anyone? No, me neither.

Yes, fair point Lewbo, brain obviously not fully engaged today.
Sgreen is it not now all about installations and recurring revenue from monitoring? Hardware is payable on delivery but the targets for distributors are installs and hence monitoring monthly fees?
The two things I would say here Seeing2020 are:
1) For the time being it's difficult for us to predict revenue/profit on the 'new model' I believe.
We are now mainly selling through resellers. so the average revenue per unit MAY have changed from what we've seen in the past
2) We don't need to wait for installs anymore. Payment is now quarterly after the unit is sold so revenue should be much more reliable and predictable than before. In this way the install rate 'doesn't matter' but is an indicator of the strength of sales all the same.
Alan Pearson, TIL Group CEO says “With more than 860 drivers on the road around New Zealand, having the best possible training, health and safety culture and systems is an imperative for TIL. We welcome new technologies, such as those provided by Autosense, which allow for better training, greater efficiencies, reporting and oversight. Our priority is to ensure our drivers get home safely and keep the communities in which they drive safe as well and our investment is a small price to pay to ensure safer roads.”
Charles Dawson, AutoSense CEO said: “This agreement is a sign of the maturing of the transport industry in taking driver training and road safety seriously. By signing an agreement that involves the total package of driver training, TIL is demonstrating a serious commitment to their people, and keeping them and all road users safe on our roads”.
About TIL Logistics Group and Autosense
NZX listed company, TIL Logistics Group (NZX: TLL) is one of the largest domestic freight and logistics businesses in New Zealand, with a nationwide network of branches, depots and warehouses. TLL’s activities include transporting and warehousing freight throughout New Zealand and co-ordinating freight movements offshore with the assistance of international alliances. TLL also has a specialist road tanker division which is one of the largest operators in the New Zealand fuel delivery market.
AutoSense offers driver safety solutions for Heavy and Light vehicle commercial fleets, through its online induction and training programmes as well as in-cab simulator training. They also hold the master distribution rights for Seeing Machines products in New Zealand. This includes the Guardian AI technology – a camera which sits in a vehicle and observes a driver’s attention, alerting them to distraction or fatigue events. Under revised and improved commercial terms, Autosense has committed to trebling their existing connections by the end of 2019.
Always nice to see the end customer announcing the contract in such a positive manner

Fleet installed base is forecast at 16,000 FY19 and rising to 27,000 FY20 and 50,000 FY21. The financial wizards at Cenkos forecast less revenue for FY20 than A$12.1m they forecast for this year, so installed base rises and revenue falls. Anyway I have done an alternative version; My assumptions : - revenue of A$70 per month - new installs straight lined over a 12 month period I have forecasted fleet for FY20 and FY21. - assumed A$70 per month ($50) - straight line on additions My forecast is FY20 A$18m v A$11m Cenkos FY21 A$33m v A$17m Cenkos My A$70 per unit per month is prudent and of course we may Install earlier in the year At a 50k installed base that's A$3.5m per month recurring.
It's not rocket science, focus on the right things and the right market. America is very hard to crack , so the only way to do that it a large telematics partner, no more p*ssing about at US trade shows, and if any can find Les can they sack him please. Australia, New Zealand, South East Asia , Latin America and UK can be conquered with focus and a decent group of distributors. It was never broken in the first place so wasnt that hard to fix.
Great find S2020. The fleet business is really kicking on now after the initial skepticism by the industry. It's alright talking the talk but we've got Billions of miles of data and evidenced intervention of distraction events to use in the sales pitch now. A few years later than forecast but this is going to be a nice little earner for us.
We could be forgiven for hoping that we would secure a dominant position in the Aussie truck/haulage industry with view to our location & that market must be 5/6 times bigger than the Kiwi market .Hopefully Paul is close to major Aussie deals too ?
Sign of them growing up I think, RNS when a win means we beat the target for the year. Target for end of FY19 is 16,000 and grows ro 27,000 by end of FY20, so we add 11,000 in FY20, call it 1,000 units per month My view is it's a great start to FY20. - BDMS just on yesterdays RNS we are at 44% already. - Fleet, looks like great start also. If I was Big Paul I would keep it in my back pocket for now.
Nice one S2020, I’m surprised Paul Mc didn’t give that an RNS.... once installed that an extra $50k plus every month.
Superb find S2020 & worthy of an RNS ?
S2020
Excellent find...cheers
Nice find seeing
Yesterday a big BDMS win, today more progress on Fleet. http://transporttalk.co.nz/news/video-til-logistics-adopts-face-tracking-technology "TIL Logistics Group (TIL) has signed an agreement with driver safety provider AutoSense for online driver training, in-cab simulator training and face tracking software. The agreement will see AutoSense provide and install Seeing Machines Guardian technology in more than 1000 of TIL’s fleet vehicles."
