Nothing fishy I presume - just the scale of it. Scancell is a minnow, but not for much longer I trust.
So many meetings rooms . Considering a lot will want to listen to the 15 minutes in the PRIME spot at the worlds most important conference
Ballroom Theater Classroom Banquet Reception
20 A 1,330 860 580 1,880
20 A–B 2,214 1,352 980 2,865
20 A–C 3,052 1,856 1,380 3,857
20 B–C 1,330 896 600 1,985
20 B–D 3,034 1,912 1,380 3,943
20 C–D 2,132 1,352 980 2,865
20 D 1,400 848 680 1,960
20 A–D 4,800 2,904 1,960 5,820
Something a little fishy about that statement Chester !!!
Maximum capacity over 5,000 but that’s for the Conference on sardines 😄😄
Yes sorry typo it’s ballroom 20 ! Yes it is huge , not just the room . It’s the news on the trial and explanation of how much Avidimab will impact and improve patients lives
A 15 minute captive audience on the hot subject of . Cancer vaccines being ready for PRIME TIME !
Perhaps ballroom 20 is needed for all those attendees !!!
The size of the room is irrelevant. The size of the audience’s corporate wallets is not……

Very large capacity depending on the seating type.
Ballroom 20, not 50, according to the Itinerary Planner.
Regardless, I’m sure Lindy will lead the audience a merry dance 😂
I found this interesting . the presentation in Ballroom 50 a large room with lots of seating ? :
Presentation and Session Format. Speakers in regular Minisymposia and Clinical Trials Minisymposia have 10 minutes to present their talks and five minutes to answer questions.
Advance Preparation with Session Chairpersons.
[Note: These instructions and deadlines apply to presenters in regular Minisymposia. Presenters in Clinical Trials Minisymposia have a later deadline for slide upload and should refer to their e-mail notification for instructions.]
so updated slides and 5 minutes answering questions at roughly midnight ? would love to know what questions will be asked ? especially the answers ?
Looking forward to 7 am tomorrow ?
Either way Chester past my bedtime.....so it will be 6.58am tomorrow for me along with a few others I would guess !
Hi Rob
San Diego time right now is 8:19am, 8 hours behind, Lindy is talking at approx 4:00pm. So you are correct it’s not 3:00am but 12:00 Midnight.
Chester 👍
23.00 hrs
Lindy will be speaking GMT 22.50-11.00 GLA
Thanks Chester. Lost in time zones . . . .
Lindy will be speaking at around 3:00am
UK time. I’ll not be checking twitter until 6:55am earliest 😄😄
I think someone suggested we might get signals from X or linked-in etc. and that would be interesting. GNA
I believe that is correct, Chelsea.
The fact that an abstract has been submitted does not preclude a presentation incorporating updates. Obviously, if that occurs, we should expect an RNS update at 7.00am tomorrow morning.
Thanks C11.
WTP - from all recent posts, it seems the principal point is that the Abstract content, can only relate to data that was available at the time the Abstract was compiled and submitted, to meet the AACR deadline.
That was months ago and so the million dollar question, is when there will be a formal update on progress since that point in time, either during, or post presentation. Post presentation could mean Monday, or some other future date.
"INAUGURAL AACR ONCOLOGY INDUSTRY PARTNERING EVENT: FROM CANCER DISCOVERIES TO PATIENTS"
https://www.aacr.org/meeting/aacr-oncology-industry-partnering-event/program/
Can't remember if I already posted this, but wonder if Scancell popped by this event also and said hello to a few acquaintances??
RE a comment from sci102:
"...From the abstracts that were released on Friday it doesn't seem that they will present new data. Hopefully that's not the case. sci102"
Logically this sounds correct, but likewise I also hope there is new data. Seems strange to go all that way to one of the most prestegious conferences and not do so?
Can someone explain RE the timing side of things, how info in the abstracts and/or presentation tie in with having disclose anything new via an RNS. Is the fact it's happening on a Sunday the key factor here (assuming there is new info).
Chester re. yours try this https://uk.advfn.com/cmn/fbb/thread.php3?
With SCLP you can search 2 more threads. And thanks Bermuda.
