Yeah I understand Mitchs position very well as you do crumbs. £6500 is not a lot of money to some, but it is for many, and certainly is for me.
I just think it was a very decent post from him.
Scousemark, I think you have answered your own question there about a rerate, that will come on positive data and a commercial deal but in the meantime we are 30% up on the lows of mid 2019, and coming into a period where positive news could hit any day. I rather feel the mid 6"s just could be reflective of higher lows and 300k shares were bpicked up today from the 695k sell yesterday. I don"t think it is only me just seeing how we reacted today to that, and we hardly saw any panic selling around 6.50, did we?? As it was a couple of weeks back. Till tomorrow...........
Thanks Crumbs and yes DE would provide a great insight and fact he bought 1m shares at 7p and still holding is a very good sign.
Agree never got impression LD is in for the money but more for the challenge of finding the answers to cure cancer and again no real truck with her for not buying.
Their packages I don’t believe are excessive for this type of Company but many AIM investors will simply not buy in unless the BoD do have skin in the game and take part in open offers/ placements etc.
It clearly aligns them fully with SH as why should others invest when the BoD don’t which is one reason why many institutional investors here are flippers as we know certainly from a previous RNS RG stated 18/19 out of 20 approached took part in a raise.
Well how many are still here and how many increased?
I don't know if has or not already but DE would be the one who could offer the greatest insight into BOD share buying or not buying of shares....He himself always dug the deepest and has since leaving the BOD too I would think 'personal circumstances' do play a major part but there may be other things too.... The tech here is Lindy's lifes work and if they prove successful or even half as successful as their potential she will end up very very wealthy I never get the feeling she is here for the money though... but is not behind the door where it is concerned :) ..... A rec for your post off me Ivy and understand Mitch's position and best wishes to him too...
Afternoon Divermitch. Really sorry to hear about you needing to sell and yes 9 years is a very long time and no one can accuse you of being impatient.Speaking to PIs at AGMs means your story is a familiar one.
Like many on here you had an average much higher than the current SP and to see a rise and then fall back on a repeated basis is very frustrating but good to see you retain your optimism for the future.
As Knowlesi says the relative lack of BoD buys to align themselves better with SH is a major weakness here as hardly displays a level of confidence here.
Agree with Crumbs this is not a lifestyle BoD but the fact they have not spent their hard earned apart from JC and simply have options is not ideal.Akthough MD is on the BoD and has bought a lot of shares is different as he is on the BOD as a consequence of buying lots of shares rather than being appointed to the BoD purely down to his talents.
He will of course bring much needed acumen to the BoD and his 2 big purchases even at the lows of 5 and 5.2p are still a huge vote of confidence.
ATB Divermitch and hope your GGP made up for your losses here and the mine in North Yorkshire
Divermitch..........................your 13.20..................""Sorry C7 the sells are mine . Despite my trying to keep the faith after 9 years in this share and despite an average of 34p meaning I take a substantial loss, I need the dosh. Keep the faith and i'll pop in now and then to see how you all are."""
No need to apologise to anyone, we are sorry that many of us have 34p in our P/F at some stage as well as you do.. You are a gentleman please do pop by again and hopefully your circumstances might have changed then In the meantime wishing you the best of luck.

Keep the faith and i'll pop in now and then to see how you all are.
