I think Elrico does a great job and is very balanced. Doesn't lose his temper like some. No complaints from me
Agree with the 20% pay cut, however didn't they give themselves a 50% pay boost previously, so in effect a token gesture to get shareholders off their backs for a bit.
Elrico I know that you put a lot of time into your articles but I think that instead of posting snippets and the rest behind a paywall that you should either post all the info up or cease to post links up at all which simply look like advertising.
Thoughts others??
Ok - so here's how i read the results and thoughts (im a holder btw) so interested to exchange views
- Croda -> i actually read this as a delay that the things expected to conclude in Q1 24 are pushed to early summer so lets say July - the subsequently ("immediately followed") commercialisation "process" -> Thoughts: I don't read this as revenue (or material rev) in 24 - if that's different would be great to clarify on the call later
-> Axis D2C - total joke numbers but personally ive never had nor priced in this D2C rubbish from this team - not where i want them to focus
-> Pay cut 20% - "backdated to jan " - in reality this is not enough nor changes much - id have liked to have seen something bigger and more skin in the game
--- so based on the above, it "feels" like more "jam tomorrow" - in the mean time headwinds of the cr*p financing deal, continued selling- no catalyst till Croda and until then we bleed money just with 20% slightly less for these 2...
Overall : ok... nothing great nothing horrendous
not trying to be negative btw just how i read/see it -> love to debate/discuss/clarify and hope it can be better explaine din the call
Well said Aquae, I've just had a look at the website you attached and given that they deal with Vaseline, Compeed and Dove I think we are in good hands. They only focus on healthcare brands too.
Worth noting the appointment of World Products to grow sells of Axis on Amazon internationally. It may only be a small private company but has obviously done a good job for Dermatonics who are one of its Customers

Unfortunately IR has never been strong. It’s basic communications, to decide the key message and then communicate the benefits. The RNS should have just focused on the Sederma launch … ‘Sederma launch in 2024 to be transformational!’
Croda launch THIS YEAR should have been the headline. Even the flash broker report said it could be CY24. It's likely to be somewhere near October, if not earlier.
In the broker report. https://lemminginvestor.substack.com/p/skinbiotherapeutics-plc-132
Great to see a timeline for the Sederma launch. Should only be a short time until the ‘scientific’ results are published, the product named and final testing/ product formulation by retailers ahead of launch in the Autumn.
I'm happy with the pay cut.
Acne results in May?
Also looking forward to seeing the Sederma part of the presentation. Results potentially in June?
Fingers crossed
Can’t ask for much better than that. Croda news is excellent, Acne, Dermatonics and a pay cut that is backdated. Maybe now the witch-hunt will cease.
Excellent news, Croda, AxisB, plus 20% pay cut, they have finally taken the moaning seriously. Very good news.

There’s a spark to every fire and Nick1978 definitely started this one. Unfortunately it has turned into an inferno, but it all started with you. I don’t know how you have the audacity to still be posting on this forum. Let’s see what happens when the truth comes out. IMHO, DYOR
Toyin
I owned it from the day it happened. I could have shut up. I actually don't know whether my questions in November caused it. Perhaps you should address your post to all the idiots that keep bringing it up?
Nick, look, your questions whatever they were caused a sequence of events that ultimately led to SA being asked/instructed not to do behind the paywall interviews. Irrespective of if that was your objective or not, that’s what happened and you instigated it. Own it.
Mad
Intriguing.
Oh how very well said PGlancy. You echo my thoughts precisely. This all began with Nick78 being a total snowflake. There is a massive conspiracy going on here and I for one will be asking the FCA to urgently look into the Winnifrith / Riverfort relationship. (Google that one Nick78) and if you can’t see that OPTI (oh those of little revenue after a decade) are paying the so called Sheriff of AIM then you are blind. The truth will out. Please do some research on this. IMHO, GLA
total bull**** pglancy.
can't understand most of it . i am on a free carry on this share. good luck with your investments. you are the first person i have filtered .
Nick, that is bs. We have read your complaints about paywalls as well as your conspiracy a ceo will risk jail revealing price sensitive info in a podcast that will be made public. You have also argued you do not read or have a desire to read anything elrico says on his blog and expect me to believe you reached out to him. Why have you not mentioned this before and why has elrico not responded? Did he? I have not be brainwashed by anyone, i am providing an opinion why there is a lack of open dialogue with the company. The issue is you are daft enough to brainwash yourself into imagining price sensitive material was shared and in turn with a membership. That bonkers. It also shows you genuinely feel like you were missing out on the reason for the rise in the share price at the time. Be honest, you felt like you were missing out but didn't want to pay someone for it because you hold a beef that goes back years to adv. You said so yourself. You were bitter because you were banned. That is the truth from your own hand. So don't try telling me i am brainwashed. Stop lying!
Take 2
PGLancy (13;38)
I don't know why I keep having to defend myself here, I asked the Nomad questions
The open lines were dropped because I assume SA said something in an interview that should have been in an RNS. I asked those questions of the Nomad. Just like you put questions to Elrico, something I would never do. Both of the experts said Cavendish were wrong, yet haven't managed to overturn the decision. My question was not a beef against Elrico but you appear brainwashed. If you look at it in the cold light of day you will see my questions were about what SA said. It was nothing to do with the interviewer.
Thomas, nobody knows what Friday will bring, let’s just wait and see what’s in the interims. I understand the frustration but this constant doom and gloom isn’t helpful, if you feel that hostile towards the company and management you know what you need to do.
Friday will show miniscule revenue and the huge PLC costs that this company has to bear.
But you won’t admit that you’re wrong if they deliver the goods. I must say that I think they are victims of a massive conspiracy by Winnifrith and others. Time will tell. I could be wrong but I’m smelling a rat and it isn’t in this management team. Let’s see what Friday brings. If they deliver the goods then this share price is the bargain of the century. Follow Warren Buffet rules……… IMHO
