After JPM replied last time, I emailed them regarding their response, it’s taken them weeks to come up with the response below:

Thanks very much for your help

Hi L4LT,
May I suggest (take a bit of time and patience) , but if you scroll back on here, to the pre 2016 pages (time of suspension), you’ll find there are links of press reports, and court cases etc.
Good luck, with your CGO investment.
Hello.
I am sorry to see how Sable ended up. I’ve been there too.
I’m doing some research on Lubu for my cgo investment. From what I can see Sable held this asset for quite some time but didn’t commercialise it. I think it was down to economics but then they did later on get interest in a power station. Can anyone please add any more to this?
I’ve also come across a Global Witness article about the Sable directors which doesn’t read well. Does anyone know if that was just some fantastical journalism? Thanks.
Here’s an interesting article about the BVI, (hope the link works/ doesn’t get removed)

No response from the other three either, despite re-sending original requests.
Rg , a total joke of a reply
Oh well, so much for my “gut feeling”
Response from JPM received just now:

My reply:
Hi Steve,
How very disappointing, you are unable/unwilling to assist in my enquiries.
As I mentioned in my email, I didn’t expect or ask for “insider” knowledge, but surely at least confirmation of your holding isn’t too much to ask!
I’m not sure as to who you mean, when you say, “raise a complaint with your provider”. My holding is with Hargreaves’s Lansdown, but as far as I am aware, aren’t a “significant holder” as your company is.
Surely common justice, should be a cornerstone of any respectable company!
Regards.
***
well done
Locked in by the lousy weather yesterday, I did a little more searching, and the largest shareholder on the list, Abingdon Investments, registered in the BVI, seems to have been “dissolved”, (but not 100% sure).
I also sent enquiries, (same format as JPM) to:
Audley Capital.
US Global
RAB Capital
Start asking CGO what the deal was and what’s happening https://contango-holdings-plc.co.uk/board/
Groves and CGHs seem to have disappeared , a real professional outfit , no means of contact , and a 1 page website, even the registrar doesn't no
Further email from JP Morgan, arrive today, since my “gee up” message:

On 13th September I sent the message below to JP Morgan:
Hi, I write to see if you are able to help me with my enquiries.
I am a small private investor, who has the misfortune to be holding some 1.25 million shares in Consolidated Growth Holdings (formally Sable Mining).
On the Sable website @ 10/08/2016 (just prior to their suspension and delisting), JP Morgan were noted on the list of “significant investors” as holding 85,522,078 shares - 7.72% of the company.
Since delisting and becoming CGH, they have seriously mistreated their small shareholders, apart from one derisory offer to buy shares, they have failed to update the companies position, in any way.
During this period of silence, they have have sold significant assets, without any shareholder involvement or approval.
So my enquiries to JP Morgan are:
Do JP Morgan still hold shares in CGH?
Are you able to inform small private holders of any CGH news? Obviously I’m not requesting any “insider information”.
Are JP Morgan able to assist small shareholders in making CGH fulfil their legal obligations?
Any assistance/help/advice would be gratefully appreciated.
Wonder whatever happened to these?
