Dool ... it screams voting rights to me too
As far as I can remember warrants are generally issued by the company and they are traded over-the-counter rather than through a stock exchange but my memory may be playing tricks.
Ah they have reported the closing spread. Nice work MM.
Hey all. Warrants being exercised or large trade, either way feels ok to me. My instinct is yelling voting rights though. IMO
James what L2 you using? Advfn has the spread at 7.4 - 7.70 at time of trade of16:16:18, 29seconds later it was 7.6 - 7.8.
I’m not sure 100% sure freddd but warrants get issued/exercises through the market the same as any other trade gets bought/sold I believe.
Hi James If they are warrants wont they be issued by sar not bought on LSE ?
so = sp
I would agree with that James I think the so was held back for that purpose ... Tomorrow should be interesting
That buy also explains why the price was jumping all over the place in the last half hour.
936k late buy just popped up from 16:16:18. The size and the fact a lot of the big trades are rounded off to whole numbers (if that makes sense) makes me think they're likely warrants.
James do you think it's possible it's possibly the £900k subscription warrants being exercised? Possibly the last of them? Appreciate your posts.
Is it possible we hear of the next subscription by HNWI1 on the next phase of fundraising or #2 subscribes again?
SP still up! Feels to me we are imo on a well oiled progressive move onto the next phase.
Cobradan. Hi. Yes it was speculative and greatly appreciate you using that term. Yes we are as I believe all companies are due within a couple of weeks to report a Trading Update RNS. (Anyone please correct me if I'm wrong, happy for feedback on here from genuinely invested individuals).
Dosnt the timing of the subscriptions and initial warrants and my forecast of an impending Trading Update RNS seem like the stars are aligning?
I do.
Best regards Steadydanny
Ben, those trades pegged us back for sure. We made a number of attempts to crack 7.8p today and each time we got pegged back, there are only so many times we'll bounce of it. The next time we break 7.8, we push on into 8p IMO.
Fair enough James. Either way, very positive they are offering 7.6 on the bid for such a larger number of shares. News incoming perhaps
Was no one watching the price action? We were up at 4.05% then knocked down to the 3's and 2's %. Those sells caused it.
The spread was 7.6 - 7.7 at 16:19:17.
How would you get quoted 7.6 to sell 35k at 4.15pm? Has to be a buy or the ask would have been 7.8 or 7.9.
I'm no expert on these things and I can only see one 900,000 @ 7.60p at 16:19 when the bid was 7.40 and the offer 7.70. Why should this one be a sell?
Sells, both of them.
900,000 @ 7.6p . £68k. Has to be a buy doesn't it?
