Utah - no one knows what is going to happen to any listed company. Hence the reason for the existence of the markets. As with any share, you do your research, based on that research you come to a view, based on that view you either invest, sell, hold, or look for another investment, then repeat.
Now the real question is: Do you think at the current SP the upside outweighs the downside. If so then buy or hold, if you think the downside wins on balance then sell or don't buy.
IMHO there is not going to be a middle ground. SP is either going to be multiples of where it is now and we will be sold or all the molecules will fail and SP will be nothing.
Based on the scientific data so far, all looks very promising regarding the performance of the molecules. On that basis it is my belief we are undervalued and the rewards far outweigh the risks.
Now I have established my view the next question is what strategy do I want to employ. Invest everything I have at this price. TOp up a little, and hold cash back if it drops further. Sit on hands as already invested, make a small top up and if it drops further make another small top up etc.
I have layed out my position. But you knew all of the above already. You also know the fundalmentals of a market and that there is no certainty in ANY stock/shares.
We are all saying what we believe (Well most of us are, some (I think) are saying things they don't believe to try and influence others to buy/sell).
Bottom line is: Are you in or out. If your in then you should have a strategy, if your out, your out. You can be in/out as many times as you like. (hokey/cokey). Knees bend arms stretch ra ra ra.

Block, as Laz puts it go through the RNS's and do a little research it will be self explanatory. I'm an investor not a trader- I like most have done our research we know reasonably well how much Sar's assets are potentially valued but also how difficult it must be for those companies trying to negotiate a fair price for licence, partnership or takeout.
We have afterall got a certain Dr Mike Owen on the board who is a very tough negotiator and a industry stalwart- he knows value like the back of his hand and his sanofi deal for one of his other companies he was a chief scientific officer for speaks for itself.
Casper, you're an idiot I am not a day trader. I'm just an investor in sar who does not get carried away too much unlike alot on this board. As I said noone knows what will happen with sar, contrary to all what is written on this board
Oh dear, how did you become so brainwashed? Only through balanced discussion will you make the right decision(s). Blindly following the herd based in you liking their current direction of travel will get you into all sorts of danger and risk that might not be palatable. As Boris found out the herd can change direction very quickly!
Casper my average is 1.3 so haven’t missed the boat just find it amazing and frustrating how Sar have shouted on and then nothing the lack lustre presentation where even the BOD seemed disillusioned with their own performance same old bluster of we are talking to people Who ? The Doris who works behind the counter at boots the hype over the covid 19 findings then suddenly nothing dropped so don’t expect me to be over the moon like I’ve said before faith in the science yes BOD NO

Omg Lazy
I think everyone on here know that I may buy and sell a tiny % of my sar shares, but I actually hold alot as well . Given that a lot of us have been in this share for over 10 years I think what I do makes total sense. Currently, noone and I mean noone can accurately call what is happening with sar ATM. It could quite conceivable drop to 1 quid or it could drop and rns announcing a license deal. Noone knows
Actually Blockbuster et al. By posing questions you invite pro answers. It isn’t for any of us pro investors to convince you to invest it is for you to do some decent research and make your own decisions. During that research, you will find the answer to your rather naive questions.
Utah is a self confessed trader so will swing his opinions in the direction of his current bet.
All remains good here despite the frustration of most
Utah it's past your bedtime mate ... I said enough in my previous post if you bothered to read it ... Get some sleep you'll feel better in the morning ... but somehow I doubt that ... Over and out.
Utah, you see this time and time again, unless your ultra pro, the herd gets aggressive. You are literally wasting your time saying anything to counter balance people's expectations. The share price is doing all the talking for me

Why not answer the question rather than trying to be condescending?
Who left the gate open?
WIP spot on ... GSK know exactly what 737 can do and it's potential worth ... And they will show their hand eventually ... and don't forget our bod have history with GSK ... They also know what other gems we have ... The deal of the century is being set up ... Just be patient and it will all come to fruition ... LH&K Mafuta
Excellent post Working and good to see you posting again. I think we all forget how much the real experts in the field regard our molecules.
Combo therapy certainly seems the way forward for chk1 and maybe our 100% owned Tyk2's will used in the same capacity. In regards Chk1, Cancer Research have on many occasions gone out of their way to highlight the importance of chk1 in combo therapy none more so that last year when Dr Workman did it over a weekend.
Many happy returns chaps- it looks beyond inevitable and would be inconceivable for Gsk not to use chk1 in combo when they themselves have seens it's benefit first hand.
Workinginpharma. I hope you are not referring to me when you concluded "good try though"!!!!!
Sierra were dragging their heels with it because they couldn't afford to progress it alone IMO. They didn't want to let go of it. CPF and sixth element capital involved in the original negotiations, Sareum had very little, if any input. TM has stated that multiple times when grilled over SRA737. If anyone's ever had any dealings with Miscampbell its hardly surprising Sareum were poorly represented.
GSK wanted it. if they didnt, they'd of only chosen to partner or licence momy.
Experts rave about SRA737. 100% tumour regression in SCLC. Its not 'what us shareholders think'. its fact.
https://ecancer.org/en/video/7768-efficacy-and-immune-correlates-of-the-sra737-plus-ldg-regimen-in-combination-with-anti-pd-l1-in-an-sclc-model
good try though.
"Also if they didn't develop for any reason why didn't Sar do something about it?"
Because they had no leverage-read the RNS of 27th Sept. 2016- the licence was between the CRT Pioneer Fund and the then Pronai Therapeutics. Although Sareum had stumped up nearly £800k in Dec 2015 development costs somehow they were excluded from the table when the Agreement was made.
"Genuine questions because your comment has taken me surprise since if Sierra thought it useless then perhaps GSK things it's useless too! It matters not how good we as shareholders think it is!!!".
Above statement shows the idiotic levels this board has gone to. The science here is glorified as the scientists involved have sung it's praises not shareholders. You come across as genuine, but your post is so clear as to its intentions.
El cap. Why would Sierra not develop sar 737 for years? Is there a possibility that it is not as good as everyone thinks? Also if they didn't develop for any reason why didn't Sar do something about it? Genuine questions because your comment has taken me surprise since if Sierra thought it useless then perhaps GSK things it's useless too! It matters not how good we as shareholders think it is!!!
SCH - I don't think GSK "robbed" Sierra shareholders. If anything Sierra "robbed" Sierra shareholders. They have deliberately sidelined SRA737 for years. If they had wanted to progress it they could have done, but they didn't.

Desa, I think it was Tyk2's multi-functionality that swayed them to invest they must have been shown something really special as we have never had such a large amount of money come our way in such a short period of time in all the past 10+ years. Remember we received the first investment 2wks prior to the covid research update and then the others within 6mnths after that RNS and within it it showed we were also looking as bacterial pneumonia.
I'm on Sad's thinking that Tyk2 both 1801 and 1802 are primed for combo therapy as it looks very much like this will be the treatment of choice for the majors going forward.
It is also now apparent that the HNWI never came onboard for the covid stance. It’s more and more likely they knew and now know what’s on the horizon.

Remember there has already been phase 1 and 1a with 737 and that 737 in combo with two other compounds have been patented.
Not so much high risk with 737 as its benefits partially investigated along with its potential.
Regards
When you look at what they’re bought, from a business perspective, it’s gold.
A de-risked programme ready to go: momelotenib.
A high risk programme that has only testing to do: SRA737 but its’s de-risked because it’s a license programme, so if any stage fails they can stop and it’s cost them relatively little.
It’s win-win for them. Momelotenib on its own might be arguably value for money (I don’t know what the potential sales are?) but add a few hundred million (small change to them) to complete P3 testing for 737 against a range of indications and combinations then they really are in a fantastic position.
Bring it on.
All IMvHO. Just hope that I’ve read the circumstantial evidence correctly and it not just fantasy!
