CFP I’m in agreement and I think it was a positive move 2-3 months back when a couple of LTH said we need more info and scribed an email, accountability is good and shows we not going to be pushovers and for them to focus more with the job at hand and we know our position corporate wise with us together having a good deal of shares together as Thoth said!
Excited isolation....i dont think some of the punters here who have suffered massive losses over the years or are 60, 80, 90% down on their investment feel the same.
Fadec you love the science and i cant fault you for that but we have been through this before, 2 guys in a lab trying their best to solve this cancer problem etc etc....give them a break etc!
They have been given the breaks and investors have always supported them in exactly the same manner you do and have more than defended their renumeration over the years but there comes a point where they need to focus on those whose money they have spent.
They listed on the market and therefore accepted the responsibility to make investors money......thats not happened and the windows are becoming smaller.
Hopefully they will get the right deal here but if not.....they should not be hanging around.
I'm with you Fadec - in excited isolation!!! Fully loaded and holding just 5M shares, may add a few more as and when.

Stoney I’ve never seen anything untoward here compared to other places I think they are doing what they said in RNS yes I agree it’s been a long time but com’on these guys are putting together cutting egde cancer compounds and are not rolling out rubbish with 10 years with 2 persons work (more John than Tim happy to be proved wrong), you look at the work involved with getting pre-clinical done after molecule selection with how low the costs are (compared with big companies and big budgets) com’s are non-existent I know don’t really care and is telling in a way that they don’t need us and don’t care either and you either decide to do your research on the company or you listen to what peeps say taking too long or can’t do a deal i don’t share most has said before I remain in excited isolation!
Hi Stoney, i agree that the strategic plan has always been clear but you cant have a strategic plan that says we will get something to there then we will sell it etc etc.....sar strategic business plan is what the normal scenario or most likely scenario would be but their over arching business plan should be/is too make money for themselves and for us and its not going to happen with aurora, who knows what route chk1 is going to follow but there is risk re progress and milestone payment which leaves us with tyk.
Or is the bods over arching business plan to keep paying themselves salaries through to retirement just in case everything fails.
Things are now not going to plan, one is down, the other a bit of a mess and this tyk2 although on the surface looks great....why has no-one made a move yet...maybe they have, maybe they will etc etc but the bod need to show something because issuing placings at this price will see us in the teens again and these dilution % are getting bigger.
Hi all - the intent of the BOD is clear and always has been. Its just they are not that flash at making it happen.....Or they maybe quite brilliant at it and we are just too eager. below is a cut and paste of the SAR strategic business plan
*Sareum’s strategy is to develop programmes to late preclinical or early clinical stages to take advantage of the higher asset values associated with licensing programmes at these stages. Developing programmes to pre-clinical/
early clinical development offers the following,
Minimise ongoing development risk
Move up value chain
Potential for higher deal values
IMHO - we will get there, but none of us here can say when. What we do know is that we own 100% the only remaining TYK2 for license that has been shown to perform better than some others and that TYK2 is the *hot area* in biotech right now.......

Patience is not the key any longer, we have been patient, been through the fire......it is time for the bod to step up and do something for us.
If they can strike a big deal for tyk2 with big money up front meaning they never have to place again and an obvious investment opportunity presents itself then fair enough...do it.
If not, this need to be bundled up and sold to the highest bidder....if the last 3.5 years proves anything then having an average deal with joe bloggs does not cut it and it will probably take that long before we see the wood from the trees!
Just do something!
Patience is only the key if we have the treasure, who knows!!!!!!
Been here since 2007 with over 1M shares. . I believe in the science and what Sareum has achieved to date. Sareum the company is akin to a treasure chest, not worth much, but it’s what’s inside that is the real treasure and that is where the potential value lies. 5p, 10p, 28p, £1billion et al, who knows but I am prepared to wait, patience is the key.
