So much to agree with in this thread. The one phrase that’s important above all is: “ the subscribers are an insurance policy against the big Pharma” - exactly. That’s what’s driving the rise towards 9p and this is what gives the Sarum board strength for any negotiation, be that t/o, licensing or any other deal.
Have a great week,
H.
The results will only state cash in bank at the time, the new hnwi money will be included in the next set of results ( full year).
Desa, yes the HNWI's have put in £3.5m but as per the half yearly RNS it states-
'Cash at bank as of 31 December 2020 was £1.30m'.
Fantastic CW free posts this weekend, calm before the storm??
Oh and we'll know they will be back ;)
SAR at a pivotal point that no body could have predicted, originally all cancer but WHO could have predicted this shower shyte that would that landed and would cripple the world.!!
Watched many disaster and horror movies, but Planet Earth deals, and moves on with real life events. (Ice age !)
Without a doubt I can see this becoming a blockbuster movie one day.
SARS V's SAR ;)
GLALTH's its been a fantastic voyage, we've nearly landed ;)
Ahfam is it not 3.5 million invested via two HNWI?
we also have £1.5m in cash at the bank as well.
Will do Matufa. I especially love the Simply Wall Street post I believe 20th May re unsettling investors re 'cashburn' at Sareum LMFAO!
What happened next.....subscriptions.....
Gotta love a bit of negative company propaganda from them that makes them look like absolute idiots!
Like Motley ! Paid for by shorters imo.
I'm having Enchiladas tonight.
That you can bank on.
Cool Danny ... I expect a lot of noise next week anyway .. stay safe mate ...Mafuta
Hi Mafuta.
Yes my post 19th July at 1900 hours included the first subscription warrants being exercised re public financial investment. I put a quite detailed post re subscriptions and warrants.
Matufa I think we are on the verge of something extraordinary but I might go silent as it would seem 'obvious' posts delay company posts.
But I will still keep reading the great posts here.
"demonstrated a profile that was considered superior to dexamethasone. This is great news for not only the UK but for the World."
You can see why the money lenders keep giving the cash......you can feel the enthusiasm in the rns.....like a excited kid that wants to shout what he is getting for Christmas....
James ... We have a tree shake every day from 1 pm to 3pm it's a pattern we have been following for a long time now ... It helps thin out the short termers, day traders and uninformed ... But they don't phase the LTH
Danny ... Have you included the amount raised by exercising the warrants into your calculation? .. I agree I ... can see SAR chasing the new fund ... I've mentioned before that I wouldn't be surprised to see another HNWI turn up ... And I get the distinct impression that SAR want to go it alone or with a philanthropic partner to bat off any pharmaceutical predators ... They know if they agree to a merger or T/O with a large pharma it will be goodbye to their compounds as they will be shelved like SRA737 or be messed around like we're were with the Chinese pharma... we do indeed live in interesting times ... I'm glad I'm not out of this one this weekend ... Mafuta
All, don't be surprised if there is a tree shake tomorrow morning. They'll think they can get away with it after the way Friday panned out. Sit on those hands.
Mafuta. Ditto.
Greatly enjoy your posts.
I posted on 31st July at 1854 that AZ were looking at other options due to their tie up with Oxford University that their vaccines can only be sold at cost. The earnings Pfizer are making is about 30 times greater than AZs 'revenue' for their vaccine.
That was said by Ruud Dobber head of Astras biopharmaceutical unit.
So a further pill treatment superior to Dexamethasome.......
Investment into Sareum .....
The new subscribers still have £490k warrants that can exercised as we have had above 7p for 5 days.
If we see above 9p for 5 days then a further £1m option.
Can the primary bid be included in the Agile £5m investment be allowed?
Seriously there are so many exciting fundamentals in play it's like Cluedo. Albeit not who killed who but the way we leap forward.
It's almost like the subscribers are an insurance policy against the big Pharma imo......for the time being ;-)
Danny ... You might well be right ... I mentioned in a previous post the revenue Pfizer have raked in thus far on their vaccine sales ... Pharmaceuticals are a huge cutthroat market .. there is nothing they wouldn't do to protect their income streams ... Even at the cost of those who suffer ... Watch this space
Top point The Oracle.
My opinion.
Pharmas and their world is VERY different to the world we live in. What with their lobbying and junkets they provide to those who approve and prescribe their products.
So in order to get a seat at the table with a very promising product which would be in direct competition with Dexamethasome would rattle them.
The fact ours is superior requires individuals with clout to be aparty to our product in a financial means to make it known on the media platforms.
This is where I think the Subscriptions by I believe 2 HNWIs and the timing is beyond coincidence.
Some have had a guess at who they might be.
Watch this space.
I bought above 9p (top up) and you know what?
I'm glad I did.
Next week might be interesting and a Trading Update RNS is due that will roadmap the future.
That's my thought.
Regards Steadydanny

Just a thought from what Stoney posted earlier.
We are SUPERIOR, NOT just better.
"On 01 July, Sareum announced that the proof of concept experiments had been completed and importantly that their kinase inhibitor drug candidate SDC-1801 had reduced the levels of cytokines associated with ARDS in human lung cells infected with SARS-CoV-2 and demonstrated a profile that was considered superior to dexamethasone. This is great news for not only the UK but for the World."
Just been playing on my mind, the aspect of something superior being near enough available, yet no one paying attention during a pandemic. Something must be going on, it's far to quiet from Sareum.
