These valuations are exciting but are dependent on an Agile commitment. So far there has been no evidence of that taking place. For that reason I remain sceptical that Sar will be in £ land around Xmas but if I’m proved wrong I won’t be complaining. I think we will have to wait for the data to emerge from our own phase 1 trial in the new year for such valuations to be realised. All imho
WinP there is the story about the ice cream salesman found dead covered in chocolate and sprinkles .. local Police believe he topped himself .. oops sorry everyone .. I’ll get my coat!!
For me its north of £1, but even then I think the savvy investors will look to see what SAR still have in the bag. If there isn't a TO and we still have on going R&D or new patents going in to advanced stages and there is demand/keen interest then I will continue to hold and enjoy the sport of this holding. Red Adair would have a job capping this.

I LIKE THAT VERY MUCH
It would be nice if that happens, NOT finger bashing.
I'M saying to her indoors that "This time next year " .
I don't want to balls this one up after selling SNG before it got into £ssss so not finishing the quote off.
My shares amount won't make me a million or more as I don't have that many, less than 100,000 but I can dream and keep reading this bb especially Thoth who amongst others has outstanding posts and I thank you all very much
Mafuta - at 200p I'll be being carried off into the sunset by scarlette douglas and the Swedish u21's nation netball team, with me covered in melted chocolate sauce and sprinkles
At 50p my fingers will start to twitch, at 100p I will be thrusting my hands into beds of stinging nettles to disable them from pressing keys and at 150p I will hit my fingers with a hammer. 200p will see me sold up swollen fingers and riding off into the sunset
I believe there are a very few select members of the one million pound ISA club now so congratulations to any that join from here!!
The reason why a lot of us LTH's hava figure of around 28p (in case newer holders are wondering) is that a long time ago (when we were back in the sub 1p days) Thoth came up with a valuation of minimum 28p. So far his prohecy (along with some other well respected posters) seems to have been spot on. It is clear holders make up a mixed bag at various staging posts on the journey of life. Just remember to keep in mind what your target was when you started investing, don't get greedy, stick to your original plan. And finally as the great Alan Brazil has said he is autobiography (which I highly recommend by the way) is that "We are only here for a visit". So I say enjoy it people. You are along time dead.

Excellent & interesting perspectives on what Ca 30/35p per share means to some. I'm in the older bracket retired with no mortgage so 30p will enable me to help my sons and others. In reality, I will have done some slicing well before 30p and If this actually happens, I will have more disposable cash than in any time in my life as my holding is in an ISA. Like many older people, the money would have been useful decades ago when I was raising the family!
30p gets my mortgage paid. That was my aim when I stated investing, so 30p is my minimum. Stick a £1 in front of that and I'm retiring. I'm currently 49. Mortgage runs until I'm 68 and I don't plan on working past 57 so as long as SAR comes good in the next 8yrs I'll be happy. Obviously the sooner the better though.
I agree WiP 35p for my remaining holding would be great and would see me sorted .. indeed even 28p would do that. I have sold 1/3 of my original holding which has covered my total initial investment plus a 100% gain on top of that original investment too. So like several others on here I view the remaining balance of 2/3 as “free shares”. 28p/35p for that portion would be wonderful. I’m 66 now so my remaining useful time scale is relatively short but 28p/35p would make it great fun! I promised my dear MorMor (Swedish grandmother) that I would buy an Aston Martin one day .. so that would allow my to deliver on the promise! Probably prefer it to a V70 Volvo although I do still think about an old Saab 900 Turbo as a runaround to relive my youth when I had several Saab’s!! Selfishly I’d just like a quick clean deal now after such a long wait just to calm the nerves and make the decision for me!!
Unite - Seeing as youve been asking for the last several days without an answer, I thought I'd reply. At present, I'm being honest as been here for over 10 years, I'd accept anything north of 35p I think. very low in many LTH eyes, but right now, with no further updates or results of trials etc, 35p and id be off into the sunset.
NOT because I don't think its not worth more, but because its all I need to live the rest of my life how I want to.
After success in trials, its worth well into the ££££'s, and RMM valuation is spot on. But, right now, in answer to your question, I'd take 35p purely so i could retire right now, in my early 40's and live how i want to.
Yippee.
Like a few other long termers I was fortunate enough to have realised a six figure profit in the last financial year from cashing in a percentage of my Sareum shares and it seems from The RMM posts that quite a few of us are in line for yet anorther huge windfall sometime in the near to medium term.
We all have our own strategy concerning our holding and for me in a can't lose situation it will be shyte or bust from here until 50p per share if that ever happens and then it will be exit stage left.
Still remember the days many years ago when I was in deep doo do here well underwater to much more than a few grand.
Glad I had the balls to keep buying on the dips over the years and claw a few quid back byselling some on the spikes.
Best ever share I have invested in by a country mile no matter where the SP goes from here.
Like many other lSareum stalwarts I can honestly say what a journey.
@ Dqhohang you or anyone els , what would your TO price be per share before any or mild success.

Pounds it is then :)
Valuation Part 4 - SRA737
My view is that we will go into a triple combo trial for Anogenital. If Thoth is correct and the partner is Merck then we have potentially another blockbuster. Keytruda is worth $11bn pa to Merck. Assuming 737 worked with drugs like Keytruda and Gemcitibane (we already know it works with the latter) then as a minimum it adds 18p to the current SP. Get it past the post and its worth £1.22. We might only have 27% of 737 but it’s a long way down the track compared with 1801/2 and in my view will deliver the goods soon and at no cost to SAR. Win, win.
Valuation Part 5 - Aurora and SKiL
Aurora is on the back burner. The Chinese couldn’t solve the solubility issue but they did make progress. I suspect that in the right hands it could be cracked but whoever does it will need very deep pockets. On this basis I’m going to value Aurora at 4.9p based on it having potential in AML but at this stage being very high risk. This is not a current value but something I would put on the negotiating table in the event of a TO. SKIL again qualifies for a TO value and previously I put this at 6p. I’m going to stick with that but bear in mind if 1801/2 were to go the distance then SKIL could potentially deliver even more value.
