Herbie - cool, thanks, didn't even clock what you said is what he is saying! I don't think it is quite the same "hence not giving news all at once", and DC didn't say that either - news is not being held back, it will be divulged at the appropriate time. Agreed. Also agree that it is a poorly written sentence... sorry castlepaul1!:

I have seen other companies give a 'year to date' update along with the annual accounts so it is fairly normal to state it all in one place. Of course it would clear the air. I assume they are waiting for something in May so they can update significantly. Also don't forget, the MHRA approval/CE marks was only given in mid-March (which they weren't going to RNS us about for some reason) which is when RMS could finally sell to businesses rather than consumers.
Castlepauls wise words
Herbie - I think with your "To suggest cave is holding back news is just laughable." Totally agree, and you also referenced your previous comment "Mr Cave is certainly succeeding with holding back the share price. " and again this morning. But I can't find the original comment that you commented on stating that. Can you highlight it please? Actually serious as I did look through all the posts of that (and other threads - so I could comment on it too!)
Could just be a misunderstanding that someone actually said that. I saw Adamski saying the sales info will be published in 2 weeks, but for me I don't comprehend that being what you said, as far as my English goes.
Companies are not legally obliged to divulge information as soon as they have it, but within an appropriate time frame, and in this case, for some reason, they are rolling it all up with the annual accounts. Seems reasonable but not ideal. perhaps they want to draw a line under 2020 and move forward with 2021?
Then again don't actually see other companies giving a blow by blow account of how many PCR tests they have sold, or how many brussel sprouts sold at Christmas by Tesco - I mean these are material numbers right? usually they just tell people they have Terms of Agreements or contracts with a particular entity.
I feel much better now knowing the reason there’s no positive updates is because cave wants to control the share price.
When I see posts like that I feel compelled to respond.
Priceless.
That will be your Pseudonyms !!!
3 recommendations on my last post. Obviously a few agree with my measure of yourself.
Omg shark shiit you truly are a dumbass
I’ve never seen so many condescending pricks on a board in my life.
To suggest cave is holding back news is just laughable.
But it’s ok as long it suits your agenda eh.
Mr Cave is certainly succeeding with holding back the share price.
That’s got to be the worst suggestion on here ever.
The RNS says "Order for 1.0 million of P2F's masks placed with Volz" If it said "placed by Volz" it would be a sale but clearly it is a order for Volz to make stock for P2F.
Unitedguy - you missed out the 1million masks to Volz. Plus look at my previous post for the definition of 'Outsource" seems your English is lacking. Additionally, understood about the sales, but you need capital injections to grow a business, and of course a lot of the market is sentiment and potential (I can post this dictionary.com meaning too if you'd like). Happy to engage, but don't assume that when you are purposefully selective (ooh Volz 1m masks, where did that figure disappear to in your "full" post on estimated sales?) that you won't be pulled up on it.
Fusionboy - technology IS proven for large scale manufacturing. it's roll of nano-inked fabric for pity's sake. We've been dealing with rolls of fabric since the industrial revolution. And to be honest I hope they are spending (intelligently) the £5m. That's what it's there for - to kick start a business using funds raised from all of us. So I really hope they are spending it well.
Totally agree on lack of sales data - really wanting this to come along - patience - end of May. I assume that they are waiting as long as possible to make the news as good as possible. But also it may only be the first few months of the year sales data - and we know there were machine issues. It's another question entirely if we are going to get business sensitive information on actual sales contracts, or if we are going to get an overall summary of the worth of the contracts. Need this data for sure.
P2F have been in talks with India P2f are a R and D company and have first refusal on anything being developed from Nottingham university. P2F are working on two new products. P2f have the manufacturing sorted offers from abroad as well as Volz. Numed will supply to Doctors, Dentists etc We are selling in Italy Magnesium are selling.
Fusionboy didnt MyIPA tell you, you are only aloud to post positive messages on the BB otherwise he and his cohorts fill the space undermining you and your opinion.
They ignore the fact that this company has a market cap of a business making £3M net profit or has a clear pathways to that number. ATM I doubt RMS has annual sales or run rate of £3M, hey I'd question if they even have annual sales of £300K.
RMS report sales and they have reported nothing for months. Volz no, numed no, India no, amazon only first 100K masks judging by review mainly to shareholders, Magnesium Healthcare planned to give free to gym chain but were rejected and after messing around on twitter for a while are now pretty silent, Italy maybe something positive I couldn't comment and finally torr made sales I guess mainly to shareholders but still sales and is now trying to make India work. Good luck to him he seems to be the only one with any drive and ability....
Dr Cave interview said nothing of interested except he is not interested in making money.
Fusionboy - did you listen to the interview at all? or read my (and others) summaries?
I previously thought the issue was the integration of the alpha-viron layer, I was wrong, sorry (but it was the supply of that material which is also solved). It was the gluing of the elastic to the mask that was the issue. Solved now.
Also, you do understand the terms "B2C" and "B2B" right? (Business to Consumer and Business to Business). the aim of the company is business to business but the machine can really only handle some Business to Consumer (you and me). Hence all orders are outsourced to Volz for the large orders (which presumably didn't have that issue, or now they know the solution to it - they definitely aren't using such a small machine as P2Fs research/prototyping machine).
Weird you are invested and also deramping your own share.
Steadydanny - I did a look for the patent but couldn't immediately find it. I used portuguese search terms (because it should at least be patented in Brazil, and the certificates are stated in Brazillian/Portguese on the website). However Chili is Spanish so maybe different search terms are required. Have a look if you can find it. Certainly isn't in English.
Again, antibacterial due to the size of the copper wires, BUT it would of course kill viruses and fungi in a localised area, just not the massive gaps in between the fabric/mask inserts. I couldn't find any more info on the mask part.
"He's fully aware of the share price movement and does not want volatility of the sp movement hence not giving news all at once " and posting no news and just him and legge with waffle on interviews is satisfactory and helps sp ???

Castle appreciate your response. So where is their patent valid?
Steadydanny
Course tex are a completely different system a 3d printed clumsy big mask washable ...
But you have to put the 3 filter layers in side the mask by Hand,,, to much work not for me ..
RMS masks are all around much more desirable easy to wear no brainer....
There is also a massive market for RMS masks to supply as the demand is out stripping supply
Regards
Castle
MyIPA, I enjoy reading your posts you post some real good stuff.... sorry steadydanny I think MyIPA can help you better than I can mate. Plus, I’m drinking wine as it’s been a long tiring day. Good luck...
well it's just antibacterial certificates - I wonder what the equivalent is in the UK/EU. But... nothing like RMS that I can see, no. But it is washable - so for B2C, whilst disposable are usually B2B as it is less risky (businesses tend to get sued more than individuals for cross-infection). Let's see what Steadydanny finds - would be interesting.
That’s the website I visited and there is an article on their mask somewhere... the 3 certifications I quickly read seemed a bit naff to be fair...
Kainos crazy law
Back in the office ,, yes masks are compulsory in public transport and some taxis..
Spain compulsory out doors , UK crazy..
Got hammerd yesterday no red for me either lol..
I'm not working anymore called it a day at 50 ,,
Just waiting to move to spain cheap property in Murcia..
Ring in sick cough cough :-0
Steadydanny - I've heard of that one (not the name though), but I thought it was using copper for antibacterial not antiviral. Can you share the link? Otherwise I found www.coure.cl but only antibac certifications and no face masks (but does do fabric), which is a bit odd as I thought I had heard of it too. At the time I thought it was RMS was antiviral which is a very different thing (factor of a 100 difference in size hence need nanotech to work effectly at such scales). So yeah, open to reading - share the couretex mask link please?
Dr Micho. When you advise the company I advised about that is selling 10s if millions globally that their patent is irrelevant might I add that you are misinformed. A patent is gained where you apply for it to be used. No more no less. Unless you extend your patent to various other countries. At great expense. So when you say 'next' re my heads up can you please elaborate further. Best regards Steadydanny
