LP, I do see your point and it’s a good point, however, with all of the bods failures, this one is down to lemu, the machine was tested in Spain but when it landed in Nottingham it didn’t work. The machine has a few issues all lemu’s problems. The machine is designed for 5 million masks, the bod can’t make it do more then it is designed.
I don't dispute if the machine is faulty that there will be a refund, I'm more convinced that P2F fluffed the spec causing a lack of functionality though.
I seem to remember the 5m a month figure floated was based on a 24/7 operation which in itself was ridiculous (another example of them misleading imo), but that didn't come out until later down the line.
I guess my point is, I believe it's more likely P2F are at fault giving they lack experience in the field than lemu.
LP, if a car or any type of machine is sold faulty and the company that you bought from doesn’t manage to fix the problems, then you are given a refund. Ring the financial ambudsman, they will tell you the same.
Lemu work in the field. P2F decided to enter the industry with 0 manufacturing experience.
What makes you believe the issue sits with Lemu?
PI, there is nothing here that suggests a refund, even a partial one, never mind compensation. Lemu are only mentioned in relation to a maintenance schedule. I really hope that they are not continuing to try and get this operational.
Jojo, it’s looking like we will get a refund for the machine plus a little compensation.
And they can't even tell us that the machine is working! When was it delivered - January?
I thought the last RNS was dreadful, but this is worse. Confused strategy, clearly unable to attract a CEO of any calibre, no sales, no FFP2/FFP3 masks, a five ply mask that isn't being marketed... The best they offer are a few 'ideas'. Why is the market cap so high?
No sign of toli sugar-coating this q&a and ramping the nuts off it.
Utter waste of my time reading the Q&As, nothing concrete and more of the same. Badly run company, led by people that don't have a clue and always hide behind AIM rules.
Apologies, you're correct about Obi.
No they made OBI full time. actually there was an RNS promoting him to MD of P2F
Syrup - he was last year, but if you read it, since the beginning of the year he has been full time.
"While a consultant ( 1day / week) into P2F, Obi received shares for his achievements in helping develop the face mask concept (including securing UK Government Innovate UK funding) and business model. In the first half of this year, Obi was appointed to a full time position within the company, taking on an more involved operations role. This included undertaking the strategic review of Phamr2Farm. He is now focussedon the new product development portfolio."
Unitedguy, just to clarify you are just posting highlights....WHY???? You are not invested so why post...very strange...
All good thanks DrM, just posting the highlights laughable as they are
"The development of an FFP2/FFP3 mask is under
consideration but there is currently no timeframe."
That's the end of any NHS contract talk .
Micho how are you from intepreting this differently to us?
They have effectively admitted the have nothing, GTM is confused and unsure on how to expand.
But they have lots of cute little ideas.
That Obi fella is 1 day a week too.
Wow, UG is feverishly posting.... You are still skint, mate....
Complete smoke and mirrors and this Q&A confirms it.
Laughable little rodents.
Gareth is contacted to work for RMS one day per week.
You all believe he is the greatest and he maybe but one day a week
