OMNESINVEST, Reading your message with interest and I just offer my humble viewpoint. Yes, Trevor Brown made himself a lot of money. If he did so legitimately, ie without using any amount of dishonesty or lack of morality (forget the UK Law), then fair play to him. However, if he gained his large winnings by any form of dishonesty, then would you really want to be him (assuming you're an honest guy who wants to do things ethically, etc...) ? I wouldn't want to be him because we all end up on a death bed eventually and have to face our demons.

Only a thorough investigation by the FCA will determine the truth in this life......in the future life, TB will face his demons!
TB either knew exactly what he was doing, in which case he is guilty of malpractice OR he did not know what he was doing and therefore he is guilty of utter incompetence.
With your maths......6p - 1p = 100%
United guy, I have never and will never laugh at anyone’s misfortune. The laughing was regarding your friends maths. You two idiots are a right pair.
Thank you Beforegolf - as RMS is only one company listed there is only one fee, as accounts would be aggregated. Just thought I'd check Omnes' statement (now factually incorrect) mainly out of interest!
The annual cost of being and AIM listed company is around £200k
Please go back to school, omni!
Not a holder
I just came on here to laugh at those percentages by omnipotent investor, lmao, rofl
2-3p is 100% . This is comedy gold
"2p to 3p = 100%"
How on Earth does that work, I attended Maths classes and that is a 50% increase, the rise of the PI lol
Dear poorinvester, the comedy factor is the graph from March. Its a one way trend, stop laughing at people who have lost money. It's so funny please fill your boots.

You got a real maths whizz there lol
Bob, let him stick with his percentages, just for the comedy factor.
"If you buy your shares at 5p and they are now 1p then the drop = 400%"
5p to 1p is 80% drop
Omnes - understood that's quite a drop, sorry to hear that. Best to ask yourself the difficult questions at -10%...
How much does it cost to be listed on AIM per year? Thought it was £15 at companies house and then some annual fee depending on turnover. Anyone know?
He was deramping a couple of weeks ago. Must be after his 10% again
Omnesinvest, boring, your post nearly put me to sleep, good job I was walking whilst reading it.
College doctor, advise for future investments, never sell at the bottom, always buy at the bottom. Again never sell at the rock bottom, especially when a company RNS’s saying loads of things are happening. Investing in shares is a waiting game. Always research and always have patience. DYOR
Omnes - Maths isn't your strong point, I guess senior management means you've spun too many figures. Having said that TB is senior management and look at what happened to the both companies. I guess CMH is going to be pumped and dumped too (be aware).
I also invested back in April 2020, looks to be about the same time as you, but this was nothing to do with the mask situation. It looked like a reasonable long term investment. This whole thing was opportunistic by the old board, and we all got caught up in it (i.e. I invested more). I absolutely agree we were mislead and even outright lied to (I would like proof we had a commercial shipment order ready to be filled in Jan 2021 as the old BoD told us we did).
However..., moaning about it after you have both sold and already stated your opinion means you should just move on OR you have an ulterior motive. Good luck with the new investments, perhaps you'll keep an eye out here for future RNSs and reinvest. I have more solid hopes for this company after that last RNS.
DrMicho you are a nasty piece of work. Please stop calling people locusts, utter lunatics etc because they vent a little at losing so much money. Likewise telling them will regret it because the price will go back up. They regret their investment in RMS and you should stop you posts period.
OmnesInvest good luck also
If an unethical Trevor Brown can supposedly with the help of rampers achieve a price of 7p I wonder what we can achieve with the new ethical BODS :-)
Is Dr Cave likely to sell when other products are in the pipleline and we slowly near fruition? I cant see that happening he already has wages
So well written and true....unfortunately.
I had the chance to "Click the sell button" at 5.5p hovered over it, but thought that i would take the ride,
Oh how i regret not doing that and selling half at least.
The BoD certainly knew what they were doing....we should have followed the money.
btw - THE INTENTION of my metrics is to make a point. The RNS's led us to believe this was a company that was in control of its business and was going for growth. That was not the case.
My net loss is 72%. at -50% I start asking questions and making decisions. I stuck with this share until the recent announcement.
RMS plc will not exist in its current form and the cost of being listed on AIM is unsustainable for the other 2 businesses and therefore RMS plc is unlikely to keep its listing.
This is not deramping, it is an opinion based on the numbers in the accounts of ALL 3 businesses as it stands today!
