Coops
Agree
Almost like a big load of Scientists ****ing on the floor like puppies after a treat LOL
I am CERTAIN they are Well Happy to be rid of a massive negative influence in the Board Room and the negative manipulators..
But come on - World's first Anti-Viral mask - with the "Cred" - they are trying to (albeit) with some faults and typos and
belief make a change in the current tragic (Brazilian) changing world of COVID - Make a difference?
Gosh - tired after my shift
GLA
They should place an advert in between Coronation St.
just been looking at volz group and there big in all types of filters may e one day we will see Dr cave patent being used in these filters and that market is just unthinkable i hope he can make it work in filters just think office working without masks just change the filter daily 7 hours cheaper than furlough and cheaper than wearing a mask
Agreed MarketNeo.
I am happy with outsourcing the bulk of production to Volz (hopefully ramped up) and selling via Amazon.
I just feel our media exposure and work from P2F's PR company is pitiful - hopefully it will improve soon.
I agree with all of the points made here tonight, there are some real sensible points on these chats which give good indicators of where this can go. Reading the website again, it states their client has launched both theirs and other brands products. We can assume like the other places this has been sold, the mask will be launched as the P2F mask and P2F are partnering up with FM London for their reach and existing links into Amazon EU infrastructure. Some further research I have done this evening:
1. They have been established on Amazon for over 6 years. The companies house formation is 2015.
2. All of their items in Amazon are marked as top seller status for Europe. I clicked on a few of their products and none of them were outside the top 1-9 for their category.
3. All of their products have 10,000s of strong reviews against each product. And many 1,000 more than the other top sellers when you click through. IMO only a small % of people leave reviews on Amazon versus other sites such as Ebay so this would indicate millions of units of sales, with an infrastructure to support. As per the other comments this will generate it's own reviews to monitor.
4. All of their products are available via Amazon prime. Indicating these will go via prime also. This is huge after COVID, everyone knows how much business now goes through Amazon.
5. After clicking off their website, I have had FM London products flash up on Amazon banners elsewhere on other websites. They may have marketing ties with Amazon also. Sales can increase exponentially if Amazon are pushing this product across their EU sites.
I agree with the comments on what a great step this is. RMS have potentially fast tracked several years of organic growth by partnering up with a company with all the ties in place to reach 40-50 countries (depending on which article you read).
-IMO-
mask wearing compulsory in schools good market there , just got from bbc
all i scan say garlic bread with cheese was not built in a day just let them get on with it alot of people want to get rich quick , and know absolutely nothing of a new production from a new product i think they have stepped up a gear since them bandits have left and on the road to recovery to dr caves boat, Ohh only those getting onboard wear a p2f mask please
Reviews only as good as the product they sell , so hopefully should be 5 star on these , we will also be able to look at customer feedback and gauge general consumer interest from the Amazon page
Reviews for fm london products on Amazon.co. uk aren't great and they sell masks too and again not great reviews but let's hope our mask changes all that!
The seller will be FM London already established on Amazon , LL Global Disti brokered the deal between P2F and FM London (McIntyre)
Has anyone made contact with this LL Global Disti outfit for more info? I can see they have a contact us page.
I wonder if they will be supplying other potential resellers outside of Amazon and the likes?
That website says "very soon", coupled with the press release yesterday one can speculate these will be on Amazon EU imminently. Having seen that website and researching on google, Amazon Europe operates in over 50 EU countries. That is an extremely small number of masks required per country to create huge scale quickly.
If a small UK wholesaler sold out similar numbers in a single day yesterday (as per their website), it would not be unexpected for RMS and Francis McIntyre Limited to quickly surpass the minimum numbers quoted via a giant such as Amazon EU.
Especially if supported by Amazon and the prime same day / next day delivery as some tweets appear to indicate. Who is not going to buy these on Amazon when you can get free next day or same day delivery in two clicks of a button?
Logistically, RMS will be reaching countries that would otherwise take months if not years to ship to and establish agreements with. Especially with the current haulage issues gripping UK ports and distributors.
--IMO--
Yes look good. It states that it is ce certified, wonder if they should have had ukca on there aswell.
Very promising, selling to 40 countries and link to website following soon. Things are starting to move on the sales front. I think when Volz start producing more alongside BioCity thats when you will start to see more media coverage.
Looks a promising and professional site.
Thanks for the link.
Nope. This company is the distributor for Amazon. They are due to be on sale next week.
https://www.llglobaldisti.co.uk/product-launch
Maybe we might get some media coverage then.....
Yes, and there is nothing wrong with selling via a distributor.
But the world needs to know about the product!
This should be very simple for a half decent PR company.
I don't think they will be selling masks directly, it would be through wholesalers, distributors and possibly through the NHS tendering process.
Give it a few days, as pushing publicity too much before they ramp up supply would just result in bad publicity, although a bit of PR over the week-end would not hurt.
Looking at the web site (admittedly a temporary site) it is confusing where you can order from, as if say you click on the Amazon link at the bottom, all that does is bring up multiple other masks, which on it's own is totally misleading.
If they leave it more than a week or two, I will be changing my mind
I totally agree with Coops and I've been saying the same things for months now. Where is the PR with this product, it should be everywhere on all social media platforms, tv, radio, BBC, itv, sky news, main media newspapers, but there's nothing. The board and especially pr should be shouting this 'game changing' mask from the rooftops and then hopefully the nhs, care homes and numerous other areas would be aware of the mask and ordering in bulk, but there's nothing. All we have had is Amazon and another retail outlet, and rumours and I have to admit it's all looking very unprofessional now imo, surely there should be more meat to this product or is it that the company would not be able to deliver if they received bulk orders? The world is desperate for this type of mask but the company and their pr team are not being successful in promoting it to the world imo.
Sorry, I don't agree. Anything Covid is story - either good or bad. This mask product is a good news story.
Most of the media are working from home and never go out (like they used to) to get their stories. They spend all day trawling social media for stories and are fed by PR companies.
I didn't know what P2F's PR company are doing - but they are not getting any results.
The media crying out for good news ? When ever did that happen in the last 20 years, they create doom and gloom stories out of joy, anything remotely positive isn't reported or distorted to looks bad.
Well let’s just hope when it does come it helps this shocking SP
I can't understand why we have had almost zero media coverage for this life saving product.
The media are crying out for good news stories after an awful year and any good PR/comms company employed by P2F should have this all over the press. I work in the media and know how it should be.
Perhaps there is an embargo until next week - but something is not right.
