Contact me if you want to talk. Don’t post 5hit here that I won’t meet you

@Stan
I have been of the view, that as a Chief Mining Engineer TB has done a very decent job in the 2+ years I have progressively added here.
But as a CEO (where responsibilities to his current share holders for financial control is clearly a major part of the role.....), he has been shown very much out of his depth despite Loons nonsense....
As a result my view, after that terrible RNS, was that he had to go.
However.....Thinking more on it in recent days. I half wondered if the disruption levels of a new CEO and BOD ( we already have a new CFO) may be a bit too counter productive right now?
The above more charitable view on him has of course the verybig caveat....... which is of coursr that he is now desperately trying to organise a deal to avoid destroying all our old positions. Or at least making the best of a bad job.
If however, he's simply clinging on, so as to rinse repeat a big dilution and in effect start again......
Then he should go now, and accept that he's not capable in the higher role.
Just my view.
Cheers.

They lied and deliberately misled the market on many occasions.
That’s is not acting in the interest of shareholders.
As a minimum TB has to go to regain any confidence
His last company was the same. Quality miner but not a CEO
His term is up this year and there will be a campaign to replace him as CEO

What shock me is that board done amazing job do u really understand wht tb had to do. Bankrupt company never done 4 scope never had money to rebuild mine. He done it basically in 2 years he can’t do everything in one go. Covid aswell to be honest best ceo we had for ages
To give the markets confidence, the current board have to be replaced and the new board produce a plan to profitability prior to re trading?
"it is an instrument that can be traded..."
Forward contracts aren’t traded on any exchange.
Don't worry......I have a feeling we wouldn't attend the same party's.....
LL I bet you’re fun at a party
If you are a copper producer, and you sell some of your anticipated production forward, that is a hedge....
Not really...it has the effect of hedging....but it is an instrument that can be traded...
As group know if u in charge feel sorry to be honest. Listing to someone who says he meet me never did he live nxt to mine
If you are a copper producer, and you sell some of your anticipated production forward, that is a hedge.
Ha!!
Reading documents on S&PAs and warranties etc means you want absolute clarification
Feb 2022 and June 2022 (and others etc) always said Hedge.
Then to state NASDAQ definition - which still wasn’t the definition!
Yes it’s a hedge. We can clear it before Xmas as it’s now above the spot price.
Or maybe we can’t? We don’t know because everything the BOD saw is deliberately ambiguous

Know said he big holder deal with bankrupt company. But does not know what going to so far dj77 lost it know 0 joining club one place u meet the whole lot is that funny group.
>Very surprised a man with a wealth of experience selling companies for millions had to even ask the company when it was clear to a cafe owner :-)
A man with a wealth of experience selling companies knows that the same word(s) can have vastly different meaning, depending on context, and extreme precision in speech is required. Therefore, getting the party producing ambiguous language to supply their own definitions for said language is a very sensible ask.
For example, the definition of Cafe doesn't sound like the establishment you purport to run https://simple.wikipedia.org/wiki/Caf%C3%A9
That my point know join dj77 one who live next to mine keeping us informed he don’t understand it’s a hedge. He expert. More like running ramber café instead
To my question is the contract
A A hedge
b Cash up front
C other
This was the reply
Hi Martyn
The Nasdaq definition of Forward Sale, among others, may help understand the concept.
https://www.nasdaq.com/glossary/f/forward-sale
I have owned RMM but sold out before the collapse due to the debt. Forward selling shows confidence that RRM are not going bust and is part of the refinancing. That is good news. You can only forward a certain amount because if you can't supply the copper and the copper price goes through the roof then you have to buy it on the open market to fulfill the contract. If I was a shareholder I would want the suspension to take its course and a 20% in copper last week might have saved RMM. I am confident you will come out of suspension and hopefully copper will be back to all time highs. When you do come out of suspension RMM will be one massive leverage on copper and I sincerely hope RMM can make it big.
Know just be honest buddy why don’t u visit mine urself. Ur in same country were rmm is
Not sure about much of a placing - likely warrants like the last NewGen deal (plus a bit of gold and an arrangement fee
But no need to dilute now - AP creditors will likely be back under control by Jan 23.
if Cu price holds well etc, then possible further Hedge at $4 or above. Probable that they will get to 50-60% hedged although I would be happy if all was hedged when Cu gets back to $4.50

Moonboy = Emperor Nero
Ok, thanks guys, great to get some feedback..
I really hope that they can get over this (fairly significant) bump in the road ...
everyone here too funny. rmm going down wht u lot on about. not happening they forward sale not just that they saving money all the way. so in the end rmm will sort everything out. placing as well so don't matter
Yes but surely the purchaser of the copper will have received some form of indemnity from a bank or insurance company as RMM could go down the pan before the contract is fully satisfied. Would you buy copper forward from these charlatans without some form of indemnity? Thought not.
Rmm will reduce our holding for sure 1000 percent but will continue be even stronger then ever before
